I love this gym! It’s never packed and the restroom as well as all the equipment are super clean and well maintained. I like how I’m always greeting by my first name, the owners seem to really care about their customers. The only downfall are the business hours, I wish they were open just a tad bit longer. But overall, excellent gym.

You can definitely call this a health and fitness club and not just a gym. There is a community amongst the members, instructors, owners and staff. The classes are smaller than most and have a good assortment. The owners cater to the members and listen to any requests that are made. The classes range from trx, yoga, Zumba, spin, abs, insanity to basics classes to help people improve their balance, agility, strength, and flexibility. The instructors are well qualified and are fantastic. It is a very low price with great amenities. There are older people during the day, but all ages attend. Good place to feel comfortable working out without a huge crowd. The desk staff can help with any questions about working out.

i like this gym. It is nice and very clean. They provide towels which i like. The employees are friendly and helpful. The teachers are helpful and not pushy. I like the fact that the membership encompasses all ages. People are friendly and courteous. The Zumba teacher has plenty of energy and a good personality. I do like this gym. i wonder why there aren’t more treadmills and recumbent bikes. The locker room is beautiful. Like a spa, not a gym.

Kevin and his team ar Benessere are the best. They genuinely care about the health, physically and mentally, of their customers. Their TRX classes are among the best workouts I’ve had.

I work in the business suite adjacent to this gym, and I am SO glad that Benessere is there, and not some of the other gyms whose horror stories are blasted all over Unilocal. The customer service here is unmatched. They learn your name immediately – all the staff. Even the new staff that wasn’t there, knew my name once they started. There is ALWAYS someone attending the front desk. You’d think this would be common practice but it’s not, especially at gyms. They are very helpful without being overbearing or dudebrah-ish if/when they correct your form while using a machine, or during a class. They have great classes, btw, I regret that my schedule hasn’t allowed me to attend more. Their prices are very reasonable. $ 24 for a membership with full gym membership, or $ 44 for a full membership with 8 classes per month. You get a full tour and orientation on all the weight circuit machines, and get to test them out during your orientation as well. They don’t just«throw you to the wolves» as it were. It’s also VERY clean. I actually feel comfortable showering in the large, spa like bath/lockerrooms. The members here range from 18 to 80, literally. It’s nice to go to a gym where everyone isn’t side eyeing everyone else over form, fitness, or general appearance. A compassionate and accepting atmosphere is encouraged here, and modeled by the wonderful trainers, staff, and owners, Tina and Kevin. The only thing I’d suggest would be that they add barbell weights to the large weight room. The smith machine is not recommended as a substitute for barbells when it comes to things like barbell squats. And obviously you can’t do deadlifts or anything like that on a smith machine. Some of us would like to «even lift». :D

This is a fairly new gym that has opened up in Denton(tucked away in the Brookshires parking lot). It’s small, but prides itself on excellent customer service not to mention top of the line equipment. It offers classes throughout the day that accommodates any ones needs. The trainers and staff are the best around and that makes it easier to get up off the couch and go to a class. The gym has a few sections to it, the normal treadmills and elliptical, with weight lifting equipment, cycling room, yoga room and free weights room. They also have a few open areas and one room set up for plenty of space to do anything. Like i said the equipment is top of the line, and I’m not a big guy at, but it would be nice to have more free weights… not a huge deal though. The main reason i like this place is the way the staff takes care of you. I’ve been to some gyms where you have one or two people who give you tips or helps you here and there, but no other gym puts in as much effort to make sure you reach your goals as much as this place. This is a family owned business that really puts their values into it. The reason why i can’t give this place five stars is the hours of operation. They are extremely short, especially on Fridays and they are not open on Sundays. Other than that I’m very happy with this place.
