Chick-fil-A

As is always the case with Chick fil a, the employees excel at customer service. They are always smiling and in a good mood. The restaurant is clean and the service is quick, even at peak lunch hours. The quality is much better than the chicken at other fast food restaurants.

On May 23, 2016 I went inside one of the greatest fast establishments a young beautiful innocent boy has ever seen. Since the Blues were playing on this particular you can walk into Chick-​fil-​a and get a free chicken sandwich, even though not vegan certified, while wearing a blues jersey. I decided to wear my brother’s jersey and it barely fit but on the positive my muscles (if I had any muscles) were bulging. Just picture vains popping out of my arms like they do on my Latin teacher. This was the highlight of my day besides Latin class. But the only negative was when I asked for no pickle and I got my sandwich had a bite and tasted pickle. This really made me want to cry into a fair trade pillow, which I did. In conclusion my overall experience at Chick-​fil-​a was 69 hams out of 70 hams.

I’m a big fan of chicken sandwich, I actually prefer it over hamburger, and there’s no other place I’d rather be to get than in Chick-​Fil-​A. I really love their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and that’s automatic for me when we go here. The great chicken sandwich partnered with a topnotch service gives you a happy customer who won’t think twice of coming back.

It’s indeed a pleasant experience to dine @ chick-​fil-​a in DesPeres. Today, Matt had the counter help going a mile a minute to ensure that customers were waited on in an expedite manner. Amanda, Esther, & Ryan were sending cars @ the drive thru. It was like the cars were making a pit stop & getting their «fuel». Doug & Chris were working the floor making sure customers were enjoying their food & refilling customer drinks. They kept the dining room virtually spotless even through there were customers @ every table. Chick Fil A is a dining experience you don’t want to miss. You won’t be disappointed with the food or the staff.

Stopped by last night for a quick dinner and we were standing in line and just finished paying for our food and they had already brought it out to us. Our food was delicious as always, fries were cold but they had no problem making fresh fries. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very clean. If you haven’t ate here you seriously need to!!!

Ok Im going to be a lil biased for this location as my favorite of all the Stl area standalone locations lol My original chicken sandwiches and lemonade are always over the top and add that to a good staff of ppl you have a very satisfied and repeat customer since this location opened

This has always been the only fast food restaurant I will let my kids play in. For years, it was always clean and well kept. But the last several times we’ve been, a serious decline in its cleanliness has occured. Obviously, a kids play area is going to get dirty. But the dirt in there now is the stuff that has just been neglected. Cobwebs and food crumbs are caked into the corners and the cubby holes for shoes. You can also tell it no longer gets vacuumed on a regular basis, as the dust floating in the air is thick.
But THIS is my main complaint. We were just their yestetday, a Saturday, at noon. The place was packed and people were having to stand with their trays waiting for a table. At this time, TWO seperate tables were being utilized by a single employee each. A two top and a four top. Both employees casually enjoyed their lunch while playing on there cell phones, completely oblivious to all the customers waiting for tables, while our food got cold and I personally wrestled with two crabbing kids right in front of the girl employee. Everyone deserves a break at work. But maybe not in the middle of the lunch rush and in the middle of the crowded dining room.

I would highly recommend their chicken nuggets, Chick-​fil-​a sandwich, and waffle fries. The people taking your order are always very nice and polite. I have a tendency to go later at night when the place isn’t as busy, and the food isn’t as fresh, but it still tastes pretty good. The food that has just been made has the best taste and texture, so I like to go at times when the place is a little busier, so I know the food hasn’t been sitting out for long. Also, service is very fast!

Food is great but the drive through had had my order wrong twice in less than a week. Tonight they gave me a salad with no chicken — salad is just not the same without the chicken. In the past they have always been great so I don’t know what had changed and hope it is just an off week. It would be better to slow down and focus on getting the order correct first. It doesn’t matter how quick drive through service or how great the food is if the order is incorrect. I’m very disappointed this week!

Best service I’ve received in any restaurant, fast food or no. I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m a bartender and really appreciate good service. Incredible work. Raises for all these employees.

I had such a great experience here today because of Chris. He held the door for me and my daughter when we arrived, helped me with a high chair to my table, and picked up all the change my one year old daughter decided to throw on the floor. He was so polite the whole time! What great customer service! I really hope they compensate their staff well considering how great a job they do. And of course the food was delicious!

So do I, and soon afterward, I found myself at the Des Peres location across from Dierbergs. Peer pressure.
This a nice stand-​alone Chick-​fil-​A that has been open since February 2011. It’s still in great condition, and it always seems to be busy. There is a play area for kids, but as I do not have kids, I can’t tell you much about it other than that it exists. It looks cool, though. :)
I’ve never been dissatisfied with what I’ve ordered here. They have delicious salads, but nothing makes me happier at Chick-​fil-​A than a childhood favorite: a meal of chicken nuggets and waffle fries followed by Icedream. Mmmmm! It’s so hard to go to Chick-​fil-​A without getting Icedream.
The service here is just as fantastic as their food. For example, despite the fact that they were very busy during my visit today, someone asked to refresh my beverage more than once. The same guy took my tray away when I was finished and told me to have a nice day when I left. I even saw a manager walking around the restaurant to check on guests. That level of service is uncommon at fast-​food places.
Other fast-​food anomalies found at Chick-​fil-​A include:
–Employees who are constantly cleaning
–Vases of flowers on the tables
–Heinz Dip & Squeeze ketchup packets
–A complimentary mouthwash dispenser (in the ladies’ room, at least)
If you’re looking for a good Chick-​fil-​A, this is it! I can’t imagine how they could improve, and given that most other reviewers have given them four or five stars, I guess I’m not the only one who feels that way!

It was a great evening at chick fil a. It was date night for Valentine’s Day !! Mollie put together a great evening. The menu had many choices. There was table service provided by our phenomenal waiter James. Once seated we were served in a timely manner. Our food was brought to the table piping hot. After dinner we were each given a scrumptious chocolate covered strawberry. All the ladies were presented with a fresh carnation. A magician came to each table & made balloon creations for everyone. We came home with neat balloon art topped with a heart. Mollie is simply wonderful — my compliments to Mollie and the entire staff for a FIVE STAR EVENING. Looking forward to next years date night!!!

Sooooo we Love this place! I have had nothing but good experiences here. We are always greeted with a smile… service is unbelievably fast! If you are in the drive thru have your money ready because they are on it.
We decided to dine in today, which we never do and the service and food was great as usual. I love the fact that there are fresh flowers on each table. If you are bringing the kids there is a nice play area also. Of course, we will be back soon!

Love this place! Great food! The Des Peres location is terrific. Fast service whether inside or drive-​thru. Food freshly made. Employees are incredible for a fast food restaurant! Knowledgeable, friendly and know their menu. Can’t beat it!

Let us not forget that Chick fil a IS a fast food restaurant. In fact this is one of my youngest daughters favorite places to get a chicken sandwich; specifically The Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This sandwich has a kick to it that will excite your taste buds and potentially make your nose run.
The reason I am giving this eatery such a high rating is the service! They have the nicest young people staffing this place with great manners and they are so attentive to the customers. They are always VERY busy, but they manage to take your order and get your food to you quite quick. They even walk around and ask if you want your drink re-​filled! That is going above and beyond. My over-​all impressions are that they keep the restaurant clean, friendly hard-​working staff equals great customer service, and pretty good food (for fast food). I just have to mention this too… They are closed on Sundays (the Lords Day) to give their employees this day to worship. If you don’t like or perhaps totally love the owners politics/​in your face family values that is a big consideration when contemplating eating here and spending your dollars here. #gaymarriage

This location is located next to the Michaels and Golfsmith Golf/​Tennis store in Des Peres. Chick-​Fil-​A is just about the same at any location but this particular store always provides service with a smile. The store is clean and service is very prompt.
This location does have a play area for kids which is nice, as well as a drive through.
This particular evening we were attending a «spirit night» for my kids elementary school. Its nice to see that they support local schools as well.
Each time we have eaten here the food has been great. My kids love the chicken nuggets which is made with real white meat. I tend towards the spicy chicken sandwich.

I believe this was the first, free standing Chick-​Fil-​A in St. Louis, and boy, what a dangerous precedent it’s setting for the other fast fooderies around town.
Chick-​fil-​a is nothing new to me: I’ve been living in Atlanta for the past 5 years, so it was as ubiquitous down there as sweet tea, but it was a grand new surprise to people up here.
Suddenly, they knew the joy of waffle fries, chicken biscuits, chicken sandwiches, sweet tea, and all served with a smile and the catchphrase ‚“It’s my pleasure.” (As an aside, I believe there’s something in the Kool-​aid or employees are threatened with firing on the spot, if they don’t respond this way.)
Anyway, Chick-​Fil-​A, swept in to the Midwest with a vengeance, and it’s putting up some stiff competition. The restaurant’s clean, brightly lit, clean, well run with friendly employees and clean (do you see a pattern here?). And because of these facts, along with the fact that it’s above average fare as far as fast food establishments are concerned, this place is always loaded. I’ve been here on a couple of different occasions for lunch at various afternoon hours, and no matter what, there’s always people having a bite.
Hopefully the new competitor in town will make some of the more lackluster restaurants step up their game as well. I only wish we could refill our own drinks, but the soda fountains are behind the counter. And if that’s my biggest pet peeve (plus the fact that they’re closed on Sundays), life’s not too bad.
