When you have 24 hours in Denver, what do you do? MEAT-ALL-YOU-CAN! I ordered the Signature Hot Stone with wagyu beef and and grass fed beef, while my boyfriend had the Dry-aged Bone-in Ribeye, and the Bruleed Bone Marrow to share. I wasn’t a fan of bone marrow until then. It was certainly a lot of food but we regret nothing. We were stuffed but satisfied.

The restaurant is a great place for a well lit and modern environment for a business lunch. I work across the street and its a go to for many. The business quickie lunch is a great value and great food. The iced tea has ice cubes made of iced tea. I adore this!!! The bread is delicious and the seafood salad OR the burger are equally delicious. Private dining rooms are very pretty and managed with care for detail. Service In the main dining room is excellent and I recommend Toby. The Lounge: I feel like it’s what is to be expected with a high end lounge in a hotel. Good solid cocktails, polished and pretty thin cocktail waitresses all dressed in black fitted dresses with smiling pearly whites. A tiny bit insincere but hey, it’s what I expected so I am ok with this here. I guess what I am trying to say here is that the boxes are checked but the service doesn’t go deeper or feel personal. Food that is supposed to be hot is hot. Should be cold — it is that too. I can’t think of what I’ve had — tuna perhaps or calamari — but the deal on the steak at happy hour is worthwhile. The same steak in the main restaurant is more. So it’s a steal. Wood fired grill is super impressive and the chef very kind. Wine selections by the glass are quite nice. And I love the display of wine. People like to gather here and it has a good energy and buzz at times.

Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday here and it was wonderful. The ambiance is lovely in the evening and the restaurant and bar aren’t too loud. Yes it is on the pricey side but the food and service makes it worth the money. I had the bone-in ribeye and my date had the petite filet and we were both very satisfied. We shared the brussel sprouts and truffle fries as sides and as great as the streaks were the sides were worth the trip by themselves.

We only go when there is a coupon or special offer — the regular prices are otherwise just too high for what you get. The quality of the food is always very good, as are the service and atmosphere. The menu options are slightly creative but not too far out of the box. We will happily go back — when there are special offers.

This certainly was a fancy place for a Birthday lunch for my husband. He had a filet as Did my son and pancakes for my daughter in law. I enjoyed a seafood salad. Two of us had unlimited mimosas and two had champagne drinks. I was pretty high all day. The steak you could cut with a Fork and the bread was served in a cool Container. They did give my husband a yummy birthday dessert The only downside was the service. It was not top notch even though when our server was Around he was good I think the bar good is more to my liking but we would go back It is not inexpensive but I knew that. My husband is worth what I paid. Lol

Some of my favorite bars/restaurants are those found in a hotel, and this one was no different. Came here to meet a group and from the moment we walked in, I knew I would like it. We sat at some low tables by the bar and from what I could see, had a great intimate feel. We were there pretty early but didn’t take long for it to fill up. Service was great and attentive. I tried a few different white wines and all were very good. Some others in the group had mojitos, which were said to have been a little inconsistent, but overall good. For food, we only ordered the pita and hummus, which is hard to differentiate from others, but still had great flavor. They generously replenished the pita as well when that ran out. My only negative is that the happy hour prices were not all that great and I have seen much better elsewhere. However I would love to go back and eat an actual meal.

Edge is as great as it gets. We decided to dine her last week prior to seeing a show at the theater across the street and were so glad that we did! We started with happy hour in the bar area and the service was fantastic. They brought out house-made kettle chips which was nice. My dad and I both had amazing Moscow Mules and my mom her standard glass of red. Nothing over the top, but great nonetheless. We moved into the dining room and my daughter was excited to show us the wine list on the iPad. Given that the atmosphere is dark(cozy), it was a nice change to have the backlit menu. I LOVE exploring different types of wine and their list is quite extensive. Something for everyone/budget. For dinner, the adults all ordered petite filets and my daughter ordered the sliced steak from the menu. We order bubble & squeak potatoes(OMG) and the grilled asparagus and it was plenty to share between the 3 of us. We also ordered 5 sauces, but honestly, the steak was so melt-in-your-mouth tender and amazing, it didn’t require any of the sauces. We all thought it was a fun tough to be able to choose our steak knifes, especially my daughter. Last, but not least, they treat kids wonderfully at this restaurant. They took my daughter back into the kitchen(which was immaculate, btw), and showed her the pecan wood fire grill and let her make her own ice cream sundae. She was on cloud 9 and is still talking about that experience. Overall, I definitely recommend Edge if you want to have a unique dining experience. This was my 4th time dining there, and I’ve never left disappointed. Cheers!

Food was amazing, but service was completely unacceptable! A girlfriend and I went there before a play for a quick drink and appetizer. It was 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table with water!!! It was a giant game of trying to catch the waitress before they would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. I’m a big fan of this hotel but would never recommend this establishment purely due to the lack of service.

The food? 5star! But the worst service I have ever experienced for a nice restaurant. Dropped $ 250(without tip) really expected so much more. Like pulling teeth to get bread. My cocktail(Ol fashion) tasted weak. My server borderline on rude. Put a call in to the manger, no return call. I’ll go to steak house 10 next time.

The Yarmony Ranch Wagyu Sliders were probably the best beef sliders I have had. They are served slightly on the rare side, but this is a testament to the quality of the meat. The seasoning and slightly flame kissed exterior are delicious. They are complimented by the gourmet condiments of grilled onions, jalapeños, and a truffle aioli and horseradish. I requested spicy mustard, but they were so savory as prepared, I almost finished them without. I am personally not a fan of ketchup, but appreciate the rare occasion when a restaraunt makes the effort to create this from scratch with fresh ingredients instead of the overly sweetened and preserved bottled variety. The portion size of three sliders per order for $ 8 on their happy hour menu($ 15 regular price) is well worth it to savor the best sliders you have ever tasted. I am generally drawn to more eclectic, ethnic, dining selections, so, as I was considering a second order of the sliders, this is a testament to their winning me over. There are a distinct selection of signature cocktails, created with quality spirits and house infused liquors. Definitely take advantage of the Unilocal Check In Offer of one free signature cocktail with your dining purchase. I sampled the Pecan Manhattan, which could have used a little more coco for my taste, but I think many would appreciate this Knob Creek Bourbon infused cocktail. The service was very friendly and attentive — my water was continuously refilled without request and the complimentary house made chips were geerously replenished several times. For this dining experience, The Edge received four stars instead of five based on the prices of their regular menu. I expect if this is not a factor for you the wood fired steaks will far surpass those of their local chain competitors.

I love meals that leaves me thinking about it the next day. My dinner at EDGE has got to be one of my better fine dining experience. Yes, I had paid more at other places and left rather disappointed. This place is phenomenal from the exquisite décor, to the service, to the food; the whole dining experience was unique and wonderful. It was my first time ever in which I chose my drink from an iPad. They have their entire drink menu on an iPad and they handed them out nonchalantly. They also give you a choice on which steak knife you would like to use. However, their steak is so tender and soft that you could probably use a butter knife to cut through it. This place is seriously so ahead in the fine dining game. Not to mention, you’re given complimentary chocolate lollipops after your meal. Moreover, it is in the Four Seasons hotel so you should not expect nothing less. My boyfriend and I had a date night here last weekend. No special occasion other than that we like to eat. We started off with the ahi tuna on hot rocks. It was such a fun experience to cook your meal on hot rocks and the aroma of the fish searing is to die for. The truffle ponzu for the ahi was also so amazing; probably our favorite item of the night. We also ordered the porterhouse for two and two share sides: crispy mac’n’cheese and the wood grilled sweet corn. The porterhouse was perfectly grilled and had a nice dry rub to it. Both sides were quite phenomenal. Definitely like nothing I had before. My favorite out of the two was the sweet corn. I like citrus things and it had a nice limey taste. I was so very satisfied with my meal/experience. I cannot wait to come here again; maybe, I will try their brunch.

i’ve been here a few times and each time has been an incredible experience. i’ve always gone with 10 – 12 people each time so we’ve been lucky enough to have one of the private rooms that accommodates everyone. it makes for a private experience without feeling like your group is disturbing the rest of the restaurant. The staff here is extremely knowledgable. Anything you had a question about, whether it be drinks or food, there were detailed answers for everything. The knowledge of the menu helped many of us make the right decisions for our entrée! The Wagyu Beef and Ahi Tuna Hot stone is such a delicious starter. the hot stone cooks the meant and fish to your liking. the wagyu beef is amazing. The mussels were to die for and the broth they were in was so good! for entrees i just ordered the blueberry kale salad. sounds so simple, but man was it good and SO fresh. the brussle sprouts(one of my favorite foods) were amazing as well. everything i had the opportunity to try here didn’t disappoint. just be prepared to spend a good amount of money because you pay for what you get, which is pure deliciousness.

We celebrated our 1st anniversary with friends here… I was looking for a good steakhouse with good seafood options for my wife, and I found this gem in the downtown area. The service was on point. Our server explained a little about the restaurant and gave us a detailed orientation to the menu. He was also well-versed in the wine list and recommended a great Pinot Noir(Witness Tree 2010, $ 60) that paired well with our meal. We started with the Wagyu Beef and Ahi Tuna Hot Stone. We ordered both and loved them and the Truffle Ponzu sauce was delicious, and I actually ended up getting a second beef order. I barely cooked the steak on the stone. I was really looking forward to ordering the Dry Aged Bone-In Buffalo Rib Eye, but unfortunately they had 86 it. I settled for the Bone-In Rib Eye and it was cooked to black and blue perfection. I definitively suggest getting the Edge Signature Rub, it adds just a little kick to the steak. Overall, we had a great meal at Edge. if you are ever in the Denver area, be sure to visit this place.

This was very nice brunch surprise by Adam. The Edge is inside The Four Seasons in d/t Denver. Posh is very a good adjective to this establishment. The staff were amazing from the moment we drove in. The valet was full of very helpful tips. To the awesome server Aaron. I never liked grits. I wanted to just get it over with and give grits a chance. I’m glad I did. I ordered their Hand Made Pork Sausage and Grits and over easy Egg. The sausage and egg sat on top of this grits that was surprisingly very good. I may be a grits fan now? #Thesausagetho was truly the star on the skillet presentation. $ 14. My order was under the Be Bad section. Their menu consists of different levels of wantonness: Be Friendly Be Bad Be Good Be Prepared I had the bottomless Bellini. Does that add more bad to my day? :) The presentation to their Bellini was awesome. A ball of frozen Strawberry floating around a glass of bubbly was too irresistible. I’m glad I had bottomless as my choice. On a very warm beyond 90 degrees weather outside I was thirsty! This location is a short walk to the 16th St pedestrian only area. If you decide to get brunch– get your ticket stamped and you get an all day parking and you can explore the city all day. Awesome staff. Good food and terrific location!

Edge is a very underrated value for the quality and product you get. The service is always top notch. The food preparation is done well and generous portion sizes. I’ve come here for numerous brunches, lunches and dinners and always have an enjoyable experience. Theirs plenty in the menu to fit the picky and health continue folks. I must say, their brunch is one of the best values in town. Their private rooms are really great for a small private dinner. At night the bar gets a little hoppin’. Some may even say club-esque.

I have trouble saying no to buying alcohol, thus resisting FREE alcohol is nearly impossible. Can you guess what happened when I spotted a Unilocal deal for one free cocktail while strolling by this swanky spot at 4:30PM? I found myself perched in front of the super efficient bartender who whipped up some solid drinks to quench my parched liver. Out of the four concoctions I tried, the English Gentleman and Autumn Mule were my favorites. Food is obviously insignificant when in the company of cocktails, so I opted for the hummus, which seemed like the lightest option on the half-off happy hour menu. I was expecting something pedestrian, but it turned out to be incredible. Definitely a good use of my daily calorie allocation, next to liquor.

YES(and 3.5 stars) and that is only if they offer a discount.(If you’re rich and can afford the normal price, then please look away, lol). The steak and eggs special offered at weekend brunch is $ 48! The steak is quite good(we asked for medium) but was it worth $ 48? Probably not. I did have a Black Friday discount at 50% so that was better. Especially when that Half-Off is also good towards the 3-course brunch feature at $ 32 per person. My first course was the Atomic Shrimp & Crab Claw Cocktail, that alone is $ 18, why wouldn’t you get it and 2 other courses? Plus the shrimps are HUGE and the crab claws are meaty. I really enjoyed the cool and spicy cocktail sauce. My main course was the Soy Glazed Salmon, meh, totally overcooked and dry; yet the accompanying salad with miso dressing is way too«dressed», if only they portioned out the amount of sauce so the salmon can have some… Last course — dessert! YOUHAVETO get the Bread Pudding in Whiskey Sauce, it is the sauciest bread pudding I’ve EVER had, with a hint of booze and lovely caramel color and creaminess, it is heavenly, trust me! We had another 3 course for the table: Smoked Salmon(didn’t try but heard it was good, it looked good!); Braised short ribs eggs Benedict(the meat was good, the eggs were good, the sauce was yummy, and the English muffins were buttery and toasty, but when combined together, something felt wrong. I’m never big on Eggs Benedict anyway and kept thinking how good the shredded braised short ribs would taste on white rice with some bok choy on the side…); Lemon Crème Brulee for dessert(delicate, as opposed to how decadent the bread pudding was). Boyfriend paired his steak and eggs special with a house salad dressed with champagne vinaigrette, it balanced out quite good. He asked for sunny side up, I would’ve preferred basted eggs. The hash browns were nice too, classy-hotel style. EDGE is known for its steak, I wish to have booked a dinner reservation. Oh well, I heard they’re participating in Denver Restaurant Week, that will totally hit the sweet spot. Ambience and service wise, there’s nothing to worry about, it’s a restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel, enough said!

There are lots of expensive places downtown, and not all of them are worth it… but EDGE is. It’s worth every penny you’ll spend, and you’ll be spending quite a few. Arrive early, and grab a comfy seat in the lounge area of the bar. If you arrive during happy hour, treat yourself to a drink, and perhaps an appetizer before your meal. The service is great and the drinks are outstanding. As your reservation nears, head over to the dining area, check in with the host, and be led to your table… sit down, and peruse the wine menu(on their iPad), and direct your questions to your waiter, who, in order to work here, is a level one sommelier. What to order? The fish? The fowl? I’m sure it’s all good, but really, you should be here for the steak. I’ve tried the filet and the strip, and both were better than I’ve had pretty much anywhere else. Stay away from the sauce… not because they aren’t good, I’m sure they are. But really, when you’re eating a steak of this quality, you don’t need anything on top of it. Will you have room for a side? Probably not, but splurge and get the wood grilled vegetables. I marveled over them, and still can’t figure out how they make plain old squash taste that perfect. It’s a triumph! Dessert? Now that I can’t help you with, because I’ve never made it that far. I’m sure it’s as good as everything else, and one day I plan to find out.
