Doimoi Dumplings

Excellent. Discovered Doimoi at a farmers market today. Wish I heard/​eaten these sooner. Good veg dumplings are hard to find.

I wish I would of found them sooner! I usually sleep in too late on the weekends to make it to Farmers Market in Cherry Creek, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found them in City Park on a Sunday afternoon.
I had the pork ones, which were perfectly crisp around the edge, bursting with savory flavor, and the yummiest dumpling dough I have ever tasted. The sauce is so good, I bit off the corner, and poured it into the dumpling.
I also bought frozen ones while I was there, and they were very easy to cook at home with the instructions they provide. I’ll have to stock up on them for the winter. Perfect comfort food after a long day. Can’t wait to try the veggie ones!

Fortunately I ran accross Doimoi at the Farmer’s Market in Cherry Creek this weekend. The basket of Veggie and Pork dumplings were so good, I bought a large bag of frozen dumplings for home. Great stuff! The dumplings were perfectly caramelized, golden brown. The veggie dumplings were full of flavor, substantial but light. Lot’s going on there. The pork dumplings were less complex but equally as good. Definitely will be following them on Facebook to see where they are next.
