So much yarn to choose from! Came by for a easy pattern while out of town. Bought yarn, another pair of cool needles and using a pattern the owner gave me. I will by again when in town!

Happened across this place when they were having the end of year sale. Scored a lot of great deals to build up my stash. Originally just came in looking for some yarn for a frog I was making. The stuff I’d bought online was much too thin. Owner was very friendly and helped me find just what I was looking for. Was so happy with the yarn I got I went back and got more before the sale ended. Shop offers some classes and I will definitely be back to take some of those in the future.

Large inventory however not much inspiration in the store. It is nice that they stock both high end and less expensive yarns to accommodate all budgets. FYI he does not refund or exchange anything! Be sure you are getting exactly what you want. I probably won’t go back.

This place is great. I am relatively new to the world of crochet and have been here a handful of times so far. They have a great selection of yarn, and the owner is exceedingly knowledgeable. He might not go out of his way to approach you(besides a cursory«are you finding everything?») but if you have a question about recommendations or advice, he is a wonderful resource. While some of their supply sections look small, I’ve always been able to find what I wanted with the owner’s help. I like this shop so much that I make a special trip, even though there are a couple places much closer to me. Their prices might be slightly higher than some of the chain stores, but this is a wonderful local business I am happy to support.

Great little yarn shop. Wonderful selection of yarns. Morgan the shop keeper offered individualized assistance to each of his customers. In addition, Morgan is an experienced educator who offers classes to students of all levels. Parking is available in front of the shop to make access easy for all. Plus the shop is a hop skip and a jump from the airport in case you have a last minute — must have yarn purchase! Thanks for all the time you shared with us. We will stop by next time we are in the area.

Awesome customer service! Had been looking all over for a comparable yarn to rowan all seasons cotton had a conversation about all the different yarns that would work how much I would need and was in and out of the store in under fifteen minutes.

Wow!!! Great store. Went shopping for wife and was surprised how nice the gals were. Friendly and very knowledgable. I could not have had a better time and hope my wife loves her Christmas presents. There were all types of people there and the staff was so patient with me and others. I would highly recommend the store and say it is one of the best that I have been to in the country. I think they are moving near Pike Place Market… Yey !!! Next time I am in Seattle I will get some stash for my wife. Thanks so much.

OK, so here’s my deal — as a middle aged man walking into a YARNSTORE I was ready for attitude… the same attitude I get from the«ladies» at the fabric store which makes me feel like I have no earthly business there. What I received instead was the warmest welcome imaginable — not only did Morgan make me feel completely at home amongst an art that I know little of, his interest and experience in the craft actually inspired me to think about knitting… really…me? This is the reason small businesses thrive — the connection to the purpose. I’m sure you can order up most things right from your iPhone, but your missing an entire universe of information — remember there’s a chasm between knowledge and wisdom… Morgan has both in spades. THANKYOU so much for your time — I hope to visit again very soon.

Every time I walk into All Points Yarn, I am greeted with the utmost respect and care by Morgan. I feel like we are old friends, even though we have only exchanged pleasantries over favorite yarns! I am of meager means, and can usually not afford much of what Morgan sells. He has never once made feel badly about not being able to purchase anything, and instead, continues to offer knitting/crocheting support. Every time I come in, he is helping someone with a project at the knitting table or helping them select the perfect yarn to make their prized possession. Needless to say, I’ll be shopping with Morgan at All Points Yarn anytime I need that perfect angora, or lace, or just someone to HELPME because really, I’m no knitting expert! All Points Yarn comes with my highest recommendation!

OMG! Worst Customer service ever!!! A friend of mine showed me her latest project and said she found a yarn place that she liked and she was going to talk to the owner about not being able to find the place. I went with her because I was interested in taking a few lessons and buying yarn. I support small shops. When we got there, he was very rude. When I told him that I searched online and could not find him he stated that he is not interested in professional women like myself to find him because our money is not good at his store. All young people do is use his store as a showroom and he needs old folks that don’t know how to look things up on line. His store does so well that he is not interested in new customers! Too bad because I am Eastern European and in our culture we use a lot of yarn to create clothes, furnishings, etc! I guess I will be spending my dollars at JoAnne’s! Thank you Morgan for your ½ star service!

I was so happy to find a place so close to repair my sweaters. I have a sweater knitted for me by my Grandma in the 8th Grade(1984). She has passed now & that wool sweater is one of my favorite possessions. I have checked around for a year & the only places I trusted were online. Sending my sweaters away didn’t sound kosher but what could I do. I went to a new local yarn shop and was pleasantly suprised to meet Morgan. I went looking for an experienced Grandma to fix my stuff but found a young man who knew his yarn! He was not only nice but made me feel comfortable bringing him my sweater. While I talked with him I found out he has made patterns & is looking to make contemporary knitting design patterns. He easily fixed it with something so close I can’t tell. He also took some of the nubs from the other yarn on the sweater and wound them into the repair. The repair is so good I had to look for it to take the picture with this review. I also had a great DNKY Mens zip up wool sweater my wife got me in NY. I love it, but wear it so much I wore through the elbows. I didn’t really want the cheesy Professor elbow patches. Morgan suggested he «make» knit patches to put over and further protect the elbows for the future. He said he had never done it before but he was confidant on the look. He called me back before he attached them to have me approve it. Needless to say it was perfect in look, stitch, & color. He made the patch double layered & some people think I have padding in it. He fixed the previous hole & covered the elbows perfectly. After that he fixed two more for me. Each with it’s own special problem & each coming back so perfect I ca’t remember where the two spots were. I like buying quality sweaters & believe that with proper repair can become an heirloom. I can’t recommend this business repair services enough.(Look at the pictures I attached) I can only assume he uses quality materials & I can assure you he could probably teach the hell out of a class & make it fun.
