T & P Nails

Good service, good price. We went in early in the morning, the younger girl was grouchy. The older woman was friendly. My daughter said she had a pretty good experience. We will likely return.

Decent place, with decent service, that provided me with decent nails. I appreciated that even though there was a tornado that touched down, they they kept on trucking through and finished off my nails. I’d go back again.

Went today to get a manipedi and when I arrived at 9:30am when they opened I was told to come back in 5 minutes so I waited for 10 then the girl was so rude. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said «No its just so early and I have to be here». Then she was very rude when I choose my colors she said «Those are your colors? I just put on whatever you want.» She made me fell like I was bothering her. I asked for a white tip over the solid color I picked and let me tell you my 9 year old son could of done a better job. I have been there many of times before and they have always been not so nice but this time was the last.

Wasn’t very happy with the service, nails started chipping & cracking a couple days later. I also had white nail polish and it faded to a nasty looking yellow. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I was so excited to go here again. My first time was amazing. I even sat in the waiting area for fourty minutes! Unfortunately, I can not say this visit was anywhere near the high standards set by my first visit. My pedi was seriously lacking. When the nail tech was cutting my nails, she would hold up the nail bits with a look of accomplishment on her face; I know they weren’t the best to begin with-​I have a preschooler, toddler and a 6 month old. I don’t have a lot of spare time, thus why I was there. I asked for a Deluxe Pedi and the nail tech decided that I’d be better off with a standard pedi with deluxe pricing (which I did not pay), my nails are not the same length and she left me sitting in the drying chair for almost 30 minutes. I finally just said screw it and threw on my shoes. I was about to leave my payment with another tech when she suddenly popped out of the wood work at the sound of my sipper opening. I didn’t say anything about my nails because I didn’t notice until they were already painted. I didn’t want to give them anymore time. I was already upset about the overall experiance. I just wanted to get dry and leave. I will not recommend them to anyone and i will not be visiting again. So disappointed.

I’m giving this two stars instead of one because I think they’re honest people trying to have a nice business, and I think the experience would have been much better with the slightly older woman (this must be Violet, who the other reviewers all liked!). I think I had her daughter or something. The services are pretty cheap so I wasn’t exactly expecting Cherry Creek customer service, but I was kind of ordered around by my lady, who despite knowing English didn’t talk to me the whole time. She would just tap the UV box when I should put my nails in, etc. At one point, she was actually watching the TV while filing my nails, so I had to pull them back to make sure she was paying attention to what she was doing. Every time my nails would be drying, she’d pull out her cell phone, talk to other customers, or talk to her brother/​friend and completely ignore me. She complained, in English, to her mother about the third employee there who must not speak English. Professionalism aside, I just thought that was really rude on a human level and is enough to make me not come back.
The thing that really worries me though, and why the place probably truly should get one star, is that I didn’t see how they cleaned their equipment. She just pulled her tools from a drawer, and put them back there at the end of the visit. I kept looking around for cleaning solution where they were soaking tools and never saw any. The older lady did clean her station very well after giving a pedicure, so that gives me hope that they are cleaning their tools but not enough to risk coming back and getting an infection. My lady also did not wear a mask, even though the other staff did. The stations themselves were pretty dirty and not organized, it just didn’t give me great confidence in their efforts to be hygienic and safe.
That being said, they did a good job on the nails– not the best I’ve had, but they look nice for what I paid and what I expected. If you’re like me and you live near the airport, where there’s not a lot of services, I would take the extra time to drive to Stapleton or something, until this business ups their hygiene and customer service.

This was the first time I’ve attended this nail salon. I was very please with the many options they provided, they had a lot of different styles and designs. They were very kind and they got with me very quickly I had an walk-​in visit. The service was excellent and my nails are beautiful. I would very much recommend this nail salon.

Anazing! They were through paid attention to my body and was able to identify problem spots without me pionting them out. The massage was the right speed and pressure the conversation was pleasant. they to they time. It has been along time since i have had a quality pedi. my daughter got a mani and was pleased with the service.

She wouldn’t want me to say this, but Violet did a wonderful job. Since moving to Denver from Texas I had not been able to find ANYONE that did even a decent job. Finally, I have somewhere to go that isn’t a half hour away from my house. Huzzah! I will certainly be returning when it’s time to get my nails did! ;) I also had a pedicure by Kim, she doesn’t seen to speak much English, but she was pleasant and did a good job.
As a bonus, Violet is quirky and fun to talk with.

This place ROCKS! Violet did an awesome job on my Shellac nails and they were affordable! I already set my appointment for my next nail job! Definitely recommend!

I needed a mani/​pedi close to the airport, so I tried this place for the 1^st time. It was great! Violet did my nails, she did a great job and was very personable! The place was affordable and my nails look excellent and feel great! I highly recommend this place! I do not live close, but I will make the drive in the future to return. Make an appointment, they are very busy.

I personally did not enjoy my visit to this salon. When I walked in a woman in the back of the salon yells «May I help you?» I would personally prefer for someone to approach me and speak directly with me. The nail tech who did my pedicure and manicure was very soft spoken and had less than ideal english speaking skills. She told me there would be a paraffin wax with my pedicure and that was nonexistent. She also told me she could do any design they had in their picture book but after trying for 30 min, she was unsuccessful so I said forget the design. She also was cutting and pulling skin while trying to cut my cuticles so I had to tell her not to do that either. I really don’t think my visit was worth $ 40. I will not be returning.

Holy moley a nail salon with Asian staff that speaks English and talks to you! I should have come here first. My nails look amazing, the staff are really nice and friendly. The prices are pretty reasonable. I liked having a warm towel to dry your hands with instead of a paper towel. I’m happy I went here tonight and I could tell the other girls in there were regulars. Since I’m just visiting I’m not so sure it was a good area after dark but the salon itself was good.

After getting my nails done a few weeks ago and having a horrible experience. I decided to try the shop by my work that one of my co-​workers told me about. I was a bit nervous because the last place was truly a nightmare. When I walked in they knew what I wanted. It’s been quite a hassle trying to find a nail shop that does gels by where I live. They were also a bit puzzled by the horrible job the last place did. They showed me the options they had for gel nails and the girl went to work.
I have to say I was lucky to get Violet. She’s rather funny and definitely makes her customer feel comfortable. My nails look amazing and like an actual professional did them. Unlike the other shop. Violet did a wonderful job and I was highly impressed. Everyone was very friendly and personable.
Violet said they can get pretty busy and so sometimes an appointment is needed if you want to see her. I can see why. I’m glad I went when I did and she was free because it was worth it. They definitely have a returning customer and I won’t be going anywhere else.
