Slow service, got my order wrong then gave me half a box of fries!!! Smh, rude ass customer service… They need a new team! #Iwantmyfuckingmoneyback

This place sucks! I have tried to give them a chance but trust me when I say stay away. LONG drive thru wait, when you wait that long at least have some hot food for me. They have forgotten items in my meal, gave me the wrong drink and forget napkins. I had curly fries that tasted like they throw them in the fryer to reheat them… Yuck!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would, this place sucks, they messed up the order big time 2 orders of fries missing and order of jalapeño poppers missing and one of the drinks was supposed to be iced tea and I called out the drive thru person when I saw sprite on the screen and she tells me they put it down as sprite but the order is iced tea wtf, if you can avoid this place avoid cause you’re just gonna get a f*d up order smh

Came here on 1÷1÷2016 between 4am and 4:30am. Was greeted at the drive thru by voice 1 and then immediately voice 2 came on and said the system (assuming point-​of-​sales system) would take 30 minutes to come on.
That’s BS for a POS for a system to take 30 minutes to reboot/​restart. Whoever was working during this shift should be let go.
I hope Corporate audits this location against their POS uptime against the # of orders taken.

Standing in line for 8 minutes and haven’t gotten helped. Boyfriend had to ask the girl if he could get an iced coffee because we’re on break. Seriously? There’s 4 of you working. And only two people in the drive through. That’s really ridiculous.

This place sucks! and staff is rude. They always mess up on my order (whether drive-​thru or dine-​in order), tried giving them several chances but didn’t happen. They give me regular fries instead of curly fries that I ordered. They gave me my right order once but they didn’t fill it up to the top (drinks and fries). They ruined my iced mocha cravings cause it doesn’t even taste mocha at all compared to the other jibs I tried. Another one is, they’re not watching over their trainee who ended up over-​charging me. If I can give a NO star, I would!

Ordered here for the third time recently and the food has been cold. Yuck! The lady that used to be there hasn’t been there so who knows what’s going on. Don’t think I’ll be ordering here again, the food was really gross tonight: /

Workers are very nice as I have experienced with all locations. Skip this location if you want fast service and/​or hot food. We waited forever in drive thru to order with just a couple cars ahead of us. After ordering we got our food quickly. My stuffed jalapenos and breakfast croissant were luke warm, bleh.

Place an order via drive thur. Very upset when I got back to work and realized TONS of grease was all over the bag and on my pants!
My food was not good in quality.
Last time ever going to this Jack In The Box NEVER

I really like going to Jack in the Box for a quick bite, especially in the morning to get breakfast. They also serve all of their other food items around the clock. Recently they have added new breakfast items such as new breakfast burritos. This morning I ordered the Grande breakfast burrito along with a coffee before my day started at work. The burrito was large with eggs, sausage and some special sauce. It was delicious and it was so filling that I ended up skipping lunch. The staff here was friendly and quick on service. I only wished for the convenience that they could mix the cream and sugar inside the coffee as what McDonald’s and Burger King do but here they only put it on the side for the customer to mix in later. I’ll be back on another morning soon.

Good place for fast food, this place is constantly empty so I wondered why, food is ok, it’s fast food so no high expectations. It’s clean place.

Honestly, fantastic customer service here. I don’t typically review fast food places, but this JitB got me through countless morning commutes hassle-​free. There is one lady (I believe she is either a manager or assistant manager) who always has a cheerful demeanor. She should be a district manager. Promote her.
In other news: their stock is doing well and is actually giving out a dividend! Yay! Finally.

I go here every day, since i’m a skater and it’s right next to the skatepark I always go and the workers are very friendly, although they don’t really keep a conversation they’re still nice. The food is, well like any other Jack in the box.

Slowest drive through ever

This is my first review if a fast food joint, I’ve never done one because what is the point… right? Well today’s service was great and quick using drive thru. The service that was given by this crew today was superior for fast food and a drive thru at that! I don’t know if this type of service is an every day occurrence at this location, but today Jack in the Box get two thumbs up from me! Keep it up crew that was working at 1:00pm on August 2, 2012!!!

I always feel like reviewing a fast food chain it totally fruitless for nearly all parties involved. You’re either eating here or you’re not and what I write will have no bearing on this — it’s Jack in the Box.
However, it is an easy review, so tralalalala!
The place is clean enough; it’s undergone that recent post-​modern overhaul most of the franchises have been experiencing. It also has one of those touchscreen ordering machines, if you want to totally bypass the human experience of ordering from another person.
I only ever get the two tacos deal at these places, but ever since they started adding the caloric count to their menu, I don’t think I’ll be back. 300+ calories for those small-​ass tacos? Ridic.

So being that I worked a graveyard shift for three months at Kaiser Permanente, recently, i discovered that not too many places to eat are open for my 2:00am lunchtime break. Except for some gas stations, 7elevens, and of course… good old Jack in the Crack. Yeah some times I would be lazy and not pack a lunch to work so I would have no choice but to go to Jacks value menu to fuel my fire. Convenience is the only reason I would go here.

aHHHH, my local quick fix for cheap food. thank goodness its right next to my work. I just stopped by today for some FREE TACOS. But what got me was the new PASTRAMI SANDWICH. To my amazement, it was pretty good, though the sandwich started to apart in the middle due to all the meat they put in there. Good Job jack on the sandwich. I’d definitely get it again.

so much you can get for 99 cents, spicy chicken, jumbo jack, fries, etc. Plus many other tasty items like mozzarella sticks, seasoned fries, chibatta burgers, variety of larger & double burgers, shakes, smoothies, asian fusion, breakfast all day, many deviled deserts and on of the better tasting fountain cokes on par with McDonalds. This place was close to mall and freeway, staff was freindly and parking was good.

RECOMMENDATIONS JACK!:
Jack, you need to work on getting this drive-​thru line going faster at lunch time. 20 – 25 minute waits for fast food?!
Jack, you need to put some more hash brown sticks with your breakfast. 4 sticks just doesn’t cut it!
