As we spent the hour trying to chase our friends down, we ran across Killian’s. It was a great place. We only spent 30 – 45 minutes there, but the patio was awesome. Drinks were drinks, but the appetizers our friends had were really good. We are planning to go back when it’s not as crowded.
If you and your friends want a «bar» place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors, the Patio at Killian’s Clocktower is one of the best downtown Denver.

This is a great place to get out of the wind, cold and rain on the few occasions those elements are allowed in Coors Field.
Why not a four or five rating? The team of police officers that «stroll» in right before the 7th inning when beer sales cease. It wouldn’t be so bad, but they literally sweep you out as that last out is still being made. Stools are being placed on top of tables and they just aren’t considerate about it.
