I have been to this place for so many times now. So eating here isn’t a big deal anymore. I found fulfillment here. From the facility(simple but well organized and clean flooring) to the food they offer. Not until the other day an unexpected thing happened. I came inside, had and order(quarter pound burger with fries). The staff seemed doing something, and overheard me so I repeated my order. He nodded and continued doing something again. I already paid and asked me to wait a moment. Then another customer next to me ordered. Suddenly his order arrived and mine wasn’t. I asked the staff and to my shock, he told me he forgot(he didn’t even apologized.). I was embarrassed and at the same time annoyed. I kept myself calmed then waited again until I got my order, It was actually my first time to experience that one. I tried to understand him and told myself that everyone makes an error. I let it passed so i decided that this time am gonna just put 3*. To be fair and give justice to the food and management. It’s still recommendable for the food and management.

I’m not sure if they were having a counterproductive day, but it shouldn’t be an excuse to be disinterested in doing a well job. There are always new faces as this place has people coming and going. Before the remodeling of the restaurant, they had lost some really good employees. Now, most of their workers are not very courteous as they kept forgetting my straw, and missing some burgers to my order. This must be the new manager there. She was arguing with the employee who was attending me. He must of been working there alone for the night and must have felt stressed. I just really hope this place gets their act together because that last visit was a disappointment.

Is this a test location? It should be called ‘Almost Wendys’ or ‘Dumb Wendys’ like from that parody that Nathan Fielder did on Comedy Central. It’s like everyone working here looks and has the voice of an adult person, but with the mental capacity of a first grade student. I’m not even mad for the horrible service, I’m confused. And I feel sorry for the people that work here. The food is just inedible so I went to Carl’s Jr. May God have mercy on everyone that mistakenly visits this location.

When I checked in 45 minutes ago I did not give this place 4 stars. They appeared!!! I give this place –10 stars. I realize the computer had a problem. But there is no excuse for the behavior and attitude I encountered with the staff at 10:15pm on Friday night 12 September. Frustrated, disgusted, aggravated, and non-professional. Just turn out the lights and close the place down. It’s better than giving poor service!!! I waited and waited! I drove off and came back to order(kids like this food). Something was wrong with the computer. Guy charged me 22.00 and change for two chicken nugget meals and one large fry and an extra drink. I asked for a receipt and that is when they admitted they had a problem. I did not get a total until I drove up to the window. I said the total was not right. He said I can handwrite you a receipt. I said yes do that. But he never did. He gave me one drink. He handed me the extra fry. Then someone else brought 3 meals to the window. The kids look at it and say we have too many! I realized he had my order wrong. I gave him the extra meal in a bag. The woman handed me $ 6 refund. Then, the man said what now? I said the other drinks! He said you didn’t get them? Then I wait again and he says is there anything else? I say the straws and he says how many? He stands there smiling. Maybe that’s why I just couldn’t say anything mean to him. But to the owner and manager of this business I say get your act together. This isn’t the first time your staff has looked bad. About one week ago, I got hard buns on a chicle sandwich, cold fries and hard dry chicken nuggets. I had driven off and could not return when we open the bag. You need to look into your investment, «bigtime»! You leave your business in the hands of these people who have no people skills whatsoever. What do you think customers think about you? Jack rabbits could do better than this. It is disgraceful to keep the lights on under the name of fast food.

I grabbed Wendy’s here the other day on the way back from the airport. The gal who took my order was really helpful and cheery. The staff in the back making the food seemed to be in high spirits and upbeat. The food was made correctly, tasted great, and I had no complaints at all.
