Can you give Coach less than five stars?
My husband took me here to pick out my own Christmas present, and I came home with my first Coach purse! It’s very beautiful, and was actually kind of reasonable with the Semiannual Sale. Customer service was great, and we had a great experience overall.
Obviously I can’t shop here regularly, but if you want to splurge, I recommend it!

This is a great Coach store. The manager deserves a hand for hiring kind, competent sales associates. While I’m more of a Louis Vuitton or YSL girl, I do love some of the throwback Legacy handbags and find that Coach has a more approachable price point for gift giving. They also always do fun accessories like wristlets and clutches. I was recently in the store for the holiday 2013 season and was happy to have my shopping experience made easy. They will wrap and drop ship presents to everyone on your list! They do carry a smaller selection of merchandise for men and our canine BFF’s in the rear of the store. Be sure to at least take a stroll through there next time you are looking for something out of the ordinary, but still classic.

My boyfriend went in to get my birthday present, this year I wanted the Madison, Pheobe in cranberry. Last year he said they were great. This year, they remembered him and the whole staff were very helpful. Great service! Thank you Coach! See you next year! :)

The shoes just fit!!’

Coach is one of those stores I’ve always approached with a whisper. Any store with prices this high has got to be approached with reverance.
I went in to celebrate a milestone and ended up leaving $ 700+ dollars later with two bags and a wallet. I cherish them. I kind of treat them as idols — my bad.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and are there to answer any questions. They were patient with me — I labored over my decisions — and I ended up LOVING my experience.

I’m going to be making the investment in my first Coach purse in the very near future.
With saying that I’m a research kind of gal especially when I’m going to make a large purchase like this.
The bags are quality and timeless, they will last a lifetime if you treat them well. The women working here could not have been any nicer. I was completely honest and said I was just browsing for a future purchase and they were chatting with me as I looked around telling me about the particular bags that I was eying. It felt as though I was with friends and just having a pleasant conversation about fashion and our love of bags.
Coach is quality and you should expect to pay for quality. The bag I’m interested in is almost $ 700. Now that’s an investment. As I make the necessary changes I am waiting for the moment I can walk in and purchase my first Coach bag — wait for me baby!

Just called and asked if they had a certain bag. The woman on the phone was VERY nice and helpful. I usually dont get this kind of service anywhere else but Coach. I have had good luck with the people at the Flatirons mall Coach also. Keep doing what you are doing Coach, it really is nice to get nice people to help.

I always get excellent service at the boutique, even when I’m just «browsing» the new collection for my wishlist. I probably only actually buy something 1 out of 10 trips, but I’m always treated as a valued customer. They make my shopping experience very pleasurable when bringing home a new lovely!

Fellow Unilocalers — I have a confession… I’m a purse-​o-​holic. It’s a curse, an expensive one. How did this affliction happen to a person who loves jeans, comfortable shoes and often does not venture out of my jammies before noon — I’ll tell you. Many years ago my boyfriend (now my husband) bought me a Coach bag. It was one those classic bags Coach was famous for — heavy dark burgundy leather with a big flap and a heavy gold clasp. It was and still is a very sensible bag. «Now» he said, «you have a Coach bag — they last forever — you’ll NEVER need to buy another pocket-​book» (he’s from the east coast where they say «pocket-​book» instead of purse).
Right! Little did he know that he had had just awakened the purse-​loving beast inside of me. Since then I’ve collected many (I’m not telling how many) Coach, as well as other bags. I’ve strayed from Coach on many occasions (Gucci — I got it cheap, Cole Haan, Michael Kors and Kooba) but I still think that Coach (an American company) makes some of the best bags around. Forget those overpriced LV’s (made of designer vinyl), Coach bags are made from great leather and they last forever. (Full disclosure, Coach sells some vinyl bags also — I’m not a fan).
When you walk into a Coach store, you are treated like a valued customer, no matter who you are or what you are wearing. You can take a beat-​up old coach relic in to their store and they will fix it up like new for you.
The Coach store in Cherry Creek is a beautiful, brightly lit, colorful — cheerful actually. You’ve never pressured nor do you feel like the sales people are watching you. All of their wares are accessible (not behind the counter in glass cases) so you can feel and try them on. They encourage you to pull out all of the stuffing and put the contents of your purse inside to get a better feel for how it «fits.»
So my secret is out — actually my friends and family already know and still like me anyway. And, I still have Coach #1. It lives in its own little canvas bag inside the wall unit that my husband had built to house all of my «pocket books.»

Even though I haven’t bought anything from this particular store, when I did stop in to browse, the sales clerks were exceptionally kind. I asked to see a cute new bag (with a $ 328 price tag!!) I admitted I couldn’t afford it «this week» and the women were still courteous to me. I asked for a business card and the sales clerk wrote down all of the bag’s information for me.
I’d definitely recommend stopping in if you’re interested in a Coach bag :)
