I met some of the nicest people here when I went to go get my passport photos done. They were completely accommodating and great personalities to be around.

I really like the pharmacy at this particular store. They know me by name and always say hi to me using using my first name. That makes me feel like they really care, and they work fast to get me my prescription whenever I need them which is great. I never have to wait too long I like that.

Good pharmacy, good pharmacists, sometimes even good sales in the store. You can call in your prescriptions, use an app or pc or just bring it in like anywhere else. I usually get medications within thirty minutes of dropping it off. Only on rare occasions do I have to come back to get something in.

Went in today hoping to find leftover school supplies on sale. There was an aisle with supplies marked 50% off. I found the items my son still needed for school and went to the register. Of course, they rang up at the full price. When I pointed this out, the clerk seemed mystified as to what to do. She called a co-worker for assistance. Then they decided they needed to call a manager. Time passed. They speculated the manager was on the phone in some office. Eventually, I had to leave and abandon the purchase because I was on my lunch hour and was going to be late getting back to work if I kept waiting. Instead of apologizing for the confusion or inconvenience, they stared at me as I left — empty-handed — as if I was being entirely unreasonable.

Stopped in here for supplies while staying at the hotel a few minutes away. Thanks to Unilocal for directing me to a nearby drugstore… not sure why it pulled up under 24hr drugstore search? Weird. Store is clean and well laid out. Not a lot of staff at night, so it was a good thing I knew where to find what I wanted and didn’t need any help. They oddly start turning down the lights at 20 minutes to close to hurry you the hell up so you leave. Also, if you are at the register and you change your mind on something the cashier has already scanned, be prepared to wait for a manager to come and override the transaction(even though it is still in progress). So strange.

Best Rite-Aid Pharmacy I’ve ever gone to! Everyone is so polite and professional! They always get my prescriptions right. I’m always greeted by an associate whenever I enter the store too!

I really don’t know what it is. I was getting my prescriptions refilled here for a year, and they were never correct. They always had at least one of them not filled on time, or they had a problem with the insurance in the computer(I work for one of the major tech companies in the area and there’s nothing wrong with my insurance), or they forgot for the 7th month in a row to tell the last pharmacy to stop refilling my medication because it was transferred to them a year ago. Having your medication is an extremely vital part of your health, and this pharmacy never seemed to care enough to get it right in the entire year I went there. The only reason why I didn’t leave is because I work crazy hours and no one else in the area near my house was open late at night. The couple of times that I went in the store to buy something random that I needed, I never saw an employee anywhere except at the register, and they were slow to react and were goofing around half the time. I’ve transferred my prescriptions since I’ve moved and won’t be going here anymore. Thank goodness.

This place had given me a few bad experiences and my trip(s) there today was the review-worthly-poorest quality service experience for which I will give them a low ranking. I went to the Rite aid in renton to fill a presciption and they had an hour wait, so I came to this one which is nearer to my house. Let me mention that Im filling a third precrtiption for a bladder infection which wont go away. When I got there, there was man in front of me at drop-off trying to get pills for which he had no money or prescription. I watched him discuss this with the girl at the counter for quite some time. I also had to use the bathroom. The bathrooms are locked, so I waited until I was served to ask for the key. Then, the girl leaves without helping me and starts helping someone in the OTC area. Another girl starts re-hashing things with the man, but doesnt help me. Then I lean over and ask them for the key, and they say they have to call someone to open the bathroom. So, they call, and I keep waiting. Then the other chick comes back and takes my prescription. At this point, I’ve been waiting awhile, and so has my bladder, which is already irritated anyway. She has me wait for a few more minutes and tells me they dont have the right meds(CIPRO btw, a veeeeerrrryy common antibiotic) and tells me she can call it in to the Rite Aid on Pac Hwy. I made sure that it was the one in kent, off of Reith rd., and she confirms twice, saying it’ll be 20mins. I wait a bit more for the bathroom, and still no one comes around. There are of course no employees to be found when I need them. I saw later that they were congregating at the registers, but only one was actually checking ppl. out. I let them know on my way out that they neglected me, but the damage was already done. I get home, finally use the bathroom, and call the pharmacy where my precription was supposed to be called in to and they dont have it. Of course, she called it in to another Pac. Hwy. rite aid store, of which there are many. Now, they are going to try and fill it… was told 30mins. what a horrible experience!

Large, newer Rite Aid. Well lit, large aisles. Help was nice but they didn’t have any of the sale items from the flyer…

Best Rite Aid, hands down! The staff here is super friendly, particularly Brett. They are quick to open up a new register when a line develops. The store is always spotlessly clean. The shelves are always fully stocked, with the merchandise neatly displayed in rows. I’ve never found anything to be miss priced. The lighting is strong, the aisles are wide. It’s truly a pleasure to shop here. Plus, the prices here are great. Check out their weekly circular. There are generally buy one get one offers. And even without sales, their prices for personal care items are better than Safeway across the street. The only downside is that the parking lot is a little cumbersome as it is an atypical«L» shaped lot with a one-way feature. Other than that, this is the best place to shop for drug store items in town.
