Wish I had read reviews before I took my drapes here. Took in drapes & valances for a 8 ft slider. Paid in advance. Called on the day they were due in and they had never sent them out. They said I owed more money and they won’t send them out until I authorized it. Over charged me 20 for the valances under charged 40 for drapes. For a lousy $ 20 I had to wait a week for the drapes to the master bedroom. Just picked them up and they are wrinkled and they shrunk. I can’t go another week or more with out coverings on my slider. I told them I would never be back.

If you want to have your clothes damaged, AND have a manager Rafaela tell you it’s your fault because your shirts have been there too long this is the place. Also paid cash and asked for a receipt and was told they were unable to provide one. Finally was told by Rafaela if your clothes were left there over 30 day they can give to charity. Really? Your staff is so busy they can’t call customers and let them know they have cleaned clothes ready to be picked up that maybe someone forgot about? Very poor customer service.

Many screw ups over the years, cleaned clothes routinely do not come back on time, high prices for poor quality at times. The owner does not manage the business well.

I’d give them 0 stars if possible! We’ve been using their services for close to 6 months now with very few problems, however in the last 2 months their customer service has gone down the toilet. They first LOST a $ 150 shirt and were not even close to apologetic. When said shirt was finally found they blamed it on tags falling off… exactly how many people brought in polo shirts who’s tags fell off in the same time period that you couldn’t tell it was ours? Then i take a load of clothes over, the clerk says she can have it ready next day, AWESOME! i don’t actually go back the next day but the day after that i go to pick up the clothes and 6 hugo boss dress shirts are missing, and NO I DIDNOTRECEIVE A CALL. The clerk there doesn’t understand why I’m not taking the clothes she gave me and leaving as if missing clothing in an order is a normal thing. She’s totally belittling the matter and doesn’t offer any type of solution. When i ask for a manager to speak to she rolls her eyes and calls the antioch location at which point she basically tells me the manager is busy i can come back saturday to pick up the shirts. WTF??? So i take whatever clothing they’ve deemed fit for me to pick up and walk out with the antioch locations number so i can speak to the manager myself. Turns out the manager doesn’t give half a crap about the situation and wants me to come back to the store to pick up my 5 shirts that were supposed to be ready yesterday in 4 hours. Not to mention the clerks are completely in capable of deciding whether they can make clothing ready for pick up next day or not. One clerk will say it takes 2 days while the next will ask you if you’d like it the next day. «Discovery bay cleaners, we give you your clothes back when it suits us not you»

i do not!!! recommend this place to no one!!! they do not take care of your clothes they lost my dress and the owner hides behind her employees to not pay for damaged or lost orders! the young lady working there by the name of tori does not provide good customer service she pays more attention to her phone than the customer… i live in the city of db and alot of my neighbors have had the same problem with these cleaners ever since the old owner left this place has been the worse! do not trust it!!!

My husband needed a suit cleaned quickly. They did next day service for the same price. I like a business that tells me it’ll be ready at a certain time, and it is.
