I went in today (saturday) to buy a charm for my sis, I knew which one I wanted, First I had to sign in and wait my turn, there were a lot of people and many of the customers were looking threw the huge charm booklet (I mean look it up online before you go in) ugh, while I and many more customers who knew what they wanted had to wait. The space is super small, I couldn’t walk around and check out other jewelry, anyway, 40minutes of waiting to buy my 1 charm the sales lady says they are out of it! Whaaaat? I ask the sales lady «why don’t you have a sign with all the items that are sold out?) She doesn’t even apologize just says that’s what I should tell the manager, huh, and wait another 40 minutes for her? No way… Went to the Woodfield Mall location, got my charm, paid, gift wrapped, within 15minutes!

I went in there this month to purchase a gift for my aunt. I didn’t realize that I had to sign in but that wasn’t a problem. There was only one customer ahead of me. The sales person I was working with was not very helpful and annoyed with my request to see a charm. She left me alone when a new customer came in and never told me that she was done helping me. She ignored me and pretended I wasn’t even standing there. I was so upset but then asked one of the younger girls behind the counter to help me and she was so sweet. I will never go back to this location. The saleswomen need to learn how to treat a customer. But the girls in back (cashier, gift wrap) were great.

Decisions Decisions Decisions … so many charms, so little time to browse. What is a girl to do who thinks almost every charm is a must have?
Thankfully I had the eyes on the prize and knew which charm I wanted for sure … the viking! He is such an adorable addition to my bracelet.
The ladies were very helpful, not pushy and just as excited to show you their wares as you are to see them. Guess the viking isn’t popular because my sales lady got pretty giddy that I wanted one. The store is very clean, service was superb, and it’s deer park, so tax is cheaper than cook county! What more can you want? … YUP, more charms: P
