Pizza Hut

We ordered pizza and they wouldn’t honor the coupon for national pizza day. I ordered the pizza anyway and they were over 20 minutes late on the delivery time. That’s not cool when you’re waiting to feed a 2 year old. Very disappointed.

First time here, my cashier was Yamilex she was very rude and sarcastic! I ask if I can use my coupons she said NO I ask her if I can use my student discount and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Girl on the phone was rude and sarcastic. When the food came there was no soda and no Sauce for the breadsticks. I spent a lot more money for my family to have a good pizza and it was such a disappointing experience. Next time I think I’ll just pay half the price for little Cesar’s. At least they remember the order. The only good thing I can say was the delivery guy was very polite. He seemed to be the only one with decent customer service.

Right pizza, wrong order!
I used a coupon code for an android order, to get a free order of breadsticks with a regular large pizza. I ordered a Veggie Lovers pizza with a side order of cheese sticks and the order was listed properly on my phone.
The Delivery Driver brought the Veggie pizza, but there were no breadsticks. Now, I will confess that the pizza was typical pizza hut quality, so in that sense, I wasn’t disappointed. I was also charged just for the pizza, so I wasn’t overcharged for my order. The real disappointment was that I ordered as a participant of an online coupon and DID NOT GET THE CORRECT ORDER! For that, I significantly downgrade this experience.
After all, I have three online orderin options for pizza in my area AND I can call-​in for delivery at several different pizza joints near my home, all of whom provide a comparable (though not significantly superior) quality foodie experience.
So sorry Pizza Hut (at 9111 Imperial Highway in Downey)…I’ll likely give you another try in the future, but all of your competitors will be given a chance to show me why I shouldn’t before I call you back!

Will never order from here again.
After placing our order online, it said it would take 45 minutes. 45 minutes later still no pizza. So we call pizza hut and they tell us their delivery time is 1 hour and 15 minutes and that the online clock is wrong… So we wait. We finally get the pizza and its cold, not room temperature, but cold, like it had been driven around the entire 45 minutes before being delivered.
Then when we open the pizza we realize that instead of the extra pizza sauce we requested they decided to put on the least amount of sauce possible.
So we call to complain and they tell us that they’ll send us another pizza since apparently their manager isn’t available to refund us our money. So I guess we get to wait another 45 minutes for a cold, sauceless pizza.

Came at 9pm to meet my boy. Front desk girl brianna was super cool and friendly. … Manager Jessica made the pizza and brought it out to us in minutes … THUMBS UP! Keep up the awesome work!

The night crew worker tried to kick me out of the lobby so he could mop! Keep in mind, I’m just sitting here waiting for my pizza to be cooked. The nerve!

The people that work here are really nice! They can pour a good pint too! The dining room was nice and clean. The pizza and toppings were cooked perfectly!

Terrible Pizza Hut! I ordered two pizza for delivery, one with meat one cheese. They quoted a 20 – 30 minute delivery time. My pizza arrived 30 minutes late, and was cold. When I opened the box, both pizzas had meat! It ruined my family dinner. I called to talk to a crew member and was given attitude as if the mistake was my fault. You took a whole extra 30 mins longer, and STIlL delivered the wrong order. They offered to send over the right order for delivery — which now they quote me another 40 minutes to wait. I told them never mind and that I wanted a refund. I paid with my card online, all CC transactions are reversible through the computer, however according to them the only way they could refund me is if I drove the pizzas back to the store — which is BS since I have a family member who used to work for the company and I’m aware that’s not the policy. So not only did they deliver late, ruin my family dinner — they wanted me to waste more time and my gas to go chase them down for their mistake they made.
Horrible customer service from this location. Stay away.

Horrible customer service!!! Horrible! No one acknowledged us as we stood there for several minutes! Girl at the counter was NO help! She was only good for taking our money! We order online and came at the exact pick up time and the pizza wasn’t even ready! Lobby was filthy along with the bathrooms! Will not be back!

Horrible customer service. Was not acknowledged when waiting at the register. Then a cashier comes out and says have you been helped after talking to her friend in the back. Waited 20 mins after the pick up time. When I asked the same cashier why my name was taken off the screen, she says «I don’t know nothing bout that!» First off lets get some proper grammar when being rude! I will never go back there and I will tell all my friends and family to stay away! Maybe they will hire people who have customer service and know proper grammar! And an fyi I saw two other girls in the back talking about all the customers pointing and laughing! WOW! To top everything else off, the pizza was under cooked! NEVER AGAIN! Public Pizza on Clark is way better!

Hope they close this location soon. My brother Went to pick up our order 3 hours before closing time. I had to call them to have someone let him in. Once he’s in, he finds out they «messed up» our order (whatever that means) and it hadn’t been made. Our crust was without the Parmesan I asked for. I love stuffed crust! I hate this location. Not cool. I sound like a picky a’hole, I’m sure! But I swear, I’ve experienced so many disappointments at this location but kept giving them a second (third, fourth) chance… DONE.

I never bothered to read reviews on this place now that I’ve had a bad experience I see why they only have two stars here. Now I’m attaching a confirmation email I was sent after ordering some pizza online like I’ve done in the past, except this time they sent me the confirmation email confirming my order would be ready and once I showed up to pick up my pizza the doors were locked, I drove around pulled on all the doors and noticed a customer with a hoodie sitting on the bench waiting for something, a young lady came to the counter and looked over when I was pulling the locked door back and fourth to make sure they were locked and I wasn’t opening the wrong way but she just looked over and looked away but I made sure she saw me pulling on those doors, now reminder my pizza was set to be ready at 10:21 I was there at 10:17 and live right down the street, I’ve ordered from this place many times before and never had any problems, but if someone orders some pizza please don’t close the doors on them. Or maybe you guys shouldn’t tell people your open until 11pm if your going to lock your doors before that regardless. This is disappointing Pizza Hut, I will avoid this place.

Last time we order pizza at this place!!! We never had a problem until today, so we order our pizza on line and by the time it was delivered it was raw and soggy, all the ingredients falling off, so my wife calls them and the guy is laughing at her over the phone saying that it was because of all the extra ingredients we order. What’s the problem with the incompetent dick over the phone, he wouldn’t accept that everything was wrong with the pizza. Maybe they had an off day but, I will not go back to try it again… at least at this location.

They forgot my wings and the driver was clueless as to what to do to fix the situation. I wasn’t going to sign for it because I paid credit. He just stood there and said it’s not my fault. I said ok but how are you gonna fix it. I got a I don’t know call them. Call them and their just as incompetent. They need better people cuz the pizza sucked, didn’t get my wings, and they have more than enough incompetence to go around.

My daughter had a free coupon for a personal pizza so here we are. Must say I’m pleasantly surprised. I got a personal two topping pizza myself with a 20oz drink for $ 5.50. Not bad. The pizza is quite delish. A bit oily but that’s what this place is known for. I’ll return if I happen to be in the area.

This place is a joke! We just went in to order a pizza, and they’re out of pizza dough! Really!!! Get it together! You’re a pizza place!!! Management needs to get it together as far as ordering goes! Never in my life have I walked into a pizza place that ran out of pizza dough!

Have to agree with most of these reviews. Service was horrible. I would always come to this pizza Hut since I was younger only because it’s down the block but it’s gone down hill. Very dissappointed.

After ordering a large pizza I was told it would be ready in 15minutes… Waited 45 minutes was told by their manager that somebody FORGOT to put pizza in… REALLY??? FORGOT ??? then was told their computers were not working… Loved this place but someone needs to manage it better!

Seriously folks some of the worst service ever. first of all I arrive about an hour until closing and the doors are locked. all of them… and theres a girl by the counter on her phone, who thinks its a great idea to just ignore me… so i stand outside in the cold waiting around and call and a guy says he will open it … 5 mins later NOTHING… SERIOUSLY NOT COOL
