I don’t always write reviews. But, here it goes.
I had a broken charging port/​connector on my iPhone 5S. These guys handled my service request with an unbelievable professional courtesy, that too at the lowest rate I could find in the area. I ended up paying $ 39.99 — $ 10 (for Unilocal coupon discount) which was a ‘steal’. I would like to mention here Oscar, the guy at the service desk, and the other gentleman whose name I didn’t catch, were really good with their service and my phone was ready for pick up within a couple of hours.

They fixed my super shattered iPhone screen within a few hours. It was a no fuss kind of place, which I really like. The price was $ 100 to fix, which I think is a little high. I think they are capitalizing on the huge wave of panic that ensues when one’s phone is broken. But I guess it’s still cheaper than getting a new phone and overall, turned my frown upside down. My husband went to fix his shattered Samsung phone camera, and it was $ 25, also fixed within the day. I guess we both have issues with not smashing things, but I’m glad this store will be around to help.

Shattered my iPhone 6 screen this morning, dropped my phone off and ran a few errands and was back in an hour with a perfectly restored screen waiting for me. Wayyyy less than other places I called for quotes and they were super quick.

After reading others reviews on here, I’m SO glad I went here to get my phone fixed! I cracked my screen on my iPhone 6 and somehow the back was bent to, Apple wouldn’t fix it for me because it was bent. So I went here and a little over an hour later they had the cracked screen and the bend all fixed! Everyone was very nice and helpful. They waved the tax for me because it took a bit longer than an hour, I didn’t complain I just wanted my phone fixed, so it was very nice. Ended up being $ 100 even (if you go to Apple for screens it’s $ 109)
Everything has been working fine on my phone. I’m so glad it’s fixed, seriously a lifesaver and saved me so much money! Will definitely be back if I ever need to and I would highly recommend!

My iPhone 5c front screen was completely shattered and I came in and this place was awesome. It was done in an hour and it was super reasonable. They are nice guys and are incredibly helpful. I recommend this place to all my friends who have cracked or shattered screens.

The shipping tape got me by for a few weeks. When the shards of glass started falling out, I put some more shipping tape on. Then it was time to take my iPhone 5C to Communication Depot because I found they would only charge about $ 70.
I bought a Unilocal deal for $ 10 that is worth $ 20. I drove over to Cherokee St. and «dropped» off my phone on my way to a dentist appointment. They said it would take about 45 minutes. I returned with my sparkling pearly whites to find my phone was as good as new. I was already interested in a screen protector and new case before the associate asked. He hooked me up with a glass (instead of thin plastic) screen protector for $ 10 installed. He sold me a Qmadix case for another 10 spot. The only regret was not buying a case for my wife’s phone. I was very pleased with the prompt, professional, and reasonable price of the service at Communication Depot. Go there if you crack your screen. Go there to buy a «glass» screen protector and maybe a new case before you crack your screen.

Guys working were really friendly and had my iphone 5c cracked screen fixed in an hour, 30 bucks less than everywhere else. Would for sure use again.

This place is really CHEAP (compared to the other dozen places I got a quote from) and extremely FAST at repairing phones! Did I mention FAST? I took my Iphone in to get fixed, and they were finished in 20 minutes! The place was busy, but they are efficient with having people working the counter and in the back fixing phones. Everyone there is really nice. Shout out to Mike… Great customer service! I am definitely coming back the next time I need a phone fixed!

This place is the BEST, CHEAPEST and FASTEST option for iphone repairs – I called every store listed on Unilocal for a quote to replace an iPhone 5S screen and every quote I got was $ 89-​$ 129 (keep in mind the Apple store charges $ 129) – this place does it for $ 60 and it takes only 35 minutes. The guys who work here are very nice, helpful and efficient! This is 100% the best option for cracked phone repairs!

Took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced. When I got it back, there was a pixel missing on the screen. Round 2: they fixed the screen but then the ear piece no longer worked. I plug in my hands free cable, and WHAM, screen cracks again because it wasn’t seated correctly. They refuse to fix the screen again, even though it hadn’t even been 24 hours.

Since posting this review, Mike (owner of communication depot) reached out to me to help rectify the issue.
We were able to come to a satisfactory agreement, and my phone is brand new again!!!
You have to appreciate a business that truly wants nothing more than to make certain that their customers walk away happy.

I broke my iPhone 5c screen and the Apple store quoted me $ 129 to fix it. After doing some research online, I found the Communication Depot and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did, because they provided extremely friendly and fast service (phone was fixed in less than an hour) and their price was less than half what Apple quoted me. My phone screen looks and works perfectly now.

I went in to get my phone fixed today. After doing some online research, I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with my phone, and after the store clerk took the phone back to the technician, my suspicion was confirmed. After giving me a quote and a timeframe for the repair, I left my phone in what I thought would be capable hands based on past reviews. I’m leaving tomorrow morning for a trip, so having my phone fixed was necessary. After waiting the hour I was told it would take to fix my phone, I paid and all seemed well. When I got home about 40 minutes later, the phone was showing the same issues as before I brought the phone in, but even worse and more frequent. And, just as luck would have it, I couldn’t even use my phone to call them back, nor would I have been able to drive back before they closed! And I can’t bring the phone in to show them the problem still exists, again because I’m leaving for a weeklong trip tomorrow morning. Now without a phone. And with $ 50 down the drain.

Imagine the devastation when you get out of your car and your phone goes face down on the pavement. Ended up taking my iPhone in for repair at Communication Depot. They fixed it right up and now it’s brand new! They even gave me a deal on a new case. The service was fast, efficient and my phone works great. I highly recommend communication Depot! Go see them for anything cell phone related.

I would definitely recommend Communication Depot. They were able to replace the screen and LCD on my S4 in about 30 minutes. Their service was good and the price was about $ 50 less than their competitors.

This is the best place in St. Louis for anything phone related!
They have fixed my iPad screen twice, and just recently my phone. The people are friendly, pricing is great and I trust them.
They sell new and used phones and a ton of accessories, have cell service plans and prepaid too.
