So we stop at this location on our way home from Amarillo to get a quick bite to eat. There is a young couple ordering food and another young couple eating — At the order counter! Blocking the condiment rack and access to the drink fountain! WTF! The dudes pants were down around his knees and they were just munching away… Meanwhile, the couple ordering food are taking like 10 minutes and kind of acting like they could care less if they are holding up the line. Weird…
Anyway, the order taker wouldn’t let me sub out coleslaw for the mashed on the 2 PC meal, for $ 5.99, yet let me order a 2 PC meal a la carte — for only $ 4.18! Does that make sense… Whatev…

The incompetence of the people working here on Tuesday afternoon April 14, 2015 was mind-​boggling. We asked for a 2-​piece dark and a 2-​piece mixed and that really confused the order taker. We ended up with a 2-​piece white and a 2-​piece dark. Not only was the order taker mind-​numbingly stupid, he was also rude over the speaker. We won’t be back here.

This is absolutely the most incompetent KFC I have ever been to in my life. It isn’t just the workers, it is management. The workers are a direct reflection of this. I could on and on about my bad experiences at this KFC, but I don’t have time to do that. I am just writing this to let anyone who cares, know not to go to this KFC. You will have a 75% chance of having a bad experience. One quick thing, on of my employees came in today saying they have a terrible looking hand written sign on their drive through sign stating «No substitutions on Mon and Wed». Now I am not saying this to point out the message of the sign, I am pointing out the fact that a business can’t think to make a professional looking sign to put up? That is all you need to know about the management of this place, and that bleeds right into the workers. It only gets one star because you can’t give less.

Went there to get a Sunday feast and they said they were going to charge us extra for corn on the cob we said we didn’t understand because it didn’t show on the menu. They laughed at us we went to the one on university didn’t tell them what had happened until we paid there was no extra charge and they said that kind of thing happens all the time
