Baskin Robbins

Even if we didn’t have kids, this Baskin Robbins would be the least pleasant place to get ice cream.
It is so filthy and dirty — the floors, the hair lying on the counter near the register, the trash on the tables, ice cream drips everywhere — I could go on, but I won’t.
This most recent visit (4÷23÷16) was not unlike my past ones and I’m tired of it… It is always unacceptably dirty when I walk in regardless of how busy it is. Embarrassing.
The tables and chairs outside are so sad. Rickety. Falling apart. Again, filthy.
That being said, the service was okay.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Employees just look at you but don’t acknowledge that you’re waiting to be helped.

The girls here are very sweet! Will let you sample ample flavors and they now have a nice tip jar! I have been coming here for a while, it is best early morning or mid day less busy!

I came today to get some ice cream with the family. I saw that there were people in front of us so I waited patiently. An old couple came in and was helped before us which I let pass. However that’s when another couple with their child came in and was helped before us. My sister told the employee working there that we were there first and she responded that the couple got there before us and that she will help us next. Is this girl blind or what. Every time we go in its either the employees being rude as hell or they just ignore us. They need to stay hiring better people instead of these young kids that do not care. Even another customer saw that we were there first. On top of that I saw a cockroach… ewww. They are not even clean there. Just bad customer service and disgusting place!!! If anyone wants ice cream just drive a little more and get Cold Stone!!!

I really enjoyed my icecream, the girls who helped me and my family where very friendly and patient. I recommend anyone to come, friendly environment their store was a bit messy but right before we left I noticed one of the employees cleaned the table tops and picked up trash off the floor.

I would have to agree with most of the reviews on this place. It’s not the cleanest place, the customer service is not the greatest and the place does need some better lighting/​remodel.
Anyway, I asked for the banana royale so the employee asks me what toppings I want, being that I was a little thrown off by the question, I said peanuts… so that’s all I got (lol). What happened to the whip cream and the chocolate syrup and the cherries? Shouldn’t that be part of it? I wanted my sundae exactly like the picture. I didn’t want to argue because I wasn’t feeling all that great so I took my 2 scoops, with bananas and peanuts that cost me $ 6.00+ and sat my behind and ate it. After about 5 minutes, the place got packed so we noticed 2 other employees come from the back. They looked like they had just gotten up from a nap. They had their hair up in a messy ponytail. My first through «they should definitely be wearing hair nets».
Would I go back? Not unless I get a gift card again.

Nastiest b&r I’ve ever been to. Dirty tables and counter. Thought it was closed because it was so dark inside. Next time we’ll drive to one farther away.

The store has seen some better days. The ice cream was good and the service was nice, but show the place some TLC and give it a remodel.

Reeses sundae is whatever. Theres caramel in it which doesnt say that on the menu. Killed it. Then they jam pack the ice cream to the point that you’re just eating whipped cream at first. Although, my whipped cream melted pretty fast. The person serving us had to stop in the middle of what she what she was doing (helping us) to ring someone else’s customer up… That was a little annoying. But the girl was really nice which is why i gave it two stars.

Went to this Baskin Robbins today to buy a cake for my daughter when I noticed that there was a huge roach on the counter, so disgusting I told the attendant that there was a roach and she just grabbed a napkin like nothing and smashed the roach. I walked out of there quick and grossed out

Don’t go to this location if you expect them to help you during their posted business hours. Terrible customer service. Better off going to CVS across the street and buying two gallons of ice cream and all the fixings for a sunday at the same price you could spend there for two single scoop cones. Or go to the 24hr Rite Aid the store worker recommended after she refused to help me during their business hours.

The old grey haired lady is so rude. Worst time ive ever had at Baskin Robins ever. I never go back to this Baskin Robbins again out of all the Baskin Robbins in the world I had to walk into this one, big mistake.

In this hot weather you can’t go wrong with stopping by any Baskin Robbins for a nice cold ice cream cone !! With the variety of flavors they have available you can be sure to find just the right flavor !!
This particular store was a little disorganized today but I will give them credit because it was a little busy, probably because of this heat ! Nevertheless we did get serviced right away and even though the girl look exhausted she did provide out service with a smile and was friendly !!

The girls were so nice, the scoops were perfect. The atmosphere is inviting. I will be back.

I love their frappuccino mocha blast & of course anything coffee flavored. All their ice cream flavored are yummy, but their prices are outrages. Their customer service stinks! I don’t know who manages this place but they need a clean slate or some serious CS training.

It’s icecream! What’s NOT to love about it? Great place with lots of seats to sit down and enjoy a frozen treat!

For sub par ice cream to be so expensive is a crime. I should have went to mc donalds would have paid $ 2 instead of $ 9. Never again I guess that’s how they got there name robbing

i went in around 9:30 at night & its not like i asked very much questions, but the female employer was incredibly rude! its not that late at night to be so tired you forget manners exist! youre serving ice cream all day, not running a country. she had black long wavy hair, avoid her! lemme quote my experience.

Old stand by for Ice Cream. Used to come here with my parents now with my daughters. My favorite is «Baseball nut»

I was there today buying three ice cream cakes, & did not feel like I was welcomed. The attendant felt annoyed that i was asking questions about other cakes that I might purchase in the future. The other two employees were very helpful and kind. I have been to other locations before, and never had an issue like this. Just my thoughts.
