Let me start by saying, Pheeew! You walk in and the carpet in the room is stained, the walls have holes and it’s real drab by. The only positive thing going on is the comfy beds! Thank GOD I’m outta here early!

We wanted a cheap room and got it. Nothing about the room made us want to spend much time in there. Good TV with cable, but small and bland room. Very conveniently located. Since we were there to visit family and go to some National and State parks nearby, it worked for us.
They have a nice indoor water park that the children staying at the hotel really seemed to enjoy.
Continental breakfast ends a 9 (a bit early if you ask me) but they don’t start cleaning up before 9 like some places. They even seem to wait to clean up/​shut down if there are a lot of people still in there. Very nice of them.

Generally pretty good hotel here, chosen by my pax for their business convenience. Good elec outlet setup here bedside. Good internet and tv thing here also. Easy internet access. Close to recent food experience also.

Everything was amazing down to the pillows! The breakfast was great as well! My only complaint is that the alarm clock was set an hour ahead and my mom woke me up too early as a result.

My husband and I were driving back to MN from WA after our wedding and needed a room last minute. We were able to get the room through our Choice Hotels membership at a decent discount. Upon arrival, we were put into a Suite for only another $ 10! The room was awesome! Huge king bed with tons of pillows and a down comforter. A Jacuzzi tub, separate living room and a fireplace. The room was such a great way to spend the evening for our last night on the way home.

wow!!! there was blood on one of my pillows!!! i couldn’t believe it! there was also hair on the edges of the bathtub. breakfast wasnt good. fake eggs, gravy has no flavor. pool and hot tub was decent. no wi-​fi. will not be staying there again.

They lost our reservation, then came out 20 minutes later to say they found it, it was misspelled in their system. They promised when we made our reservations the water park would be open, but it was closed and drained on our arrival at 8pm. So they basically flat-​out lied and misrepresented themselves. Our kids were crushed. We drove all night long instead and went to The Reef water park at Big Horn Hotel in Billings, MT. Comfort Inn should be ashamed of themselves!!!
