The pharmacy tech John was awful the worst customer service from him I have ever experienced. They are not all bad as John but I am shocked he is employable with his rude attitude. He said I am not trying to be a dick but you will have to come back later when I have more time! Who says that to a customer. Than he refused to fill my script and would not give me his last name. Unbelievable.

Worst customer service ever from the cashier«Paul». I have been to this cvs twice and he’s given me attitude both times. First time I went to make a return and he questioned me about why I was returning the item for like 5 minutes until I called the manager. The second time I went with a raincheck and he said that he couldn’t do it because it was from another cvs and once again I had to call the manager over. The manager was polite and was able to give me the sale price for the items. Overall I like how well stocked the store is and how helpful the other employees are. Avoid a headache and argument and don’t check out with the cashier PAUL!

Helpful staff and pharmacy team. Need medication for a dry cough and the pharmacist was very helpful in helping me decide what to buy. If you need to use the bathroom, you have to ask one of the employees to let you in because it has a keypad code for entrance. It is 24 hours with a drive-thru pharmacy. Parking lot driveway is a bit narrow so be careful when you go in and out of the parking lot.

Had to make an update to my last review. If I could give even more stars I would. I was in last week looking for bandages and suddenly heard my name. The pharmacist was asking if I needed help but used my name. Some may think this is odd but I like the idea that my pharmacist cares enough to not only remember my name but personalize his service to me in this way. It definitely gives the national chain a small business feel.

I made a switch to this CVS after having done business with Walgreen’s Pharmacy for many years. I find a significant difference in helpfulness, attitude, communication and transparency. After tying to get a price on a prescription at Walgreen stores it was like the answer was super secret and they even seemed reluctant to give out the information.(they used to have prices on their web site, but for whatever reason discontinued this practice.) With CVS my experience is that I get IMMEDIATE answers to any question I might have including costs. The store personnel are extremely accommodating. So long Walgreen HELLOCVS.
