I have been here a few times since moving to St. Louis from Phoenix. I was looking forward to spoiling myself and family with some warm, stylish gear. Every time I’ve been in there, though, they have been inattentive, unhelpful, and down right ignoring me. Yesterday I asked if they had backpacks, and the guy rolled his eyes and pointed to a wall of backpacks. Needless to say, I would rather spend my money elsewhere on North Face gear where I’m treated better, for example Nordstrom or Macy’s. I give them 2 stars instead of the 1 they truly deserve because their stuff is sort of cool.

Poor customer service. Assistant manager seemed stressed and, although we handled two boots, the assitant manager insinuated that we were moving their floor inventory around. I would not recommend buying in-​store. Selection is decent.

If you like North Face, this is your store.
The only items here are North Face items. But there is enough here to easily fill up the store. I’ve always thought their gear was pricey but durable enough to valiate the cost. They do typically have one winter sale and one summer sale. Other than that, there are no specials, deals, or sale racks. Get on the mailing list to find out about the sales.
