Aramark concessions at Coors Field are the absolute worst! I’ve been a 25 game mini plan ticket holder for 8 years and this is finally the year that I swear them off. Will just bring in my own sandwiches. OK, they hire minimum wage people who really try to do their best but their training is lacking. Long lines and disorganization is the norm. On the club level, where there are places for 2 cashiers, there’s usually only one and I’ve sometimes waited to go all through the process for a full inning! What a joy! Yesterday’s hot dog with another stale bun that fell apart was the final straw. These guys need some biz help. By the way, I travel to other ballparks such as Petco, Citizen’s Bank, Wrigley and Fenway and the food is light years better both in quality and selection.

First, the folks working these booths seem to really hustle and move the lines along. I think that is the first priority, and they do it well. Yes, prices are high. This is not surprising. It is, however, cheaper than Mile High Stadium. I tired the Chicago Dog from Xtreme Dogs. It was«okay». I had them drop the cucumbers and add onions. My dog had just made the transfer from water bath to rolling grill, and that may have negatively impacted the flavor. It was a goodly sized dog. The sport peppers were good. The tomato was fine, and the pickle was a bit soggy(not crunchy). The whole thing came together into a visually appealing, but messy and hard to eat whole. This was pretty good for a stadium dog. However, as someone who enjoys Biker Jim’s, this was lackluster in comparison.

Get you act together. We went to opening day and had the worst experience EVER at Coors field. We waited in line for 2 innings. Usually I don’t mind waiting, because that is what happens at games. But I hate waiting and realizing that we waited all that time because of an idiotic work staff. they were HORRIBLE and didn’t give a crap about anything. I will never go to Xtreme Dogs again because of this.

Man, I really love to eat at Coors Field. Seriously, it has to be my favorite arena/stadium/field to eat at! Tons of variety, top quality products and lots of vendors. So lines are never too long. Love! I had and awesome Chicago Dog from Xtreme Dogs that was so fresh I actually couldn’t believe it. Snap of the dog. Crunch of the cucumbers. Hot, hot, hot pepers. Firm Tomatoes. Just right shake of Celery Salt. Out of this world for a stadium dog. Wow! I like that it has specialty vendors too. The hubby has had to go gluten-free and the fact that there is vendor that is 100% gluten free from beer to dogs to burgers is amazing. 5 stars for that alone. Oh and other said the cart was at 147, when we went last night it was actually more across forom 142 and it is a sea of carts so look for the Gluten Free sign. At any rate, at Coors Field is a great place to get your fill of ball park food. Aramark does a fine job!

I have to say that I’m really impressed with the food selection at Coors Field. The doctor recently said that I have to go gluten free, at least for a while, and I was all bummed that I’d be coming to a game and not have beer or any kind of food. But they do actually have a gluten free stand! When you google it it says it’s behind section 147, so the fam and I wandered aimlessly for a while looking for it before the wife saw it over behind section 143. They had GF beer, hotdogs, burgers, chips, and cookies. I tried the beer(Red Bridge), a hotdog and the chips. Everything was excellent. If it was closer to where we were actually sitting I would have gone back for a few more beers.

It is so nice to be able to have a bite to eat at Coors field. I had a $ 7 Redbridge, my daughter had a hot dog and I had a chicken sandwich. Both of our buns promptly fell apart, big bummer. Made it hard to eat the chicken! Udi’s would have made a much better bun, in my opinion, Maybe next time I would just order the hot dog or burger without the bun, but maybe that defeats the point? There are so many bakeries who are getting it right when it comes to baking gf, maybe Aramark should try another distributor?

Aramark just added Gluten Free food stand in section 147 of Coors Field, this first full GF stand in baseball! AWESOME, you can get dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, chips and other snacks. Plus GF beer, this has made going to and enjoying a baseball game much easier. We had the dogs and they were great, only drawback is the GF buns from Deby’s they don’t hold together well and UDI’s does it much better and tastier. But way to go Aramark and Coors for bringing this to my back yard. Now COORS I would be so much happier if the GF beer i was sipping belonged to Coors, rather the AB.
