After having my car totaled I needed a new one. This dealership tried very hard to find the vehicle I was looking for. Alas, despite their best efforts, there were so few vehicles in inventory in New England, I waited too long to get the car I wanted. NOT their fault. I will go there next time, having sampled the other dealers in the area. I now know just how superior they really are in every way. What a difference a dealership can make! Kicking myself that I did not wait until the 2016’s arrived, but I will be back to purchase. This dealer was also excellent when I needed to get my GAP insurance processed. They did it quickly and by the way, thank you for making the suggestion that I buy GAP insurance – it truly saved my hide when 8 months after purchase my vehicle was totaled and I was upside down – the reasonably priced GAP insurance came through. They don’t forget you after the sale. They truly are a full service dealer and this is by far the most pleasant transaction I have had yet in purchasing a car AND in much needed post purchase follow up assistance. A+ to all the departments that make this place
