Excellent service, price and food quality. This is the best Phở I’ve tried in Denver. Beware of the large bowl … it is really huge!

The lady that runs this restaurant is so sweet. The last few times we have been here she remembers what we have ordered in the past and lastly she remembers the shake I love to get. I highly recommend trying this place out. Great food and for us not even a block away from our house. This is what Custer service is about.

As a Vietnamese person myself, I have very high standards particularly for my favorite dishes, phở and bun thit nuong gai ah(noodles w beef and eggrolls, #55 on menu). I have to say, they were amazing! The bowls were huge and super cheap. The flavors were strong and developed. I was surprised by the bun. Huge bowl, lots of meat and veggies. Amazing lemongrass flavor. I would pass on spring rolls(goi cuon) and boba drinks as they were just made from powders. I haven’t tried any of the other food(e.g. Korean, Japanese, and Chinese) they have on the menu. I’m usually skeptical of restaurants that have fusion menus. But the Vietnamese food was amazing so I’m guessing the rest is good too!

Takes waaaaayyyyyy too long. The food is not served in the order it was ordered. Many tables that got here after us got their food before us.

I only gave it 4 stars because the Phở didn’t come with cilantro. Other than that, it was great. I’ll be going again.

There was nothing redeeming about this place. The phở was not good, the spring rolls were not good and the bun was not good. The service was mediocre and the décor is drab. Avoid this place.

I was hoping to find some tasty ameriasian cuisine close to my apartment… this wasn’t it. Maybe attempting a «phở» place for my needs was a bad idea. I ordered Crab Cheese Wontons and Fried Dumplings. The wontons were alright… a bit light on filling and some were over fried. The dumplings had no saving grace. I assumed fried would mean pan fried as it does everywhere else. I could’ve gotten past the deep frying had they been abundant in filling, but I’ve never seen a dumpling so empty. The dumpling sauce container was nearly empty when I got it, and it definitely did not taste like it should. Highly disappointing. I won’t be back, even though they are steps from my front door. I will also note they were prepping dumplings in the dining room and it was empty sans 2 brave guests. That should certainly tell you something. Do yourself a favor and wander down Broadway to Spicy Basil instead for your ameriasian needs.

Great phở without driving to Federal, excellent price, good service and quiet, as it appears many more people choose takeout.

Eh. I love Phở, but can’t seem to schlep my way all the way over to Federal for my phở cravings. So I come to this place near my place of residence, and think to myself, «This will do.» The location of this restaurant is in the doomed Beauvallon building. Nothing ever seems to last at this place. I have high hopes for Phở Denver. I want to like them and I want them to stick around, but not sure if they can make it. Every time I go in to pick up my food, there is NOONEINTHERE. Not a single soul besides the woman who gives me my to-go bag and then goes back to doing whatever it is she does when I’m not there. The phở itself is… eh. The broth is flavorful and the traditional fixings(onions, cilantro, sprouts, jalapenos, and limes) are plentiful. The rare beef(at least, when I get it to go) leaves something to be desired. Sometimes it starts turning brown, sometimes it’s too thick(which won’t cook correctly in the broth), but at least there is a lot of it. I have tried some of their appetizers(skip the spring rolls) and the grilled shrimp(overpriced, dainty, and too salty served with a tiny salad of sorts and an abundance of rice). Get the phở. Seems like you get the most bang for your buck. Like I said, I hope this place makes it. I love Phở, and you can’t go TOO terribly wrong with it. Keep in mind that if you order to go, they will charge you an extra $ 0.35 per item.

Great food from a family owned restaurant. I feel good going here not just because of the food but because I’m helping out families in the community. Lots of great food and great vegetarian options. All at a very fair price. Definitely recommend!

i walked by this place the other day and decided to try it. I am in love with phở, and was excited to see it since it is so close to my house. When sat down the first thing we noticed were how the table clothes were dirty that day. This might have been because it was after the lunch rush, or maybe we just got unlucky. The phở was sub par. I ordered a phở Thai just be safe, and was not impressed. The broth was lacking in flavor, and the meat did not seem fresh. I might give them one more shot before making up my mind, but the first impression was not a good one. I did not try anything else.

This place has almost no options for gluten free food. The only thing I was able to eat was a boba smoothie and one type of spring roll. None of the phở is gluten free. There were only two people in the restaurant when we came in. My friend had two bought two Groupons for this place. Knowing she would not be able to eat here in the future she asked if she could use her second Groupon and they were not very very accommodating. They told her to call Groupon.

I miss Yura’s. Phở was fine. Not as good as up on Federal. Take out order, got Kung Pao chicken for the Mr, get home and it’s lemongrass chicken! Call them and the chef insists it’s Kung Pao. If Kung Pao now has no peanuts or peppers, isn’t stir fried or spicy and tastes like lemon, sure. So, I paid $ 10 for him to eat rice. Will just dispute half the transaction with the bank.

Actually, 3 ½ stars. This restaurant has only been open for a month or so and took over the Yura’s Asian Kitchen spot in the Beauvallon. No changes to the décor, which is very modern and clean. Pretty much what you’d expect from a Phở restaurant. Portions are large. I mean large large. My small beef and flank Phở($ 7.25) was good if not great and fed me for lunch and then fed me and my wife for dinner, and I’m a pretty big eater. Lots of very fresh basil, jalapeño, sprouts, etc. on the side. One of my luncheon companions had the Pad Thai and declared it very good. The other had a combo appetizer plate and enjoyed it very much. The only problem we had was that we all weren’t served at the same time, with the Pad Thai coming out quite a bit after the other two dishes. One bonus is the free parking in the Beauvallon garage, although the garage itself is dark and a little creepy, and you have to drive on the left side instead of on the right. The other thing that struck me was now they didn’t have any numbers in the restaurant name, so they get a ½ star just for that. I’ll go back.

Really flavorful! May benefit from more staffing. I prefer carrots to be cooked in my phở… but raw aint so bad either

Ordered 5 times before — no issues. Last Thursday, ordered and the food was awful. Called to let them know but they were closed. Called again the day after, and some girl started yelling. Heh. No thanks. Called bank and got my money back — not ordering again. Please learn how to cook food. Or learn customer service. Actually I hear both are useful skills to have when running a restaurant.

Just opened about a month ago, and I live across the street so I’ve been in a few times. It’s a family operation and so far everyone who has served us has been friendly and our food comes out promptly. The food is delicious and comes in generous portions. A small bowl of phở is $ 7.25 and not that small. You certainly get your money’s worth, plus a large plate of garnish including bean sprouts, jalapeños, lemon, and basil. I was so full but couldn’t stop eating my bowl of tofu phở. The vegetarian spring rolls are huge and pleasantly fresh. I am a sucker for a good pad Thai and haven’t had much to speak of lately, until Phở Denver. It’s just the right amount of spicy and a little sweet, as pad Thai should be. The vegetarian pad Thai originally only include tofu but they added veggies for me no problem. The plate was just over $ 9 and came out heaping with pad Thai! I probably packed up more than half of it which I am looking forward to enjoying later. They have a whole vegetarian section on the menu, which I always appreciate, plus vegetarian items scattered throughout as well. Added bonus: they don’t use those crappy wooden chopsticks that give you splinters, but instead have heavier duty plastic chopsticks. Please treat yourself to Phở Denver as soon as you can. You won’t regret it!
