Had Japanese Pan Noodles. It was extremely salty as they put in too much soy sauce. The worse Japanese restaurant in town can probably make fried udon noodles better than the ones here. Please learn how to make something before putting it on the menu.

Came in for my free Birthday bowl (up to $ 9). Was helped right away. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Ordered the regular Pad Thai with sautéed shrimp to go and it was a good portion. Very tasty.
I waited less than 5 minutes for my order. It was quite tasty.

My fiancée and i stopped by this place with an old friend. We walked in, ordered our food, and went to find our table. All they had clean were tables for two and we had to clean off a bigger table to fit all three of us. I used some baby wipes i had with me to wash it off. When our food came out, our friends meal ran 5 – 10 minutes late. We kept from eating out of respect for him. I got the japanese pan noodles. There was a solid layer of asian sprouts covering half my plate. The mushrooms were NASTY. i love sauteed mushrooms and i was upset to eat a ripped up mushroom half that tasted like i just ate it off the floor. Besides the mushroom and sprouts, the rest was great! The boys liked their meal, but they had some minor complaints too. The experience wasnt too bad, but had too many issues to ignore.

I called 4 times to place an order. Hung up on twice, left on hold for 5 minutes once and finally on try #4 get through and am told to hold AGAIN. I explained how frustrated I was the guy tells me «I’m really sorry we’re so packed» I decide just to drive over and put in the order in person because the fam all has their heart set on noodles.
Currently sitting here waiting for my food and their are 4 tables in here. 4. And 2 to go orders on deck. I hardly call that PACKED.
Every time I come here I leave saying never again. This time it’s for keeps. If the kiddos want noodles I’ll go out of my way to Florida and Colo Blvd. I’ve never had a problem there.
1 star for the nice manager who apologized for the hang ups and the food came up faster then I was left on hold, so star for that.

We hired noodles and company to cater our volunteer event. They did a fantastic job! The order was perfect, the timing was excellent, and the food was amazing! Bill the GM was a pleasure to work with and truly generous in taking care of our nonprofit. They even blessed us with free plates for returning the catering racks. Every time I come into the store the staff is happy and welcoming. So satisfied with the level of customer service and quality of food every time. THANK YOU NOODLES!

This is the Noodles I always go to and I’ve always had a good meal when I eat there.
This is the first time I’ve placed a pick up order and I’m not super thrilled. My Penne Rosa (which I always get) is so dry and there’s barely any sauce on it and it was a little cold. It didn’t taste quite the same.
I recommend eating at the restaurant for your food to taste the best or ordering extra sauce on the side just in case. Definitely won’t get Noodles to go again.

They have the same menu as every Noodles, so that is unremarkable. However, we call ahead to order quite often, and our orders are always correct. Plus the staff has always been friendly and patient, which isn’t a given everywhere we go.

This was my first time to the Hampden location. With that being said I think this will be a regular lunch spot of mine. The two ladies working the counter were SO helpful and nice and even checked on me while I was outside, which has never happened while at a N&C. The steak stroganoff was great, as usual… but it was the customer service that will bring me back!

Staffs were friendly a few times I’ve ordered takeouts here. Love the mac and cheese, generous size. Very disappointed with my last order of soba, for the regular size portion is small, inconsistent with what I had before. Add $ 3 for a few slices of beef. Not worth the price at all.

I’m not sure what it is about this location, but I’m consistently disappointed. It seems like the food is always cold and bland, or it takes forever to even get your food. I once waited for an hour to get my food!
I’ve tried multiple dishes and have given them many chances, but I always leave disappointed. I usually LOVE Noodles, but this particular location is very disappointing.
Honestly, I’ve lost my appetite for Noodles and haven’t tried another location since my bad experiences here. I hope that it’s just this location because I’d love to love this restaurant again.

So I’ll admit that I’m a little discriminating when it comes to this company. I’ve enjoyed their food for a long time to come. We’ve been here once already and I’m mainly writing about this from last time. We (you already know that we means my fiancé and I, so I need to stop saying my fiancé and I), stopped by the other day for lunch before we went on errands. We showed up about 11:30ish and though the restaurant was practically empty, there were plenty of dirty tables. The food like always was good and I swear that the bowls here are smaller than other places. I contacted the manager about the tables and was compensated which is why I’m giving them a 4. The customer service is friendly and yes I’d go back. In part because they are the closest one to our location. Not sure why people are giving them 2 stars on average.

Well I was craving Mac’n cheese so I went here. It was good, and left me satisfied but not impressed. It was pretty expensive too for noodles. I added chicken, that added tp the price too.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me when I wanted in and helped me with ordering too.
Glad I tried it, but wont really be back.

I love Noodles and Co. In fact when I moved out of Denver for a few years, I had mac and cheese cravings all the time.
This is probably my favorite Noodles location and not just because it’s close to my house, but because I’ve never paid for a cookie here. Calm down, I didn’t steal them, I think I just happen to go near closing time every time I am in there and they’re like, «awww…that girl looks like she likes cookies.»
And they’re right. I do.
Aside from the cookie monster in me, every time I have gone in, I am greeted immediately, and helped immediately by really friendly people. One time while getting a takeout order, they were pretty busy and the guy who took my order warned me that it might be a few minutes longer than normal, so he offered me a fountain drink in apology and said he would bring it out to me as soon as it was ready. And it didn;t even take that long.
They go above and beyond with their customer service here and I will be back often.

Staff was a little taken back, but helpful with my meal!
I chose the Mediterranean sandwich and a side tomato and cucumber salad! There was a nice kick to the sandwich and it came out pretty quick.
I wasn’t a fan of the food choices or calorie counts when I first experiences the chain in 2006… But there are new choices, options and lists of calories… So i’ll give them another try!

Why does it take so long to get your order if you are getting take out at Noodles. Seriously, why? Every Noodles I end up standing at the edge of the counter twiddling thumbs for what seems like an eternity. Plus the parking at this one off Hampden is so tight. Too much stuff, not enough spaces!
Food, as far as I have experienced, is consistent with other Noodles. It is good, if not a bit overpriced for what it is, but hey I know that going in!
Other things to note with this one, very bright (like the surface of the sun at some points of the day), and a fair amount of seats if you want to dine in. I have always experienced a friendly staff too, so if you want some quicky food it works. It does annoy a bit, and really is probably more of a 2.5 star review.

This place…
Sterile. Unfriendly. Bland. I came here today with one of my fiends who suggested the cheesesteak sandwich but not the tomato bisque, which I got anyways, cos I had a hankering.
The flatbread sandwich (that I didn’t see came on flatbread) was thin and kinda overpriced, with not very much meat and lame peppers and while I’ve had my run-​ins with bad bisque, my serving was particularly lame. I-​told-​you-​sos permeated the air and new fussings of underdone chicken came from another at our table who’d ordered the mac n cheese with the chicken.
I have had good food at n&c before so maybe it was just the weather but seriously; I did not have a good experience here.

First time trying this place. Set up the same as Wahoos where you order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. We sat outside and the service was pretty quick for a lunch time. I got the Bangkok Curry with Chicken. The chicken had some tasty seasoning on it but the main meal had no flavour whatsoever. I am sure they forgot to mix in the curry sauce because I honestly couldn’t detect any!
That’s what I get for trying fast food!
