Carl’s Jr Restaurants

The only reason that this location is getting (1) star is because the food is your basic Carl’s Jr. recipe & you can’t really mess that up too much.
I’ve been coming to this location less & less over the course of the last (3) years because they can’t seem to 1) keep their bathrooms open because they’re constantly cleaning them, 2) keep their one of two ice machines filled, 3) get there one of two soda dispensers repaired, & above all, 4) keep their restaurant sitting area. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt for sometime now, however, it looks like I will no longer be attending this particular location, for obvious reasons.

First time in this Carl Jrs
We got some nice food, we were having a lazy day and decided to get some burgers and a voucher came in the mail so we got a boat of of free food which was fantastic
The quality of the food was fantastic all the burgers were cooked perfectly and we also got a few ice creams too which were delicious
The only negative thing I’d have to say is that the lady would was preparing my meal is not properly trained in haccp (health and safety for food) She was handling raw chilled or frozen burger patties and not changing her gloves when it was cooked and adding cheese and other toppings, which spreads bacteria and can give you the shits!
All in all the food was top notch and I will definitely be back. Hopefully they can give their staff a little better training in the future to avoid any accidents or law suits

Great place to eat. Love this location, I like the employees always friendly, courteous. I order a famous star combo, very tasty.

So my order was done through the drive thru and my boyfriend and I both got burgers. He ordered a western and I ordered a famous star. A while after eating my boyfriend starts complaining he has stomach pains… turn out he got food poisoning! I didn’t feel good but I was feeling better then he was. He was up all night vomiting. This isn’t the first time which should have been my mistake on coming back here but it is near my house. I rather go across the street to boys burger. Never again.

Went to this location as it is the closest Carl’s by my house. I used the drive thru and placed my order – I ordered a big carl combo. I pay for my meal, blah blah. As soon as I leave and stop at a red light, I notice that I’m missing something. MY DEBIT CARD. The lady working drive thru did not give it back to me… Ok, so, kind of annoyed, I drive back and now I actually have to walk inside the store (defeats the whole purpose of the drive thru!). I get my card back. As soon as I get home, I open my burger and realize they gave me a western bacon instead of a big carl! I’m not a picky eater, and I would’ve ate it anyway since I had to work in 30 mins. but, because of religious reasons, I can’t eat pork. So, now I have to drive all the way back, walk in the store, and ask for the right burger. The (what I assume was the manager) did not offer anything to me, let alone an apology??? I even told her that I had just came back because an employee failed to give me back my debit card. Worst customer service ever. Would not go back… I guess I’ll go to the one on Firestone from now on.

The misogynist Carl’s ads have had me wanting to boycott the whole damn food chain, but a missed lunch break on a hot day provided a weak moment to grab an Oreo milkshake before I headed onto the freeway for my hour-​long drive home. I ordered my shake, which was followed by the annoying sales pitch for the new menu items (no blame here as I am sure drive through employees are required to do this), but then I had to repeat my single item order. Easy enough. There were no other people in the drive through, but at the window there was some confusion about my order. We got that sorted out, I paid and then after several minutes, was handed a shake that looked like it had been dropped or something. It was also minus the whipping cream with which it is usually served (okay…busted that this wasn’t my first milkshake drive through rodeo!). It took me a couple of beats to process that I was going to say something, then it took another couple of minutes to get anyone’s attention. When I got someone’s attention and asked about the whipping cream, she said they were out and turned to attend to something else. Well, not that I need the extra calories, but it would have been nice to have been told. Or offered an apology. I just felt I worked harder than I should have to get the order placed, only to have such an unappetizing and sloppy presentation and communication. Guess it serves me right… I should have grabbed an apple from the vending machine at work!

Gross gross gross! I like Carl’s, but this one here is absolutely outrageous! I ordered a chicken sandwich and fried zucchini. They gave me a rancid chicken patty that was fried in old oil, not to mention (the whole bottle of mayonnaise). My «fried zucchini» still frozen.
The general manager here obviously does not care to be violating any codes!
Get it together!

The service is good even when they are busy or short staffed. I’ve never had a. problem.

I payed with my debit card 15 mins later on my way home I notice the manager did not give me my card back I called the store and she said I forgot to give it to you drove back everything was locked I knocked and proceeded to make signals for them to see me for about 10 min guy was cleaning the front ignoring me as if I was a customer trying to get in, Called the store told her I was outside she brings my card and gives me a cake dated 1−22−15 we are in February! Locks the door doesn’t even say sorry I am very disappointed NEVER AGAIN

Went to this Carl Jr twice in one week and both times I ordered the exact same thing and both times they got my order wrong. Do not order your food via the Drive-​thru! Your order will be wrong every time!

i love eating here its a great location been coming to this location for years but the employees have got to change there attitude and putting up signs like there hiring or applications up it really isnt cool to put up someones hopes the food is excellent just the people who work there arent

Visited the Resturant today. Monica C. assumes I don’t speak Spanish and makes a rude comment to the cook about my custom order. What I ordered isn’t important, however my concern was the type of respect she gave out. Horrible experience but what can you expect from a place like this.

Ok. First off, I really like Carl’s Jr. I think they make the best fast food burgers there are, next to In N Out. That’s the only reason why this establishment is even receiving a star. Unfortunately, this location just falls short in nearly every aspect. If they don’t mess up my order, they give me old fries. It’s like NO MATTER WHAT, something is going to go wrong when I order from here.
Last time I visited, I used the drive-​thru. I get to the menu and the automated greeting comes on asking if I’d like to try their latest promotional item (Texas BBQ Burger Combo) and receive a FREE Oreo ice cream sandwich. I replied with «Yes. That’s exactly what I want. In fact, I want two of those.» (One for me and one for my little lady). After I get my food back home, I realize there’s no Oreo ice cream sandwiches. REALLY??? You’re gonna get me all pumped to eat MORE garbage than what I should be, just to disappoint me? DUDE!
If you live closer to another Carl’s Jr. or if there’s another one on your route home, stop there. Don’t go to this location. You’ll just be sorry you did.

Worst carls jr!!! The always find a way to mess up my lunch break everytime I come here. I order a super star and they gave me chicken sandwich in a super wrapper!!! Wtf pay more attention !!!

My first visit here they closed the dining room a little early to clean up. So we went through the drive-​thru to order. I ordered two Carl’s Big Hamburgers and two sodas. We ate in the parking lot.

The burgers were as advertised. Their slogan about getting all over the place lol. My shirt got jacked up. A few days later had breakfast here and bought a burger and a sausage biscuit. I really liked the sausage biscuit.
The food wasn’t that long to receive from them. At the time it was just me and an elderly man having breakfast. They place was pretty much clean and the service was okay. I’ll be back to this Carl’s when I’m back in town.

I hate carls jrs to begin with. But I was craving some chicken stars, so on my way home I decided to stop by. I order my food and pull up to the drive thru window only to wait 10 min b4 they acknowledge that I was at the window and to take my payment. So they take my cash, hand me the worst cherry coke of my life. Then I wait longer to actually get my food. Once I get my food my fries are cold burn and hard! WTH! My chicken stars are mushy GROSS! After I drove off and noticed this BS I wanted to bust a U turn go back wait ten more min for the stupid lady to notice I was at the window. And throw it at her! Now I remember why I hate Carl’s JR. They Suck or at least this location does! They should knock it down and build a chick fil A.

If you used your credit card here, make sure to double check what you were billed. I came here one night in a rush to grab a bite to eat before visiting a family member at Kaiser. I had a fish sandwich and a side salad which was $ 6.41. I later checked my cc statement and found I was charged $ 12.30.
Also, this place is pretty poorly managed– the food wait it long, the drive through is pretty ghetto, and the service was pretty rude.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Slow service. Girl at the front had a damn hickey on her neck the size of Texas. How tacky! Her nails were dirty too! Gross!
Didn’t even know what a grilled BBQ chicken sandwich was/​is! Very annoying!
Took 12 minutes to get my food/​take out. Drive Thru had 7 cars in line and the last car got their meal before I did.

This spot has pretty good breakfast. Especially now since they launched their biscuit items. Its the preferred breakfast spot for my Mama Rosa. The breakfast portions are large, but since we are big eaters, we sometimes have to double up on items. :P The service is quick, even when it is crowded. My only complaint is that sometimes they are not quick enough with wiping down tables once someone has left.
They do accept debit cards here, but you might wanna use as credit to avoid the fee (last I checked it was $ 0.75)
