Jersey Mike’s Subs

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and while the place was busy, it was not at all chaotic like most places are. Everyone was so friendly when we came in. A man named Joe greeted us sincerely when we walked in the door. We went to the end of the line and waited for just a moment before a man named Greg greeted us and took our order. In between a lady behind the counter smiled at us and greeted us. I can’t remember a time when we felt so welcomed within such a short amount of time. And it’s not like a forced welcome, but a sincere, happy to have us welcome.
Now for the food. I got a giant philly and my wife got a club sub. Man, Greg was not lying when he told me I would really like the philly. It was everything that a philly should be; soft bread, hot steak and creamy cheese blended with onion and pepper. Greg even gave my child a free cookie which I tasted and it was amazing. My wife’s sub club was fantastic and she has been here several times this week (practically every day at lunch since her first visit). We can’t recommend this place enough and I hope you love it as much as we do. The people are fantastic and the food is the same!

By far the best customer service you could receive and their subs are also amazing! I have never had a bad experience at this location and half of the time the owner is present which always is a nice site in a business.

Oh my gosh this place has every thing and the best of the best. You have to try it I say jump on the car and drive there NOW even if you are not hungry one bite and you could eat every thing there. I say get anything there is noting go can go wrong with here.
The workers are extremely nice and love to help you with what you want. They are always smiling so what are you waiting for get in the car and go now!

I used to visit the location on Watson Road, but they are now open in Des Peres, which is where I work now, so a super bonus for me. Every employee in here is super nice and aware of what is going on. When the lines are long (Lunch time on Manchester gets wild) they always say Hi while you wait, so you know, that they know, that you are there. Every meat and cheese is sliced fresh for your sandwhich, and it is all good, high quality meat and cheese. Toppings are limited, which I’m fine with. Gets people through the line faster than getting 15 toppings. Mike’s way is served with Lettuce, Mayo, Onion, Tomato and the Juice, which is just red wine vinegar and Olive Oil. I almost always get the Club Supreme since it is so good. I have had a cheese steak and it is good, but I’m all about that Club Supreme.

All businesses should take a lesson from this Jersey Mike’s. Visited for the first time a couple days ago and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff was SO friendly and helpful to this «newbee». When I returned a couple days later (yes, I went back the same week!), they remembered me and were just as fun as the first visit.
Oh… and the food? YUM! Have to admit, I’ve only had the Club Supreme (because it was so good the first time!) but I was very impressed with the quality of ingredients and the taste. It was fresh and (unlike some sub shops) the sandwich was loaded.
I will be back OFTEN! :D

Wow can’t say enough good things about this place. One part of my job entails providing lunch for everyone on our jobsite. I was waiting for a call back from a pizza place (that also delivered the food about an hour late the day before) and never received it so I saw the car wrapped in Jersey Mike by the road and decided to give them a try. And damn I’m glad I did. It was so simple and quick to place my order with them. I placed an order of 65 box lunches. The owners came to our job site delivered the lunches and set up the lunches and everything for us!!! They were super nice. A co worker and I enjoyed the lunch so much we went back there that night after work. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our order. If you look at some of my other reviews you it won’t take a long time to see that I can be very critical.
I give ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for these guys give them a shot at catering too !!!
P.S as I type this I’m eating a Chipotle Cheese steak sub in a tub and it’s pretty epic with double meat.
