BB’s Butchers Inn

I had their pancakes once before and they were too greasy but I thought I’d try them again and I was told at 12:57 that all breakfast prices were $ 3 more «after 1» the girl was very rude and I told her thanks but no thanks as I wasn’t about to spend $ 7 bucks on 3 pancakes! Will never go back again… I only did because I live and work down the street. Not very hospitable if you ask me. Overpriced food and only accepts cash too so be warned!

Don’t waste your time. The food looks terrible but the worst thing is the unusually long wait and unapologetic wait staff. Go to the bathroom to get a quick peek at the disgustinng unkept kitchen. This place will be closed again soon enough and we can all go back to much better places in the market.

Safe to say worst Breakfast meal I have ever had. This place is horrible. Kitchen staff needs to learn how to make your menu items. Servers need to learn how to be a server. The place was pretty empty but yet took forever. Very disorganized and dirty. I seriously hope we don’t get sick from this place. Just really poorly cooked food and seriously long wait. Avoid.

After arriving at Eastern Market too late to get into Russell or Zef’s for breakfast, we decided to give BB’s a try and I’m so glad we did. There are breakfast specials before noon. They also serve burgers and such. Same owners as BB’s Diner on Seven Mile.
We all had eggs with meat and fried potatoes or grits, which was all prepared well. My two sausage links were bigger than the usual and tasty. Hubs said his grits were a little too buttery but the potatoes were perfectly seasoned, no additional salt or pepper needed. Our meals came with «diamon» bread, which was little pita triangles, served warm and coated with cinnamon sugar. Yum! Decent coffee, a nice server, and a price of about $ 15 for three. Can’t beat that.
My only tiny issue was we were the only ones there and the wait for our food was a little long but they’ve only been open one month so hopefully they’ll work that out.
