I typically enjoy coming into this location as they have everything I need for last minute goods. Today when I went in no one said a word to me and it very uncomfortable being in there as a male supervisor was giving a young female employee a piece of his mind. He was extremely rude and condescending which was not enjoyable to over hear especially with how loud he was

Worst experience at a Walgreens, ever. We were on our way back from spending a lovely day in Seattle. When we walked in, they took our backpack to hold, which I can understand. We purchased our stuff and asked if there was a bathroom code. He said yes but didn’t give the code. At the end of checkout he said ‘have a good night’. We had to ask for the code again. Then, my wife walked to the bathroom– someone was supposed to meet her there. No one. Had to walk back to the front to ask again. Then, the soap dispenser was filled with water (no soap), and the sinks were gross. While I was waiting for her, I watched a woman walk in with a huge purse– no one asked her to hold it behind the counter. My wife was watched walking out of Walgreens without any goodbye. Worst experience. This Walgreens was most definitely NOT on the corner of «happy and healthy.»

The general store associates are helpful and pleasant. This review is for the most incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever done business with. If I could give them zero stars I would. There isn’t a friendly person who works there and there is never, nor has there ever been, and sense of urgency or customer care.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been unhappy with the service here (because I’ve felt this way every single time I’ve gone here for a prescription) I have just had enough of this place. Today, I was treated rudely by an associate who was having challenges but didn’t appear to want to ask for help. I have fulfilled prescriptions here before, but one of my children wasn’t showing in the system, so instead of asking for my insurance information (which would have matched the other 3 family members in the system) she said very rudely, «you wanna pay full price for this then?» Um no, I have a card. do you need it? After NOT putting my insurance info in and misspelling my son’s name, she chose not to page me even though I told her I was waiting for my prescription in the store. With two sick toddlers in tow, 30 minutes later, I go to check on the prescriptions and they have been ready… but were not billed correctly. I talked to the manager, who fixed it, and he was very cordial but didn’t seem to really care that I was telling him that I was taking my business elsewhere. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. THEY VERY WELL MAY MESS UP YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN MOST PHARMACIES. NOT WORTH MY TIME.

Place is clean and staff is always friendly. Although the area is not ideal but it’s the cleanest walgreens I’ve been to.
Parking is kind of a pain because it’s next to a Mexican bar and at night you get all the drinks and thrives. One thing is that this store is a good in handling all that.

I have enjoyed this location for awhile now. Very laid back staff, and the best place to send Western Unions. For being a Walgreens it’s the Cleanliness Walgreens I’ve seen.

Everyone that works here are pleasant and the prices are reasonable compared to rite aid which is a rip off, their store in clean and inviting. I will never shop at rite –aid ever again after experiencing this store .
I will be a customer for life if it stays like this
Oh and the pharmacy knows how to do their job and billing to insurance unlike rite-​aid

This is the Walgreens at the Kent Des Moines exit. It is a fairly big store and the staff is fairly pleasant. They tend to have fairly good inventory of sale items. If my store is out of something, I will make the drive here.

They had the energy drink I was desperate for at a very reasonable price, so I was quite happy when I left. Not sure I’d be back to this location as I’m far from a Walgreens aficionado.

Management doesnt care that «certain types» of people are allowed to take over the handicapped wheel chair spot my dad needs & then there is nowhere else to park.
IF there is security /​management they need to use those cameras and tell people they are NOT allowed to sit in the handicapped spot & leave their car running and if they do park there make an announcement over the loud speaker.
They rarely have what i need and they are expensive, the only other place is bartells and they are 2x as much.

Nice people, had what you would expect from Walgreens! Easy to get to, easy to get out of (parking lot, that is). Giving it 3 stars if only because I was not there long enough to say much of anything but OKAY! Would go back. :)

These places are popping up like the dandelion’s in my lawn all over the area!
I got mine close by and I am HAPPY ABOUT IT!!! They’ve got all the little necessities a girl needs!
I WISH I got the name of the lovely young lady that worked the cosmetic counter! SHE KNEW HER STUFF!!! She was extreamly helpful and offered coupons for items I was actually purchasing!!! She could sell ice to an Eskimo!
