Wendy’s

Unilocal and Google both show they are opened until midnight. Showed up at 10:50pm and the Wendy sign lights were out. Went through the drive through and they were cleaning their equipment out. If they change their hours that is fine, but they should adjust their displays accordingly.

How can you possibly be out of baked potatoes at 5:30 pm?! Went to the drive through and just wanted a quick bite to eat to tide me over until I got home. Drove up to the pick up window and was told they were out of potatoes. The baked potatoes are a major part of the Wendy’s menu — how can you be out of them right at the peak of the dinner hour?

Not impressed with the food quality or portion. Paid almost 9 bucks for baconater combo, the burger was tiny, only a two pieces of bacon, asked the gal if this was really it, she said ummm yes, I’m sorry. Get your burgers back to size or your gonna follow suit like McDonald’s and lose more customers !’

Came here for lunch, and it wasn’t bad. I got a double cheeseburger, which was really good, and a frosty, which was also good. Their chili and their baked potatoes is spot on, too. However, they were a little busy, and my sister’s burger came with only cheese when she wanted lettuce and tomato, too. When I went to give her some of my toppings, I only had one lettuce leaf and one tomato slice. Other than that though, the food was pretty good.

We have been happy with our experiences here over the years. The location is conveniently located near the freeway. Good stop when you need a quick refreshment before getting on the road.

There’s a reason why a decent amount of people dislike this Wendy’s. It definitely ranks as one of the worst branches I’ve been to. I only keep going back because it’s the only Wendy’s near me, unfortunately.
Food his a hit or miss, often a miss but still tasty. Cold food is served often, employees obviously hate their jobs and appear to be lazy at times. Often get the wrong order or short-​ordered. Make sure to check your bags before you leave if you get something to go. I literally stared at a lady as she looked in my bag to make sure that it was all there, and then hand it to me. I get home and I’m missing one of my two items.
This place seriously needs new, better management and the same for employees. It’s only worth going here to get your Wendy’s fix now again. Not worth my time to come here frequently, just once every several months.

Apparently I have to give a star, otherwise it wouldn’t be there. Drove to this location twice near closing time. Both times we just wanted frosties (which definitely doesn’t require any prep/​cook time from the employees). But both times we didn’t even get a chance to order; they ignored us and turned off the lights (before closing time). Employees don’t get paid until a certain time to close 5 – 10 minutes early. It was very rude, and reflects very poorly on the establishment.

I don’t know why, but I love how they prepare their food. Their food just looks exactly like the picture. But I didn’t have time to take a pic of it, Because I was very hungry… Munch Munch Munch!
The restaurant is clean. Not too messy, and wasn’t busy when I went. The bathroom is well stocked in toilet papers. The air within the restaurant doesn’t feel so greasy… LOVE IT! Cant forget the sea salt fries. Sofa king Mmmmmm…
Friendly staff, except in one condition, very stingy on their sauces. Blahhh!

The pro: The taller, somewhat skinny guy working last night (10/​24/​2014) was friendly.
The cashier, on the other hand, seemed impatient with both mine and my roommate’s orders. She actually sneered at me as if saying «no onions» was a crime. Sorry, don’t like it. She and one of the cooks kept bickering unprofessionally about my «complicated order» (the new BBQ fries special… only no onions), and it was noticeable they were getting annoyed with each other.
They then got my roommate’s order wrong, and then said that «he ordered it wrong.» Yep, his bad, apparently.
As for the food… this isn’t affecting my score. I enjoy Wendy’s when I get a legitimate rare fast food craving. I wasn’t fond of the BBQ fries, but the nuggets to replace them were good (as always), and my salad tasted good enough.
Good for food… but they should work on the upfront customer service, perhaps?

I’ve been to this Wendy’s three times now and every single time my fries taste old, hard and cold, they don’t even fill the container all the way. Ordered a large and they gave me the equivalent of a small or something. Most likely not coming back. Burger was alright, needs more veggies.

third time I’ve been to this place recently and loving the fact that my food is made fresh right then, they keep the drive through moving by having people pull into the parking lot and bringing you your food there, they mistakenly gave my friend a burger with onions and instantly brought out another one without them. Their food has been tasting delicious and i love it.

If I could have put 0 stars I would or negative stars! Food was cool to the touch… tastes mediocre and for the price the food SHOULD be better! Not only that but CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!!! We spent money in there and that did show up on our bank statement… along with another charge that was nearly triple what we spent.
Oh you thought I was done? NOPE my husband went in there to speak with the manager about the extra charges and he laughed in his face and wouldn’t provide his name.
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Do not go to this location… horrible horrible customer service absolutely ridiculous

Honestly this place is only good for a frosty and baked potato. The rest of the food has really gone down hill. I mean I know it’s fast food but still. It’s just gross. And it’s not just this Wendy’s. It’s just Wendy’s in general. They ways screw up your order. It’s not even good tasting. Id rather just eat at home if I had a choice

So I’m riding my bicycle around town and think «hey, how about a milkshake?» Hop off the bike, and run inside for a Frosty. I order one chocolate.
«What size?» asks the cashier.
«Um…» as I’m looking at the menu to see which sizes there are.
«SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE» says the obviously ill-​tempered cashier in an impatient tone.
Hesitantly, I order a small and take it to go.
Dear Wendy’s guy:
Please make note of the fact that other places have limited selections. In-​N-​Out had one size on the menu, but you could order a big one anyways. And I’m sorry your job frustrates you so much. That is not my problem, and maybe you should think of that before you discourage other diners from patronizing your franchise.

I was craving a junior bacon cheeseburger so of course I don’t mind driving a mile and a half to go get one.
It wasn’t busy at all, yay!
One star gone for my food not being warm. It was actually really good! The bacon was crispy and the lettuce/​tomato tasted very fresh. But it just wasn’t warm):
One star gone for the very lazy guy who took my order! I’m always polite while ordering and say please and thank you. So, as I complete my order I say «Thank you» and he says «mhm». Lol I actually hear him say «mhm»! And when I get to the window he tells me «I’ll get your food out when I can» it was just odd, I was the only person there, no need for attitude sir!
Overall: very satisfied tummy:)

It’s just like every other Wendy’s. It’s very clean. The only problem I have with this location is that I saw them drop some cups on the ground one time and they just put them back to use them. I always thought that if anything touched the ground In the restaurant floor it would end up In the garbage. I contacted corporate but I don’t remember if u heard back from them.

The food came to us and was fresh and delicious, however, my only gripe is that my husband and I were on the road and stopped to eat in their parking lot. We were enjoying our food on this nice hot day (last weekend), and one of their employees came outside and smoked a stinking cigarette right by our car. Way to ruin a meal!

For a Wendy’s this was an excellent Wendy’s. The food was really fresh. My crispy chicken sandwich was actually as advertised, very crispy and juicy. Service was a but slow, but worth the wait.
The value menu is quite a deal. You can get like 300 calories per dollar!

Have again: Excellent $ 0.99 Classic Frosty!
Not have again: the Son of Baconater was good with very good bacon, but had no lettuce or tomato (I should have asked). Far better to have their single cheeseburger and add bacon. With the bacon they have on the Baconater, it would be very good.

Service was off today. This is the second time in a week that they have left something out of the bag that I ordered. It’s not that hard to get the orders correct people.
