I got a coupon for a $ 14 oil change and made an appointment.
Check for coupons here:
No complaints. I got an oil change for $ 17.50 plus tax as the coupon did not include a $ 3.50 shop fee. They told me it would be 45min to 1hr. I went shopping while I waited.

I purchased a Diehard motorcycle battery from Sears in 2014 thinking it was a good battery. The battery only lasted 1 year. I didn’t know they only provide a warranty for 9 months. They want to sell me another Diehard. I’m going to Walmart from now on. Theirs last for 4 years and their warranty is better.

In need of 4 new tires. I called in advance and Keith was great over the phone giving me 3 – 4 estimates. When I called back to schedule an appointment, I very specifically ask what day and time is good to come in when the wait is not outrageous? We decided on Tuesday at 9am.
I arrived early and checked in. I was told the «recommended» alignment was not included, another $ 80 on top of $ 515. I ask them to check my headlights as they were not burning very bright. He said he did but I never saw my hood popped open once.
I also ask them to check and be sure my spare was still good and if not replace it with one of the used ones just taken off. My spare is a space saver. So no using it.
At 9:44 my car was still not taken into the bay. I ask the lady at the front and she said she had a guy coming in at 10am and he would have my tires done in 20 minutes. The lady was nice at the front but she plays the game of making excuses for a 2 HR + wait.
I pulled out at 11:43. Ridiculous.

Amazing service! We were on our way home from a long road trip, ran over something, and ended up with a flat tire. It could have been a horrible experience, but luckily we were 2 mins from this sears and we had a warranty on our tires. The staff stated late to fix our flat and we were back on the road for $ 0. Thanks sears!
