Service is rude and unsupportive. I ordered a subway club and was pestered by the server that«it wasn’t a real club without bacon» multiple times. I am Jewish. Afterwards I got a small drink and there weren’t any small caps left. Asked a staff member to help and after a minute of fruitless searching they decided to ignore me and pretend to help other customers until I left. Needles to say I will never be going back there even though I live next to it and am a student at DU. edit: Also noticed the only good review on here is from a person who doesn’t live in CO. Probably a cheap pitch.

Slower service than 90% of the other Subway restaurants that I have been to. Even the one off of Colfax speeds things through. The short Mexican lady behind the counter really takes her time waltzing back and forth the line and then she will excuse herself and leaves a guy all by himself. Organization is a bit disheveled and they definitely have opportunities to improve. This franchise could be a real winner just by sheer location. The Subway taste is there. The value is there. The service is neither here nor there.

The subway is the cheapest restaurant around where I work, some of the staff is friendly and it’s hard to mess up on a sandwich that is made right in front of you. The ingredients that they use are usually fresh. There is usually a line that moves fast during the lunch hour rush.

I had enough time to bitch on 3 social networks while waiting for my sandwich. Had it not been half made, where it sat for 15 minutes, I would have just left and gone to one of the ten other restaurants nearby. If you walk up and see a line, cut your losses and go somewhere else. I have never seen a Subway so slow before. On top of that, they were out of wheat bread, the white bread was stale, and almost every table was dirty. I have been before and had better experiences, hence two stars instead of one, but I was very disappointed with this visit.

Gonna give this location some love; after not eating for about 8 hrs and only having consumed a package of ramen for breakfast/lunch, I was starting to get spacey and dizzy. I *was* originally headed for another certain sub shop across the street… I won’t mention who… and they were not only closed( Unilocal app said they were open), but no closing hours posted on their doors either, only opening ones. WTF? So I looked around, eyed the 3-star Thai place across the street, then veered off and went to Subway. My sandwich was made to order. The girl behind the counter, even though it was late at night, had a positive attitude and enough energy to be engaging in conversation. I got cookies too. I dunno what the other 2 reviewers had to deal with, but this is far from a 1-star sub shop. Try the place across the street that’s «supposed» to be open at 10pm and isn’t. That’s my idea of a 1-star sub shop… this place is OK.

This Subway does suck substantially worse than others. I don’t know if it’s the staff not caring or the douchey DU kids but it just sucks.

Very disappointing, even for a Subway. I went there to get a breakfast sandwich on a weekend morning. They have these little premade egg discs that they supposedly heat up before constructing the sandwich. Unfortunately. after I got a ways down the road and bit into it, I realized that the eggs were COLD! Not a very tasty outcome(shudder). Meanwhile on a second trip another day, my GF ordered a Chicken Ranch sandwich. Everything would have been pretty good EXCEPTTHEREWASNORANCH dressing on it. I guess it’s a good place to go to if you are on a diet since you won’t eat most of your food. Would be hard pressed to go there ever again.
