Very satisfied with my recent experience here for new prescription sunglasses and everyday glasses. The eye exam went well too. Very thorough and good explanations of the purpose of each test.
The gals who did the measuring and ordering of my new eye wear were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have Eyemed vision insurance and I got a lot for my money here. Both pairs of glasses were over 50% off thanks to my insurance, and the eye exam was covered 100%.
The glasses took a week to arrive, which seemed longer than other places, but wasn’t a huge inconvenience. Love my new Ray Ban transition lenses glasses!

This is the worst and most awkward experience that I have ever had. I took my 2 daughters for an eye exam and the doctor was helping them to decifer what they were reading during the exam. He kept giving them hints and clues. I’ve never had an optometrist to do that. Then he said he couldn’t determine a prescription for one of my daughters and asked me to bring in her old glasses so he could read her prescription with a machine. This is not the proper way to do an eye exam. Unfortunately I was not well and in my right mind when I went and I paid for 2 exams. My daughter was prescribed with no problem by a different establishment who did not ask for her old prescription to make a determination. I’ve called this doctor about a refund and they keep telling me that I can’t get a refund on services rendered. If my daughter doesn’t have a prescription, then I have not been renedered any service. It was more of a disservice as I wasted my time with this untrustworthy optometrist. I’m trying to be nice but this guy is going to wind up getting reported for his failure to provide services. I would never suggest visiting this supposed eye doctor.
