Okay so I was asked by the new store manager to give this store another try. after my first treatment I was very hesitant but I did it today… WOW what a big difference! Summer is the store manger now and the one who asked me give your store another try… my sales rep Beata… very very nice.genuine.and cares how customers are treated! I have struggled to find good fitting bras for a while and have heard good things about Soma. I had to wait a little bit to get some help from the associate because the other associate was on the phone. But the one that helped me was excellent. She took the time to measure me and then came back with plenty of bras for me to try on. It took quite a few times of her going get me different sizes and options to find a good fit and some that I really liked, but she was very patient. And now I have a few terrific fitting bras. I am really happy with my choices. The prices were affordable for a good bra in my opinion. The associate also showed me some other items that I might be interested in and pointed out some good sales on panties without being pushy. The only detraction was that there were 2 associates working and the one was on the phone most of the time I was there. I thought that was weird because the associate that was working with me was pretty busy helping out the customers.

I can’t believe that someone had bad service here – this was my third visit(never thought to see if intimates was on Unilocal) and they were everything you would expect from an upscale intimates store. I was greeted at the door – not hurried or rushed or pressured. I bought gift certificates for my daughters here so they could get a GOOD fitting. I am not a fan of other stores that share a color name(just sayin) because I am not bombarded with bling and loud music. I also found that the quality control regarding sizing to be inconsistent My previous visit this summer made me want to come back. I wandered in and was looking through the supply of beautiful lingerie and was about to make a purchase when I thought what the heck, maybe I should get a proper fitting. Turns out I have been wearing the wrong size for years. The salesperson spent close to an hour with me and it was a busy day, but I never felt neglected. I decided which style I liked and color and my salesperson told me that they were having a special sale on that style and that some of the other colors were marked down and on the sale rack!!! Well, I left spending much less and a very happy shopper – who will return! Service A±-selection A+ and iff they don’t have what you want in size or color – they will ship it to you FREE.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I don’t remember putting on my invisibility cloak this morning but I guess I must have because that’s how I felt in this store, invisible! I got the impression that you better enter the dressing room with an arm load of clothes not just 1 or 2 bras if you want any attention from the women working there. I guess they don’t want to waste their time helping you if they don’t think they can make a good commission on you. As I left the store I commented to one of the saleswomen how unhappy I was with the terrible customer service. She smirked and very insincerely and said, «Oh, I’m sorry.» Terrible first and last experience at Soma Intimates!
