Love this branch. All the tellers are so nice and efficient. I’ve rarely waited more than 5 minutes in line. One the rare occasion I did, it was due to the tellers giving help and advice to the customers.

Outstanding customer service. Seriously. New to the neighborhood, I’ve had to go in there and ask for a letter confirming my account and have had two separate applications notarized. Everyone has been super kind about needing last minute supernatural motives. On ALL occasions I’ve been helped with a smile and genuine warmth.
Judene is worth a special mention as a real professional with fantastic people skills, but the entire staff here will treat you like neighbors.
Add all of that, alocation steps from the T, attached to a café, and lots of perks= five stars!
