Not sure why I expected more. I was hoping some of the other folks who left reviews were overexaggerating. Shrimp fried rice was crunchy, general tsos chicken was just fried dough in sauce, beef & broccoli was mostly crunchy broccoli (at least it was fresh), and the lady at the counter had the kind of attitude problem that doesn’t go away… I knew they wouldn’t have to worry about me coming back before I even tasted the food. there are way too many carryouts in the area to commit to one that treats people so badly & doesn’t prepare their food well.

The woman taking orders is very rude to customers. I placed a a sandwich 30 mins in advance and they didn’t start cooking it till I got there.

I have to give them 3 stars because they failed to get part of my order right.
Pros: I ordered my food @7:11 pm & received it before the specified time of 8:13. My food arrived at 7:51 pm.
Chicken wings were fried hard to perfection. These were probably the best carry out wings I’ve ever had.
The shrimp Lo mein was really good & spicy.
My shrimp in my shrimp basket were fried hard how I like them.
Cons: I ordered through the eat24 app & although there’s an option to specify instructions for each particular item of your order, they failed to get mine correct. I received white rice instead of the shrimp fried rice I ordered.
My crab Rangoon was soggy & the filler was just ok.
My shrimp egg roll fell short due to it not having any shrimp inside, so I could’ve settled for a spring roll.

I ordered my food online and patiently waited for it to arrive. The food arrived quicker than the time I was quoted, which is a plus.
Now on to the food, I kept it simple and ordered wings with fries. The fries were tasty but the wings were cooked WAY TOO HARD. They were much crunchier than I like my chicken and it didn’t taste fresh.
This is my first time eating and Shin Shin and if this is the norm, I certainly won’t eat there again. They received two stars because the ordering and delivery was good.

Ok so where to start. I love their food everyone in my family loves it. However they’re customer service sucks. I am gonna try and write this review as polite as possible. I called placed an order for delivery @ 10 pm. Delivery guys calls me at 11:40 telling me he’s outside. I tell him to take it back he does at 11:53 I receive multiple phone calls From carry out, decide not to answer as there really is no point. I have 2 voice mails left i check both and they are of the women taking orders cursing me out. First off i didn’t disrespect her or cross any lines. How can you run a business and be horrible at what you do. All you gotta do is make sure food is on time and communicate if its running behind. Will never order again. Best of luck

Not very good today. Burger was rubbery with no lettuce, ask for crispy fries got them cold and hard, egg drop soup was good, but when I dumped my crispy noodles in the soup they had this very old stale smell and while i was biting into the crispy noddles it was as hard as my burger, I had to throw out my whole meal. I always tip good and did again this time, but felt I was taken advantage of. Your business is to deliver whats on your menu, I would hope it would be good and fresh.

Great place so far. I was able to place my order through the eat24 app and get it delivered within 40 min still really hot. The the food was also good and a good portion.

DON’T DO DELIVERY!!! They sent me the wrong food. I tried to call the driver back as he was driving away from my house and he sent me to voicemail six times. I sent him a text advising that I received the wrong food and got no response. I tried to call the restaurant and they could care less. The food that I did get was just Eh or more like Blah. Nothing exciting. I’ve had MUCH BETTER. And after this last experience, I won’t be going back or ordering from them again. I SAY don’t waste your time or money but hey, I saw other folks bad reviews and tried it anyway so I’m pretty sure that someone else will too.

I am sooooooo shocked, this food is awesome! Reminds me of NY chinese food. I got the shrimp fried rice (CRACK!) The crispy chicken szechuan style and the shrimp eggrolls– so tasty, spot on and i will be back. The shrimp were de-​veined. .clean! I ordered through Unilocal eat24-​easy process, im sold!

One of my Go-​to Chinese Restaurants!
The owner (sorry do not know her name) is always very friendly! The food is cheap but don’t let that deter you. I learned about Shin Shin’s from a flyer placed on my apartment door when they were first opening.
I am a big fan of hot and sour soup and there’s is quite flavorful. I’ve tried the chicken wings, the buffalo wings, the shrimp egg rolls! Everything has been well cooked and tasty thus far.
Friendly service and great prices is what keeps me coming back. I do call in orders and carry out. Food is prepared when they say it will be.

It was 1 of them late night munchers… the fam had eaten my homemade chicken tacos… and i needed sumthing good, greasy& cheap… lo & behold Shin Shin delivers… food came delivered hot, fresh, and a lil salty… but i didnt care… the ‘ish was the bomb diggty. Yeah i will be calling them again.

We had a horrible storm that knocked the lights out in most of the area around my house. I frequently receive flyer’s from Shin Shin’s and have honestly overlooked them because they were too cheap. Something about that bothers me because I come from the school of you get what you pay for. Anyhoo, I went to Shin Shin’s because I was very hungry and there weren’t too many places with electricity. The people there were extremely nice which is not common in most Chinese take-out’s. I ordered an Orange chicken combination plate and added shrimp to my fried rice. It came to a grand total of 8 dollars and change.
Pro’s: They let me make my Orange Chicken spicer (I LOVE SPICY) which most places don’t. They were very nice, prices were cheap.
Con’s: None yet but if anything changes, I will update.
