The service is usually good but today the cashier gave me a hard time because my money wasn’t «new». A little confused why he was a jerk to me and giving me a hard time about trying to pay him.

Food was better than most Qdoba’s but the serving size was slightly small and the employees weren’t overly friendly. The person making my tacos told me that they weren’t worth the $ 9 I was paying for them which really makes me never want to order them again.

Staff has always been friendly to me. I live right around the corner and have started choosing qdoba over chipotle.

Arrived 10 minutes after opening time to find the front doors locked, and 4 employees«working» in the kitchen. They were definitely aware of 4 – 6 customers standing outside trying to get in, but never bothered to come unlock the door for us. After about 10 minutes, we walked next door and visited the friendly folks at SmashBurger.

Not the friendliest staff. But it was a pretty good burrito. Must go during lunch or dinner as in between the meat sits and gets dry and it isn’t near as tasty!

Supposed to open at 10:30am. Arrived at 10:40 and still not open. A guy was inside getting stuff ready and saw me looking in, but still didn’t bother to open the doors. Disappointment. Should just stick with Chipotle!

I’m sure the short, brunette female working 01÷10÷15 at 6:30 pm was having a bad day. In fact, the stick up her ass was protruding out her face. She single handedly killed any good vibes. Her neighboring employee was nearly as bad. The only redemption in the joint was the guy who took my payment. He was positive and friendly(he had dreads or a lot of hair. I don’t remember) The place was very messy, a fact that didn’t really bother me(as I tend not to eat off the floor) until the aforementioned«neighboring» employee began vacuuming the floor while I was eating. I know not a single college grad would work here, but it doesn’t take a PhD to realize you are kicking dust into everyone’s food. The smothered burrito was smothered and tasty, but it was pretty small. TL:DR: bad vibes, small portions, dirty, but somewhat tasty. I recommend going to nearby Chimayo or Chipotle if you have a burrito hankering.

I will never go back here again. The woman behind the counter treated me like I was inconveniencing her, and was more concerned with the broncos game than doing her job. I recommend going to chipotle or chimayo, both are close by and have much better food and I’ve never had bad service at either.

This review is for this Qdoba only. Not impressed. Was jonesing for triple queso nachos, and they were out of chips. Need I say anything more? Out of chips. That’s out of chips. Kind of like the time I went to Arby’s and they were out of meat. I appreciate they had a very busy day, but after standing in line for 10 minutes, I was a little irked. Oh well — next time. But at a different location.

Staff is sometimes friendly. Portions are quite inconsistent and sometimes very small. Food is up to par with other chains but the combination of awkward customer service and inconsistent portions keep me away.

Two observations: small portions, dirty dining area.

The burritos here are really good. My favorite topping was the mango salsa. I ordered the vegetarian burrito, with all the toppings and the mango salsa and tortilla chips made it one of the best burritos!

Our group stopped in on the way from Denver airport. After flash flooding delays on the interstate, we were hungry! This location isn’t as large as some, but food was good. JH’s order: Naked taco salad, no corn or beans, steak, double pico de gallo, bag of chips and a side of guacamole, medium soda.

This review is for the Qdoba in Vail. Extremely rude owner. While I was paying and getting my credit card out of my bag, my child touched a paper cup that was on the counter. The rude owner said to me, «He touched it, so you have to pay for a drink» and forced me to buy a drink. I told him it was just a paper cup and I handed it back to him. He told me it didn’t matter and since my child had touched it he had to charge me for the cup with the price of a drink. He also tried to charge for 2 separate taco orders instead of the«Craft 2 Menu» where you pick 2 items! AWFUL Place. Don’t go here. Owner is just about $$$ and no customer service. I’m never going back. He was also rude to his staff while I was there.

Opened a few months ago in a new little strip mall west of the City Market. Good or bad, now we can get the same fast americanized mex chain food up near Keystone and Breck as we get on the Front Range. Smaller location with fewer and more cramped tables than most Qdobas. Also more cold mountain air gets in. Burrito service line works as advertised and portions and taste appear to be consistent with corporate standards ;) I can see this location getting pretty busy during peak lunch and dinner time. Parking seems a bit limited. New SmashBurger also next door, but I haven’t tried yet.
