I tried giving them a dollar bill that was barely ripped on the edge and they wouldnt accept it, i told him that was the last dollar i had and he still wouldnt accept so i had to take something off of my order. Terrible customer service.

My review is based on the drive-​thru only.
I stopped here to get something to eat on my way home from Davis as I was starving. As I was driving towards here I notice an extremely long line and almost turned around however I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the line moved. Even got an apology for the long wait from someone that seemed to be some sort of manager.
My order was correct, hot and I got it fairly quick so I was able to get back on the congested highway, eat and drive home!

Stop in for a restroom break and walk in the ladies and it was a mess seat covers on the floor and the other toilet had all kinds of shit in it lets just the restroom was gross and need attention I walk out and told them the restroom needed attention and so I hope they clean it right away I lift to walk over to Walmart s

They fail on the health code violations it’s due half of the staff is sick and touching the food on their bare hands even coughing toward the food and they were racist to anyone. The manager was rude to the guest which it was unacceptable to us guest every thumbs down wish their was a no star at all

The Associate William dealt with me and every single person exactly the way I would want to be treated. He’s a amazing worker be proud of him. I work retail and he has customer service down pat! I came all the way from New Jersey for a visit and absolutely had to get me some Curley fries!!!

Love Jack In The Box!
It’s a little bit more $ than other fast food but it’s worth it. Always fresh.
This one is really convenient. Right off the freeway.
It’s clean. Employees are friendly.
They give military discount!

We were making a trip back from Sacramento to San Jose a few days ago. We made a quick pit stop into this Jack in the Box for a bathroom break. We also got a cold cup of water. The staff was very friendly and they gave excellent service.

Conveniently located right off the freeway, jack in the box makes it a great stop for a grab and go. There prices are okay, just wish they had more in the 99 cent range. I had a Grilled Chicken Club Salad with Balsamic dressing. The salad was well prepped an did not contain any soggy lettuce pieces. One thing i would add to this salad would be a hard broiled egg. I deferred from getting a drink which i think is a bit pricey. McDonalds has set the trend if the $ 1 for any size drinks. I went across the street to the Chevron station and grabbed a drink for much less.
Also this place is near a hotel if you happen to need a nights stay in Dixon. I do believe that this Jack in the Box is open 24⁄7.

I don’t normally like to review chains but my family and I stopped here on the way to Reno and I was blown away by how long it took to get one thing of fries. There was practically no one in the place and the fries were done and just sitting there in the basket — yet by the time we got our fries, my dad had finished his hot coffee. I could have gone behind the counter and grabbed the fries in a much quicker time. All I can say is I was shocked about the slow service.

We’ve all been to a Jack inda Crack, but this one had some items I’ve never seen before.
Repackaging at it’s finest as JIB used regular items on their menu to create something new.
Taco Nachos — the $.99 tacos quartered on a bed of lettuce topped with jalapenos
Grilled cheese sandwich — sourdough bread from the sourdough jack with Jack’s American cheese.
I haven’t been inside a JIB lately but it seems like their reposition themselves into more of a loungey type of atmosphere with bar style tables and more modern and hip furniture. It’s working.
