Horrible! Waiting to get seated and hostess keeps disappearing. Only place open today so stuck. Already prepared for the ridiculously slow service that is the norm here. But not knowing how to get people seated? Customers actually coming out warning us how horrible it is!

The food here is acceptable, and I expect the exorbitant prices given that it’s in a nice hotel, but the consistently slow service is simply inexcusable. On numerous occasions, I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes for food when there are only a couple of other tables occupied. This morning, I was told I wouldn’t be seated without an unspecified but apparently significant wait, despite the fact that the restaurant was less than a third full. «We had a large wedding party come in.» Really? So nobody else in the hotel can eat? You only have one waiter? Preposterous. I’d understand an isolated incident, but this place is perpetually understaffed and unable to provide a reasonable level of service. In the dozen or so times I’ve been here, I’ve literally never had prompt service.
