Hugo Boss

No service whatsoever. Walked in the door. Wasn’t greeted. Had a question about sizes and their stock and no one came up to help me or my friend the entire time. We decided to take our business to Ralph Lauren and spent just over a grand on new shirts and some dress slacks.
I won’t be returning to this place. The management of this place needs to humble their employees. You are working a retail store…

I bought a piece online from a 3^rd party retailer and it was the wrong size. I was able to exchange it s at this store. I have been very happy with the product and will definitely shop here again.

Out of all of my shopping extravaganza experiences, this Hugo Boss store has got to be one of my favorites for many, many reasons!
First off, the employees over the years have always been not only extremely friendly, but super helpful! One of my first visits way way back in college, I was looking for a new winter jacket for the colder months here in Colorado. I wasn’t feeling any of the jackets that they had in stock in the Denver-​store and the saleswoman heeded my advice to what i was looking for. She showed me a wool cashmere coat on their website that she felt I would like, and I instantly fell in love! Sadly, the Denver store didn’t receive any of this type of jacket in, however, she spent the next couple days tracking one down in my size and color, and found the only one left in a Manhattan store. She had it overnighted to the Denver store where I came back in for a quick tailoring and I was on my way!
The next reason I love this store is Hugo Boss’ timeless fashion sense and this store’s employees’ customer service, as well as brutal honesty! A couple years ago, during a medical school interview season, I needed a new suit as I had outgrown my last one since high school. Shane Lee, the now general manager of this store, took excellent care of all of my needs and set me up in a professional look that i am sure to have for several years to come! Being an athletic guy and liking to wear clothing that fits a little closer to my frame, I instinctively asked for a «Slim-​Fit» suit… Shane and the then general manager put me into a regular sized suit and had it tailored in the right spots to craft a look that I could never put together myself on my own — a regular-​sized navy suit for an athletic stature such as myself, with a subtle lilac-​colored dress shirt, a darker lavender tie and plum pocket square. In addition, they gave me a slew of helpful advice with my new clothing, not only on traveling with it for my interviews, but also on caring for my new suit to ensure that it lasts!
More recently, I purchased a couple more suits for some job interviews and received the same level of customer service that I have grown to know from this store. The employees will literally make an honest attempt at securing your wants and needs in any of their clothing! In addition, if you are looking for some Bespoke services, the employees can set you up with a Made-​to-​Measure appointment, although those services generally take place in their stores overseas (Germany, the UK, and Switzerland).
If you are looking for a sophisticated and timeless look for yourself or a loved one, I can’t speak highly enough of the services provided by the Denver Hugo Boss store!

We bought my fiancé’s suit for the wedding here. We went at the end of the summer season to buy a linen suit and got it VERY on sale. He’s a tall guy, 6’3″ and on the thinner side. Hugo Boss suits just look great on him.
The service was really great. We had multiple people helping us each time we stopped in. The wedding isn’t until June and so we chose to wait on the alterations so I can’t speak to the quality of their tailoring services.

Just had a reno, but visually there is not a ton of change.
It’s still a smallish location (for the brand) but has a very nice staff.
A much needed international sartorial push for the 303.

I have been in Hugo Boss stores all around the world and this store has got them all beat on service alone. The Denver store does not always have as big of a selection as others, but it has a great suite store and great service.
If they don’t remember my name, they remember my kids or my wife or that I am a soccer fan. That always make shopping better. It ads some fun anyway. I recommend anyone looking for a suite to try here before Nordstroms, Saks or Neiman.
The sales people are not as interested in making a sale as they are about getting you what you need and the right fit.
