Pretty sure this location is managed by Spicoli, these stoners couldn’t get an order right to save their lives. Order normal sauce and they pile it on, order light and you get none. Ordered cheese sticks one time and they gave us potato wedges… We checked the receipt and sure enough it said cheese sticks. Called the store and the kid sounding stoned out of his mine told me we didn’t order from that location when it was the same damn kid that took the order! He then told us our internet order came in wrong then because it said wedges… Why the hell did my receipt say cheese sticks then?! Needless to say, after about 10 minutes of arguing they sent the driver back out with cheese sticks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have ordered from here numerous times but theses morons are to stoned out of their minds to ever get an order right. I’ve ordered from here probably 5 times and they always deliver the wrong things even tho I make them repeat my order back. When I called by the last time the idiot on the phone tried to say I called the wrong pizza hut they didn’t deliver to me. No I hit redial you little douche. If you want pizza call anywhere else this place makes it seem like you have to be a genius.

Good pizza, never had an issue with an order. The staff is what you would expect at a pizza place.

Been going here off and on for over 15 years. We always order carry-​out and get large pan supreme for the most part, and it’s always yummy.
All the bad reviews seem to be service related. I had to wait a while in my car a couple of times because the customer in front of me always get in a fight with them for some reasons. I even forgot and left before getting my card back one time, and they gave it back the next day without any problems.
It’s a shame they raised the price for bone-​in wings a while back. The breaded wings were delicious, but a bit smaller than your typical wings from other places. It’s been a while, but I’d stay away from spicy bbq (aka bitter) flavour. Haven’t tried all the newer sauces yet, but you definitely can’t go wrong with sweet chili and honey bbq.
I think I tried their pzone once but was not impressed.
Tl;dr — stick with their delicious pizza’s, order carryout if you can, otherwise expect bad to average service.

Been there twice.
First time I got the $ 10 dinner box. For some reason, they decided I would like sriracha instead of pizza sauce.
Second time I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas. I paid for them, she handed me one pizza, and walked away. I rang the bell, explained there should be another pizza and was met with «oh… We made a mistake. We’ll put the pizza in the oven right now.»
Won’t be there again.

Not sure if they know what they’re doing with the orders, but the pizza always tastes great.

I take back my previous review. They fixed the sour dipping sauce problem. I’m Pizza Hut’s bitch again.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with spinach and pepperoni and when I opened the box they just threw raw spinach on top of the pizza. It didn’t even taste like it had been washed.

Came in to get some food, saw a sign on the window for a large 1 topping for $ 9.99, ordered and was told my total was not $ 9.99 + tax and when I referred to the sign they said they needed to take it down. The sign is still not down. Should’ve went next door to dominoes…

Finally Pizza Hut has a gluten free pizza! I was told that I was one of the first to order from this location which says not enough people know about this. The crust is made with Udis bread. It comes out pretty crispy as most thin crust gluten free pizzas do. The flavor is good. The sauce is very tangy. You can tell there are some sweet flavors missing that you would normally get from the normal crust. Overall I think it is a great option. I think Dominos gluten free pizza might be a little bit better and that’s because they add more sauce and their crust is a little more chewy and not as crunchy as this one. With that said, I will reorder! Next time maybe with extra sauce and cheese –even though that’ll make it pretty pricy! It would be great if they could take this out of the oven about 1 – 2 minutes sooner.

Go to pick up pizza at drive thru window. Sat there waiting for someone to open the window for over 5 minutes. People saw my car and kept on walking by. I honked my horn lightly to get their attention and again I was ignored. After 8 minutes (another car was behind me) I had enough and walked in. Of course when I get inside girl goes over to the drive thru and helps the car that was behind me, making me wait longer and no one says «be right with you» or acknowledges my presence for another 3 – 5 minutes. New menu is good and I liked the Sriracha pizza a lot, but I just wish the process of getting the pizza had way better customer service. Again I LOVE the new menu changes but make sure your staff and customer service has as much polish as your new menu if want to attract more customers!

So here’s the thing… I order from this location about every 3 weeks or so, and i’m very disappointed. Not only did it take over an hour to get my food. It was cold to the touch. I’ve called 7 times and can recite Blake Shelton’s voice message while on hold. I don’t ever review any restaurant good or bad, but i’m truly disappointed in the service that i rec’d not because of the food, i just cant seem to get anyone on the phone. It’s a Sunday night and the football games are almost over. I cant imagine them being that busy. I’m a restaurant manager myself, and this is starting to become unprofessional, and if i have to drive to the location to get my point across then so be it. I’ve never had a problem like this in the past, but i can promise that if this is not resolved soon i will be restricting my business, and telling my friends and family to do so also. I understand this is a major corporation and you could careless about losing business because there will always be someone else. Where’s your customer service though. Way to treat someone like a number.

I only get delivery, but this guy named Frank that works there delivers and he’s a really nice guy, good service.
The wings suck, but the pizza is awesome. It’s very full, if that makes sense. Also, if you ask for extra anything, they will load it up, so don’t hesitate.
My delivery time usually comes much earlier than they say, but I don’t order during busy times, so that’s probably why.
The wings just suck so bad, like you don’t even get full wings. Some pieces are just breading with sauce. That brings my review down 2 stars, because Wingstreet should do better. They do WINGS, that’s their specialty. Domino’s has better wings than that garbage.
