I was in the mood for blow dry and found this place near by and decided to try it. I am super picky with my blow drys because I have very thick curly hair but just wanted to risk it anyways. I got to enjoy an expresso before we got started. The vibe was very welcoming. They paired me up with Jenni and soooo happy they did! She was amazing! She did everything I like (finishing my wash with cold water and cold air after the heat) and very sweet personality. Very pleased, will definitely come back.

Poor customer service. My hair color was terrible and my hair was breaking albeit I spent much money for their so called moisturizing treatments. Always up selling. A friend also experienced a botched color by the owner after spending hundreds of dollars. If you don’t want fried hair stay away!

I have had my color/​cut done by Giselle for years now. I recently followed her exceptional talents to Castello Salon Spa.
I am not a fan of the overall general, artificial placating nature of many of the front staff and owners in the Boca area.
I was hesitant walking into a new salon, only to be greeted by friendly smiles, warm atmosphere and both of the owners introduced themselves.
They graciously squeezed me in a mani for me as well. Perfection. I was also quite late and they handled it with grace, not annoyance.
Everyone asks where I go! I am an official,“groupie”, of Castello’s!

Worst place I have ever been to! Owners walk out on their clients in their chair to yell at the employees! Come back flustered, and then proceed to talk crap about that person to the client! Overcharge for services, and undermine everyone else’s work except their own. Not the kind of people I want to be around! I will go back to Eleven Spa down federal hwy!
