Just wanna say the food is always good. The wife and I especially enjoy the Happy Family and the Pork Fried Rice. Give ‘em a try, you won’t regret it. Price is very reasonable. Really works on a Friday night for quick and easy.

Ordered for delivery, food was good. up until i drank a hair. Then looking at my drink i spotted ANOTHER hair. 2HAIRS. Ruined my appettite, i called to complain and the lady was very rude. Denied my refund and did not want to replace my drink. I had to argue for my replacement drink and failed, that lady is consistant. Lol she was very rude, but the driver was awesome. The wait for my drink is around 2 hours. did not enjoy my meal at all. Replacement drink got here and its so watered down its a joke. Smh. Meal was trashed :/Ordering dominos accross the street -.- Overall i like the food and service accept for the rude lady. The quality of the food is good. I low key suspect that the rude lady made my replacment drink. Chunks of ice with some flavor. You can only make a drink that bad on purpose.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far as you can from this place. The lady running the restaurant is extremely rude, the food is terrible. Also no free refill for ice tea(a joke). I would rather eat at McDonalds than this place. Really disgusting.

Excellent, fresh, spicy Asian food. We stop here almost every time we fly in/out of Denver because it’s so close to the airport. Favorites are Thai hot &spicy soup, Scallion Chicken and Jalapeño Chicken. So delicious! Bubble tea is also great. Not the nicest restaurant(or restrooms) but you can’t beat the food and prices!

Just received a delivery order of Pad Thai. It was soaked in sauce and extremely sweet. It’s the worst I’ve ever had. I called in to complain and the woman that answered say, «Oh thanks» and hung up. They used to be great but have gone downhill fast since under new ownership. I won’t be returning.

This place is pretty decent. The delivery never takes longer than 10 – 15 minutes. I have only had pleasant experiences.

Food is food fairly authentic. Just don’t come it right at 3:30. They aren’t at all flexible with their lunch menu hours. Lunch menu includes fried rice and an eggroll. The average price is $ 6.75. The dinner cost per-dish averages $ 9.50, and does not include eggroll or fried rice. Overall service is just okay.

Used to love this place, been a customer for years, the service was always fast and we never complained about anything. One day, out of the blue they called my boyfriend to say that we have cancelled our payment in a order from 2 weeks ago and threatened him saying they were going to call the police and told him to «never call again» and they hung up the phone. My boyfriend was all confused and called them back and he tried to explain how the order was showing in our bank statements and it was payed. He went to the bank to get an statement to show them the payment. So the thing was that they didn’t charged us for an order we placed 2 months ago! what they did, they charged that to someone else’s card and they were the ones cancelling that payment not us! Boyfriend pay the order and they didn’t even say sorry for THEIR mistake. We are definitely not coming back! They were very rude and unprofessional!

Sad to say, I tried this place for the first time the other day and it was awful. I mean, how do you screw up a spring roll? I am fairly new to the area and there uis a BOMB new asain café across the street from this place so, its sad to see them not kick it up a notch and a t least try to compete… I simply ordered some spring rolls to go, its the only thing i ordered and i LOVE spring rolls and was starving. Got all the way home and immediately could tell these were pre made, probably that morning, yuck. They were super cold and the rice paper wrapping was hard and chewy! Even worse, they had a funny smell to them. I was so hungry I ate them any way lol i, of course, lived but will never orer from a place again where i say«fingers crossed» to myself before i eat it. Its a shame, like I sadi, it would nt have been that hard to putting at least a little effort. BTW-they also have terrible Health inspection ratings too,… Just found out.

Lots of Asian families. Decent service. Not traditional American Chinese. Short ribs were tiny pieces with bone in — more bone than meat. Thai iced tea was good(very sweet). Strong 2/weak 3. It’s a matter of taste, but I would not return.

This place is nasty. It is dirty and the food is really gross. I stopped eating there 2 years ago because of it and just recently discovered they failed their health inspection miserably due to the entire place being filthy and the employees eating near food preparation areas and repeatedly not washing there hands. DONOTGOTHERE!

Just ate there today and was disappointed by the so– called pad thai, they used flat noodles with No pad thai ingredients or flavor? The panang curry was not bad but their boba drink was watery not slushy! Thumbs down overall.

This placed changed something and thr food is terrible. This used to be my go to restaurant for Chinese food — affordable and delicious, now it’s not good at all. The egg rolls were burnt, the pot stickers had a terrible filling and my sesame chicken had so much batter, it was terrible.

When we first entered the restaurant, it was pretty nice and the service was good. But after ordering drinks my boyfriend found floating«black objects» in his sprite. Whether the glass was under washed or what, they ended up giving us a free bottle of soda. The food wasn’t all that great. I had rice and sesame chicken and it came out pretty dry. I wouldn’t go back here in the future!

Overall, my satisfaction on this restaurant has gone down hill when the service became very mediocre. I’m usually a returning customer and I always pick a dish of sesame chicken with white rice. The only reason I was seldom to try some of the other dishes on the menu was because I had a chance to try Blue Bay’s Jalapeño Chicken, and I was yet to be impressed. The chicken didn’t even come close to taste spicy, but rather a foul sour after taste. The fried rice is very popular and often included in every entrée of their menu, however Blue Bay’s fried rice is very disappointing because it is dry and prickle. The white rice is a lot rewarding than the fried rice can ever be. Now for my rating on the service:(Not including the chefs, the dishwasher, or anyone behind those doors cooking the meals etc.) The front staff is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. They fail to train their new hostess when I last visited Blue Bay Asian Café on February 2nd of 2015, when she failed to properly take my order. I had called in thirty minutes prior before coming to pick up my delivery, when I noticed she failed to take down my phone number to keep track of the order. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was NO order on the counter and she lied by saying that someone else had already picked up the order. Now keep in mind that in fact does not make sense. Every restaurant, as well as a customer should know that if multiple customers are ordering the same dish, whether it’s through phone or pick up, a restaurant is required to make a separate dish for each customer. It is common sense. She went to the back where the cooks were preparing the food, yelled in a very loud voice asking where the order of sesame chicken was. The owner of this particular Blue Bay Asian Café is very vulgar, unprofessional, stubborn and rude. She knows I’m a returning customer and she doesn’t enjoy my company every time I order an item of their menu. When it comes to the owner and customers, she does mess up orders on purpose in order to spark up guilt into customers, so they are forced to pay for the extra dish that they claim is the customer’s fault for ordering incorrectly. This has happened to me several times when I would choose to dine in, instead of taking out. You would think she would be grateful for customers bringing in business for her income on this low-excuse of a restaurant. On the contrary, she is not. My only reason of being a returning customer was only because this is the only location in my area that is close enough to my house where I can pick up low quality Chinese food on the way to school or work. This restaurant is only recommended in the mornings because you can get a full meal packed and ready to go for $ 5.95, with a vegetable roll included. I do not recommend eating after 3:30 P.M. because that is when their lunch schedules are over and the prices becoming pricey and you pay almost $ 10.99 for less food and no vegetable roll included.

This place serves inexpensive lunch meals. I haven’t had the opportunity to dine-in. My experiences have always been from takeout. For those on some sort of diet, this place would probably be frowned upon. My Kung pao chicken always has a lot of sauce with it, that my clumsiness leaks it all over the bag. Service is average, they do charge extra for chili oil, even when I ask for a small ketchup-sized cup. They have been consistent with their food orders. If you like Chinglish food, this is the place to try. It’s cheaper than P.F. Chang’s!

A long, long time ago, this place was good. The food is typical«Chinese» style food. Sweet and sour this, lemon chicken that, some other Asian dishes. Nothing special, nothing stands out. The price and portions are pretty good but not good enough to take bad service. The staff is why I finally gave up on this place, why I dislike this place. Latest experience: From the minute I called to place my lunch order I experienced the rudeness. The lady answered my call and then started talking to someone else in her vicinity. I had to say«Hello?» to make sure she knew I was there and she said, «Yeah. What do you need?» I started to give her my order and she starts talking some sort of Asian to someone else, again, so I said, «Hello?» and she yells for me to «go ahead.» Minutes later, I arrived to pick up my order and I walked to the cashier’s counter and there was a young woman and an older, meaner one who was screaming into the phone receiver. I figured she was the one I had spoken to. I stood there, invisible, for three long minutes before I finally said, «Excuse me.» The younger one grumbled, «Hold on» and then turned her back to me. She didn’t say, «We’ll be with you in a minute» or anything along those lines. Just an annoyed«hold on.» When she finally attended me, I told her I was there to pick up my order and I asked her what kind of iced teas they have. She gave me the entire iced tea selection along with another helping of ‘tude. I paid the bill, tip withheld. The food was cold, the fried rice was really bland, and the egg rolls that came with the lunch smelled odd. They made it into the trash. This is not the first time they have been rude. I was dining in a few months ago and one of the ladies that was on wait staff came up and swiped my plate from under me. I was halfway done, if that. It wasn’t like I had a twisted used napkin in the rice and was sitting back with my belt undone, picking my teeth with a tooth pick. But she just came and took it. One of the other waitresses yelled at her about it but all she said was. «I think he done(sic)!» I just paid and left.

These people are just awful. They don’t abide by their own coupons, they charge for soy sauce, they screw our orders up and blame us, their wonton soup is basically soy sauce with a little water– totally not edible. They actually kicked me out for calmly trying to resolve a situation involving a totally jacked order, and today, they gave us chicken and broccoli instead of beef, and when we asked that they give us what we ordered, they said ok, we’ll make it again. They took out the chicken, and just put beef in. CROSSCONTAMINATION. I have a picture that hopefully I can add. I PRAY for a new Chinese joint to open in the area… Until it does, do yourself and your body a favor and avoid this shit show.
