I have to say I’m still smiling from our Co dinner. They accommodated 30 of us quickly in one of their private rooms. Sonya our waitress had a great sense of humor and was the bomb getting us everything from appetizer to drinks to our meals. I haven’t even mentioned how good the food was and the price was very reasonable. I’m impressed of all they had to offer. FOOD, SERVICE, PRICE. I will be back. Thanks Sonya and the crew at Rock Bottom Ramon Elder ELDERAUTO

Came here after a show at the performing arts center for a late dinner and sat at the bar. Service was great & bartenders very friendly! The bartender suggested the 2am burger & it was awesome! One of the best burgers i have ever had. I believe it had hashbrowns, bacon, cheese & an egg. The egg was nicely cooked over easy although the side dish of mac & cheese was a little dry. They brought the wrong side dish for my date but the manager made sure it was taken care of right away. Still had a great experience & can’t wait to go back for the 2am burger again soon!

This place is awesome. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Great place for local brews. Will definitely return on my next visit.

Cuban Cristo… delicious! The best parts of 2 of the best sandwiches mixed into 1! Service has also been really good the times I’ve been in.

We went to Rock Bottom in Nashville so when we saw it in Denver we had to go. The beer was better than I remembered. Went here twice during the trip! The staff is also friendly, we preferred sitting by the bar than at the table, they seemed to be more friendly, I guess it’s because you are sitting right in front of them during the time you’re there so they start conversations.

So glad we stumbled into this place for lunch! The food was absolutely delicious. We had an Italian pizza which was great, the house made crust was fantastic. A club sandwich which is hard to mess up but also hard to be amazing but this one was! And finally a Cobb salad which I thoroughly enjoyed, especially with the homemade dressing! All their dressings are made in house. yum! Not too pricey, didn’t take too long at all, and if you’re into beer they have a ton of that! I’d recommend for sure.

My husband and I came here to get out of the cold and enjoy some beers while catching the Broncos on Monday Night Football. We sat in the front dining room but could see many of the TVs in the bar as well as smaller TVs in our dining area. The bourbon-aged raspberry porter was a quality beer. It was smooth on the front end with a slightly sweet aftertaste. For being as high in alcohol content as it was(9.3% ABV), it still had complex flavors. Very drinkable for a higher-gravity beer. Our 4-year-old snacked on chicken tenders and a make-your-own sundae. The kids menu was pretty legit, but the make your own sundae was amazing. It came out with four scoops of vanilla, a cone, and ramekins of sprinkles, hot fudge, and whipped cream. She had a blast making her own cone, and there was enough left over for my husband and I to have a few bites. Yum! We also shared the mason jar salted caramel toffee dessert. It was delicious, but too rich to finish.

2 Stars for food 3 Stars for service What a disappointment. The nachos came out cold and not cheesy at all. The only saving grace was the bartender was accommodating and tried to make it better by bringing out some more cheese sauce but it didn’t help.

Great burger with plenty of flavor. Had the mochahol which was a great dark beer for the cold weather in Denver. I would definitely come back again, especially since it’s not to far from the Pepsi center.

Rock bottom was a good place to try an abundance of beers. I had the pale ale bottoms up and it was light and fruity. Staff was friendly and it was awesome to get out of the cold for a while.

Delicious food, but if you are counting calories, look at the nutrition information before eating here. This place is busy at lunch! It was packed, but we were able to find a high top for 6 in the bar area. Some people still chose to wait for regular tables, so don’t be too concerned if you see people waiting in the front. I thought I was being healthy and got a Waldorf salad. Wrong! It is about 1,000 calories when I looked it up later. Don’t get me wrong, it was absolutely delicious, but wow is that a hefty hit to my health. When I started looking at other dishes, they were all over 1,000. If you aren’t worried about calories, then eat here. Because portion sizes are huge and so delicious. But me, I’ll probably try to avoid this place again.

This place was pretty standard food wise, basic American with some spanish flare and a great patio to people watch on. I came here on my way out of Colorado with a few friends and we each enjoyed a beer sampler and the guacamole. I had a salad and my two friends split a burger, all of which were tasty. Our server was a bit lacking but the incident was so long ago that I barely remember, I do recall it took him forever for everything but it was fine since I was über early for my rip to the airport. All in all, being a tourist in Colorado, this place hit the spot. I would definitely come again and recommend the beer flight to any local or visitor in the area. I would also assume this place gets pretty packed on game days, whether it be football or any other sport.

Good American food. Came here for dinner tonight, and while I don’t have any major complaints, I also can’t say that Rock Bottom rocked my socks off. We arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday and got a table right away. They were also seating large groups around us right away– this would be a good place to take a group or large family because they have lots of seating and enough variety to appeal to everyone. The burgers were okay; I asked for mine medium-well and with pickles on the side and it came out medium with pickles on the burger. The winners for us tonight were the onion rings(perfectly crispy and delicious) and the strawberry lemonade(not too sweet, and obviously made with real fruit). I’d come back, but only if I happened to be in the area.

Came here for the late night happy hour. It was pretty good in terms of bar food. We had the chicken fingers, and I can never go wrong with those. Service was very nice, and the inside had a good feel. I was surprised how low key of i vibe I got.

This was the first brewery we hit in Denver and we had such a good time! Sat at the bar, made some friends, had many samplers and yummy food. The samplers: $ 6 for a set of six. And they let you switch out any samples you prefer! The beer was pretty good. Dinner: The burger(with an extra side of chipotle mayo) was delicious. So was the cajun pasta, even if it was a little heavy on the paprika. The ambiance: The best part. We met locals and other out-of-towners and had a great night. I’ll definitely hit another Rock Bottom next time I’m in CO(and there is no shortage of them, either)!

Let’s start off with the negative and work our way up. The service was awful. We waited over twenty minutes for our check and to be honest almost just walked out. Everyone has a bad day though, Ski won’t judge solely on one waitress. Rock Bottom is located on 16th Street Mall. This area is perfect for sitting on the porch and watching all the people enjoy their day outside. My friends and I ordered appetizers and flights of beer. All of our beers were fabulous. We got hips and salsa and pretzels and both were large proportions. The four of us were easily filled up by the we left!

I am giving this Rock Bottom 4 stars because of the inconsistency of the service. I’ve been here quite a few times and half of the time, the service is decent. Other times, it’s very slow or the wait staff is rude. As for the food, I do enjoy the fish and chips. The flavor of the fish is good and its juicy and cooked well, but the fried batter is very heavy. The fries are average. I’ve had the veggie tacos, and I would say they are my favorite thing on the menu. They have a hard taco shell covered with a soft tortilla, so the extra crunch in it really makes it delicious. The rice and beans on the side is good too. The chips and salsa appetizer is great for sharing with others if meeting for happy hour. And the drinks are always great!

Rock Bottom never disappoints. I ordered a Beer from the expansive list, and watched the Game on tv, and ordered a Chicken Sandwich with fries. Service at the bar was great. The beer is great, and the Food is good.

Had a great flatbread pizza here, the El Diablo! I enjoyed it with a craft brewed Belgian ale and it hit the spot! Also, The Kobe sliders were good! Dinner for two downtown on 16th st in a cozy environment set the tone for the weekend! We will be back
