Portion size is generous. Ate here every day during our stay. Great coffee. Best turkey sausage links I’ve ever had. Literally. Scrambled eggs were perfect. Food always came so quick and service was to please. Really made our stay convenient. We basically never had a reason to leave.

Both the food and the service were outstanding! We weren’t planning on eating in the hotel, but the weather was really lousy so we decided to eat at La Musique. Wow! Were we glad we did and decided to try it out for breakfast the next morning and that was also very good. The gumbo was some of the best we have eaten and the hot, out of the oven, rolls were irresistible. The only complaint we would have is that two televisions were going the entire time.

«Delicious!!! with Authentically Friendly Service» We stopped by unannounced with a party of 5. A manager came to us immediately to distribute menus and facilitate our orders. He made recommendations, as well as answered question about the hotel(St. Regis Hotel Detroit). The service staff treated everyone cheerfully and got all of the orders just right. The bar area was super comfortable. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food, and size of serving. The ambiance was amazing. We ill be back again, and again!

Great service and a very personable staff. Food is fantastic! Personal favorites are the Salmon Burger and the fresh cut fries! Best in Detroit.

Truly appalling. My partner and I only had breakfast here because our room at the St. Regis included two comped breakfasts. Had we known how long we would have to wait for such truly disgusting food, which made me sick later that morning, we would have just skipped it. We were the only table when we got there, and our waitress was slow and apathetic. The man seated 10 minutes after us received his breakfast 10 minutes before us, and the lady that came in for take-out after us received her food before us. When I asked about our food, the waitress responded in an annoyed tone that it was coming. The food itself. I ordered poached eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, my partner ordered scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns. The poached egg might have been cooked using a poached method, but it was hard, no runny yolk. The bacon was inedible because it was so charred– when I touched it it crumbled. My partner’s scrambled eggs were undercooked. The waitress came around only to ask us if we needed anything else, and seemed annoyed again when I asked her to tell the chief the poached egg and my bacon were overcooked. Especially considering we waited 30 minutes for our meal, it’s really annoying that almost everything on our plates was burnt or overcooked. If we hadn’t had our comps, the meal would have cost about $ 25. For food that is not even worthy of a fucking Village Kitchen.

The restaurant is in the St. Regis hotel. If you’re in the area on a Sunday evening, there is absolutely nothing else open. So take your chances. The waitress was great and attentive and I appreciate that she was trying to do a good job. The food was a little slow coming out. I ordered a cavatappi pasta with chicken in a cream sauce. The flavor was fine – but the ingredients were SWIMMING in the sauce, there must have been a full cup of cream in which the veg and pasta bobbed around. They mustn’t have a very concerned chef in the kitchen. This area of Detroit is euphemistically called«Midtown» but it would better be called«Edgeblight.»

Avoid La Musique like the plague. WORST short ribs I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t even eat them. The wine was ober 85 degrees when it was poured. The chicken and rice soup tasted like it was out of a can. Horrible service. Even worse food.
