The inside is alright thought u know this shit would be good but once I get the order it is greasy as fuck and I paid $ 4 for just a breakfast sandwich like wtf no hash browns fuck thats only good shit here. Staff is disrespectful and rude. Manager yelled just for getting food wtf that’s some bullshit. They should change there name to jack in the ass because this place is so ass.

I live nearby, but never go here after all I had a bad experience first they take forever to make the food and it was pretty bad. Will not be coming to this location again.

This is the worst grilled chicken sandwich I ever tasted I rarely give bad reviews but I had to this time. I bought the sourdough grilled chicken sandwich and when I bit into it I almost threw up. The chicken still had what looked to me like skin and half the chicken patty was fat and undercooked. If I ever decide to eat Jack in the box it will definitely not be this one. I rather drive further than waste my money eating here.

BAD SERVICE AND UNCOOKED CHICKEN!!! My daughter ordered a #10 (Spicy Chicken Sandwich), not only did she repeat her order three (3) times through the drive-​thru but had to repeat her order again when she got to the window because the employees were too busy socializing amongst themselves that they didn’t have time to listen to the customer. When she got home and took her first bite of the sandwich, the chicken was under cooked and disgusting!!! Maybe someone needs to look into undercooked food, especially chicken!!!

This Jack in the Box has been around for years and nothing really much has changed. I used to come here often as a young kid to grab a quick bit of food to eat. There isn’t anything spectacular about this place, its simply like any other fast food joint that you would patron. The thing that like about this place that it is one of the few places in Diamond Bar that is open 24 hours, however, there have been nights and early mornings where I was need for a bite to eat and have found their store close.

I think I would like actually come back to this place if I was in need for a late night bite to eat.

Good quick place to grab breakfast if you’re in a hurry.

Some funny sexual shit is going on here. I pulled up to the drive thru and heard moaning. Then I heard «carro…carro» then I decided not to order but when I drove past the window the girl had a shame look on her face staring at me.

Bunch of idiots working here. Every time I’ve come to the drive thru they’ve forgotten something! This time they forgot my drink and gave me regular instead of curly fries. I was 1 light away so I drove back. Now I’m home and opened my chicken strips and there are only 4 in the carton. There’s supposed to be 5. It’s obviously not a big enough deal to drive all the way back but I am pissed. Moral of this review is to thoroughly check your drive thru order before driving off.

Messed up on simple order, fries and coffee, really??! Almost forgot to give me my meals and extremely long wait in drive through, never again!!!

WORST JACK IN THE BOX IN THE WORLD.
OK. So I visited Jack in the Box this morning around 9 am. There were a ton of people in the drive thru so I decided to go down only to find the doors locked. But obviously it’s open because there are people inside. So I knock on the door and the old cashier lady basically won’t let me in. I only got in because a customer walked out. When I walked inside, she said she PURPOSELY locked people out because she was «too busy» and can’t handle so many customers? WTF! Are you kidding me?
Then she was like OK your food’s going to take a long time. So I ended up just ordering a coffee and going to the other Jack in the Box on Golden Springs. By the time I walked out, there were other people knocking on the door and the lady is of course refusing to open up again?
Seriously. The manager of this place either needs to hire more workers, or train their workers to be more competent.

The older lady who works nights needs to be canned. Messed up orders, not caring about her job at all. Rude attitude. This place could be soo much better.

This place is close to my house so I end up going back.
But I have been short changed on food and money here on a regular basis over the years.
I like the food, especially the breakfast burritos.
But I am tired of getting ripped off.
Not getting ripped off at this place is the exception

This Jack in the Box has been in Diamond Bar since I was a little kid. I use to go here all the time after school to grab some food. But I haven’t been to one in years until a few days ago.
I was driving from Cabazon outlets and it was pretty late most things won’t be open so I decided to just grab something quick and easy for dinner. Had most of my relatives that have never heard of Jack in the Box since it isn’t an international chain. Well I’m not exactly sure but I know they don’t have any in the countries that they are from… so it was something new for them and also new to me since I haven’t been here in years.
Got inside and it was pretty dead except for a few people eating here. The menu has changed but still a lot of things are pretty much the same. I got my usual thing which was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no mayo.
My relatives had ordered a few other other items such as breakfast sandwiches which they serve even at night! Pretty cool. My uncle had a chicken rice bowl filled with veggies. I also ordered the sauce on the side since I wasn’t too sure if it would be too sweet or not.
In general we had a great dinner and it wasn’t about to break our bank. Total for five people was just under $ 15.00! Yea Yeah… of course if you want to eat something cheap and not too expensive I think this is still a good place to actually eat at.
But be warned this isn’t a place for healthy fanatics it will probably make you cringe because many things are pretty unhealthy and high in calories. Still if you eat here once in awhile it’s alright. Not a place I would go daily for though.

Horrible service. Go to the drive thru and place my order. Took multiple tries as the lady «Could not hear me». Didn’t even receive my order’s amount but figured eh. Took 2 cars 10 min to get to the window. Server has a giant paper towel between her ear and the headset. I wonder why you can’t hear people? Then she didn’t even input my order. Sit there another 10 min while they make it. Drive thru lady sighs when I ask for ranch. I hope you aren’t paying these incompetent, lazy workers $ 15 dollars an hour because you’re getting ripped off by people who are making your business look like crap
FYI — If you go here for the cheap tacos. Go to Burger King. Tacos are better there and they have better service. Worth the extra 39 cents

This does not deserve to be called «fast food». Took 15 min to get our order. Took 3 min just to get a paper bag.

Forgot my chicken strips and they didn’t give us a receipt –_​_​_​_​– when we called to tell them they didn’t give us either they asked us if we wanted to come pick them up. Like nooo we already drove there and now were back home, can you drop them off stupid lady??? Ugh. So annoying…

Tbh, I’m not sure why people feel the need to review fast food chains. They’re pretty much all the same and it’s fast food for crying out loud!
Anyways, I live super close to this Jack in the Box, so if I’m in a hurry and can’t spare the time to go to a better place with more nutritious food, I come here! I’ve lived in the Pomona/​Diamond Bar area my whole life, and I’ve been to this place countless times.
Service is typical and food is… typical.
With that being said, I love the sweet potato fries, tacos (super cheap), Jumbo Jack, Sourdough Jack, chicken fajita pita, teriyaki bowl, turkey & cheddar deli sandwiches, and their breakfast sandwiches. Oh, and their iced coffee is actually AMAZING for being a fast food place!

So besides the SLOWEST ‘fast food’ service in the world and being told to ‘move up’ in the drive thru so their timer will stop beeping (EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO ONE BEHIND ME).
I Always seem to get the same lady at the drive thru. Says ‘MMKAY’ after everything I say/​ask, AWAYS gets the order wrong and then tries to tell me that I ordered it that way or that she asked if that’s how I wanted it… Seriously lady?!
Regardless if it’s a fast food place, You are GETTING PAID to do your job. So do it right!
Beyond frustrated &am glad I am moving. Hopefully the next one by my house will be better!

It’s a Jack in the Box, what do you expect? Like many other Jack in the Boxes, their service is slow. THe only good thing about JitB is thatthey have the 2 tacos for 99 cents deal. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered just two tacos. I paid using cash and waited a good minute for her to count the cash I handed her to verify I had the correct amount and then get my tacos.
It’s meh. And the tacos were soft rather than hard tacos, first time I’ve experienced that.

This Jack in the Box has the interior of a Taco Bell and a slow drive thru that can drive you nuts.
It was also here that I was once accosted by a old man seeking to turn me into a Christian and have me denounce all women as evil and heretics.
Nonetheless, I still like coming to this Jack in the Box — the food has always been reliably good (thank goodness for all day breakfast!!) and the workers are fairly friendly and keep the place clean.
