if you like $ 10.00 + salads containing hair, this is your place. I submitted a complaint through their website and never received a simple apology. It’s really too bad because I use to go here regularly.

will definitely go back here for my work lunch break. fast friendly service and great salads. just a suggestion, you guys need to get a bigger menu board, it’s hard to read from far back with the glare when you’re waiting in line.

I’ve been going to this location often, and for many years. Sadly it just keeps getting a little worse each time I go. First off, it’s impossible to hear — no matter how busy they are — and not that it bother me so much, but it’s obvious that the employees miss about ½ of what you say. When you order a standard menu salad and it’s missing 2 – 3 of the listed ingredients then something is wrong with their training. I would hope that the listed salads would be no-brainers. I think turnover is high, so this makes training tough and this would explain a lot of the mistakes. The salads are good, but expect the wrong salad 50% of the time, possibly even someone else’s, all for $ 11.

Ugh. This pains me. I’ve been telling myself«this is a fluke» for too many months, so I guess it’s time to update my review :( There’s not much to say, except that my past FIVE experiences at Green Fine Salad have been pretty awful. The service is still great, but the taste and freshness is seriously lacking. I’ve had two salads with semi-wilted lettuce, one with very off mushrooms, and another that hardly had any of the mix ins I had selected. I want to believe that this is all a coincidence and I know that I’m going to keep trying, but I’m tired of throwing away entire salads and eating my emergency oatmeal for lunch, instead. I’m not sure what’s up, but I seriously hope the past 6 months can be explained by SOMETHING(anything) and that things will be on the up and up, soon.

Disappointed. Just not great. Also the homeless outside giving everyone a hard time and being rude to female customers was just over the top. Next.

This place now has 3 locations downtown. All 3 are consistent with each other. You won’t find better salad downtown. Mad Greens pails in comparison. Choppers is great, but not quite as good. The portions have become smaller, and the price has gone up, over the past couple of years. Even given this, still the best value in salad downtown. I would give this place 5 stars but for the fact that they very commonly make mistakes on orders.

II had a quick lunch here when i was in Denver last week. it is located in the Westin. it is priced fairly. This is a salad place and they are a good size. You can build your own. They have some choices. They are prepared quickly. You stand in line while you wait. Got to sit outside while eating. Very good lunch.

This place opened in my office building and they deliver a quality, consistent, healthy lunch at a reasonable price. Sometimes the lines can be long, but usually move pretty quickly. The staff are SUPER friendly, which makes it a great place for lunch. Especially when the weather’s nicer as there’s a giant courtyard with plenty of sitting and people watching. Keep up the GREAT work!

Fast and friendly service. I ordered the Caesar salad and chili. Both were delicious, and the total cost was under 10 bucks. I will certainly be back again soon.

What a disappointment. I was super impressed upon ordering. All the chopping, the mixing, the quality of ingredients, the homemade dressings… Who wouldn’t be impressed? We all took our salads back to the office… And that’s when my excitement turned to oh no… This salad could be one of the worst salads I have ever had. Maybe it’s because I’m a cook myself and expect more… But where is the seasoning in the dressing? Bite after bite was more and more disappointment until I just tossed it. Dried chicken and no flavor. I won’t be back. I will try choppers again tho, because it def was good when I had it last time. This place is on my «don’t recommend» list.

Great salad. Finely chopped. Fast and delicious. My one wish list item would be for fresh-brewed iced tea rather than bottled.

The best salad place in town! Best quality and price. And the employees remember the frequent«greeners» which is a nice touch. Although I miss the Oscar the Grouch and other fun hats they were allowed to wear at one time — just like what happens with a lot of fun, nice local places, they now have required uniforms(say NO to corporatization!).

I LOVE this place. Sometimes a bit of a line in the lunch hour, but it moves quickly and is worth it. Basically you can make your own or choose from some selections of salads already concocted to taste great. Either way, you choose from a huge plethora of greens, toppings, proteins, nuts/seeds, and dressings. You can choose to have it as a salad(slightly larger and comes in a bowl) or as a hand held(a tiny bit smaller but after it’s all tossed they throw it into a tortilla and then put it on the hot press for a couple minutes, before wrapping it up in some foil like a burrito). The latter is my preference, it’s just so good! Since I don’t live in Denver, I’m going to have to start making these at home for lunch or dinner. **If you have a food allergy(ex: seafood), you can ask for things to be prepared on a different cutting board with a different knife, etc, they’re more than happy to accommodate.

Easily my favorite restaurant and 100% the best salad option available in Denver. Green has ruined me, because salads everywhere else taste horrible in comparison. I used to be a daily customer but working full time somewhere a little too far for a lunch hour visit has limited me. I come EVERY time I have the opportunity during the week because this place is literally the best health food option available downtown. I build a custom so you can pick the ingredients(which are always fresh) and know exactly what you’re putting in your body. The dressings are made in-house and I would buy them out of stock of their cucumber dill if they would bottle it. Another big benefit: they chop it so that you don’t have giant strings of lettuce hanging out of your mouth if you are there with someone else.

This is the second time I have paid a visit to this place when in Denver and it did not disappoint. It is conveniently located outside of the Westin past Palm restaurant. It is just what you expect form a salad bar. Everything is fresh and all the dressings are gluten free! They have plenty of salad combos for you to choose from or you can build your own. The staff is friendly and eager to build a salad to your exact specifications. It is a bit on the high end for a salad but like I said the ingredients are fresh and the protein is quality protein. The portion is also very large so you really do get what you pay for. This is always an easy stop for me when coming into town! Fresh, quality, easy and delicious!

quick healthy lunch option. If you are looking for ambiance, this isn’t the place. Open for lunch, they deliver what they promise. Simple, fast, reasonably priced, chopped salad with options to satisfy all.

eh, I went here a few Saturdays ago, and I was thrilled they were open. I used to work downtown and loved this place. Sadly the salad I got was somewhat brown and mopey looking. Not at all what I’m used to. Hmmm… Returned today and tried again, since I was craving it. Nope, out of the lettuce I like and so I left. Really disappointing. You not only got me to drive downtown(5 minutes from my casa) and then pay for parking so I could come visit your establishment and both times I’m left disappointed. Last time, I paid about $ 12 for the salad, this time I just left because I don’t see the point. This is likely my last venture here. Expensive and I didn’t get quality last time, and this time the salad place doesn’t have the proper lettuce, surely not paying $ 12 bucks for that. Can’t imagine this place will be open on Saturdays much longer.

With this cutesy little shop right across the street from the office, I have a feeling I will come here more often than not. Why? Let me tell you… 1. Their menu offers a wide variety of ingredients to add to a lettuce of your choice, of you can simply order one of their suggested special salads, full of yummy ingredients! I ordered the Santa Fe salad and it was packed full or corn, chicken, avocados, tomatoes, onions and more! MMMMM! 2. Their portions are huge. I was able to split the salad in half and have part if it for lunch and the rest the next day! Ps. If you ask for the dressing on the side, it helps for the next day, so your lettuce doesn’t get all soggy! 3. The staff is very nice, helpful and quick. I walked in overwhelmed and had no idea what to order but the staff walked me through what I liked and added it all! I knock one star off for price. It’s extremely hard for me to spend $ 10+ on a salad starting, with additions it was a bit more expensive, making my pocketbook cringe. I think I’ll come here when I’m feeling rich or desperately craving a salad!

Wait, what? How have I not Unilocaled this place yet? I tried to go today to grab a salad as I’m working on a Saturday and they are closed *&*^&*%*&^! I’m tempted to take off a star just for being inconvenienced ’cause I do love the salads! Lots of gluten free options and lots of delicious salads to choose from. I’ve never had the soups so I can’t vouch for them. They do take you through an assembly line — you give your order, they mix it all up in a bowl, write down your name and dressing and then send you down to the choppers. The choppers chop all your yummy ingredients into more managable bite sized pieces and hand it back to you in a neatly packaged salad bowl. They also offer all of their salads as a wrap — which my husband prefers as he’s not gluten free. It’s quick, seems healthy, and delicious. Staff is friendly. Just don’t plan on eating here on weekends!
