Here from Chicago for a convention and had my sons shoe break. Was referred to this shop by Marriott concierge. I paid up front for repair and was told that shoe would be ready at 9am the next day. Not only am I standing outside of shop and it isn’t open, I called the number and he is still at home. My number was on the slip, I could’ve been called. Not happy, very unprofessional.

Wish I’d seen Andy K.‘s review before I took my shoes here to be resoled. I dropped them off midweek and was told it would be 5 – 7 days. As I was leaving the country that Friday I said, no problem and said I’d pick them up in two weeks. Well two weeks later they weren’t done. After driving all the way down and finding parking the counter person said they weren’t finished and could not be returned to me. I came back three more times, getting my shoes(finally!) a week later. No refund, no apology.

As of 9:30AM on 11/4, the shoes are still not done! This is over two weeks after the promised date! Asked for the shoes and money back and employee refused, giving me a line saying«I just opened and don’t have money right now.»
