BEWARE! Erica ruined my hair… she told me I would need a toner because otherwise my roots would be brassy, I never had this problem before with a highlight, but I agreed.
Erica left me in the shampoo bowl for 30 minutes with a toner on my hair while she took a walk-​in client. My neck and back were in so much pain by now. When she sat me down in the chair, she said «DON’T FREAK OUT» this is going to look a lot darker because it is wet and the toner… Not only was it MUCH darker, but it was also a weird ugly grey, purplish color. She reassured me that after I shampooed, the color would look normal. I left in tears. I washed my hair multiple times that night along with multiple deep conditioning treatments and the grey was not coming out. So the next morning I went to the salon to ask for a refund.
They refunded my money. Although I was disappointed that even though Erica knew my hair was not at all what I asked for and saw I was visibly upset, she didn’t offer to fix the situation right away, I decided to move on. That is until I realized they cancelled my refund. So they sent me away with a receipt showing the refund to my credit card, and they cancelled it. Well now I am livid… RUIN MY HAIR, IGNORE ME WHEN YOU HAVE A WALK-​IN THAT YOU’D RATHER DO, PRETEND MY HAIR IS FINE AND LIE THAT THE TONER WOULD WASH OUT, and CANCEL MY REFUND. Luckily, it is no problem for Bank of America to get my money back since I have the refund receipt. I have no tolerance for the combination of being treated poorly/​scammed AND having my hair ruined.

I came in with a horrible haircut from a different salon and not the best color to work with. Erica completely changed my haircut and gave me the best color I could ask for! She transformed my hair with blonde, full head highlights and gave me an amazing haircut! She is so personable, makes you feel comfortable and is fun to work with! Definitely recommend this salon, I loved the small setting it wasn’t too loud and I loved everything about the experience!

I’ve been to this salon twice! Meagan is a great stylist and hair colorist. She knows exactly what you want and what looks good on you. I will continue to come back because of her! Hoping for more deals from this salon though as their pricing is higher than what I’m use to.

Megan was fabulous! Very talented colorist and stylist. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years! So glad I found her and Vanity. I will not be going anywhere else. And you shouldn’t either!

Meghan did my highlights and base color and I loved it. I am definitely coming back for touch ups. My hair took four hours on a saturday and it was hassle free, no rush.
I thought the base color had turned out lighter than I wanted it they retouched it with additional toner.
The only downside is I didn’t ask to see the color chart before she applied it to me. Ask for the color chart!
The perk is that she understood exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased with the overall results.
I deff liked both Meghan and Erika.

when i go to vanity salon i have Megan color and cut my hair. i am absolutely in love with what she does with my curly, grey hair. i recommend her to anyone who asks about my hair.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon. Not only did my hair turn out amazing but each employee I interacted with was extremely nice.
My hair stylist Maegan frank made sure that I was comfortable For the long highlighting experience and gave me the exact results that I wanted :) I will def be back!

Erica is AMAZINGLY talented. The salon has a smaller, individualized feel which I prefer. No hustle and bustle like some other popular salons in the area. I have been to over 50+ hair salons in Florida and Erica handled my strands like no other. The highlights, cut, and blow-​out were top notch and I will now be a regular. The pricing was fair and totally worth every penny. SO incredibly grateful for finding this hidden little gem. 10 stars if I could!!! :)

I absolutely love this salon. Erica is fabulous. I live in Hollywood and this salon is so worth the drive to Boca. She did a great job on my red highlights. See you soon Erica!

Erica is professional and personable. My highlights and haircut look great! She even cut my children’s hair. The décor is very stylish and comfortable. This is my new salon!
