Extremely poor customer service. The assistant manager was one of the worst I’ve dealt with. No pleasing the customer at all– and I shop a lot! I advise going to the arboretum, just as much stuff and the staff is much nicer!

They have some cute dresses.
Need white dresses for sorority stuff? They have a few cute ones. Now that I said that they won’t have any when my daughter gets there in two weeks.

This Francesca’s is much larger than my normal location, Deer Park. Easily twice the size and merchandise.
They always have a great selection of jewelry and accessories, but the clothing can sometimes be hit-​or-​miss. I find that sizing varies widely by brand, and a large is not a large across the board. Also, I think I’m too old in general to be wearing skirts and dresses that short.
Yesterday I did find two cute sweaters that can function casually or for work, as well as two super cute beaded headbands. I meant to look at the tights (which were 50% off) and got distracted with the sparkles in my new headbands.
Sweaters were 30% off yesterday, which made me even happier.
The staff was friendly and eager to help, there was a great blue dress that they had sold out of in my size, and they called three other locations to see if they had it. (They didn’t. Sad face.)
This location is also well organized and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the fitting room situation, it’s just a corner of the store with curtains hanging. The curtains don’t close all the way, and despite my best efforts to close them fully/​stay out of view, I caught a gentleman who was there with his wife and kids peeping at me one too many times.

So let me start by saying I love Francesca’s collections. Its a great store, and this location is right in the middle of Deer Park, perfect location. But I think their customer service is blah.
I am not sure of the dressing room policy, but I was on a time crunch and had 4 dresses in my hand, one room was open, but somebody was still shopping around. I know the first come first serve, but if she is still shopping how come I can not try on a dress? So I continued to wait because I wanted those dresses, but then it just go too long, and I said forget it. They would not let me in, even though it was still empty this whole time.
They loss a sale and possible customer at that location. Gonna see if other locations are like that, hopefully not. Cute things though, very bummed that didn’t get to try on those dresses!

Oh Francesca’s…Will you marry me?! I am so in love with this store it’s ridiculous! I stop in at least once every two weeks, and every time I am in a better mood after. I always see something different there and very rarely do I see other people wearing their clothes. I love how cute and girly their selection is, and when they have sales, well it’s all over! They have a great selection of jewelry as well, and it’s always really well priced. I’ll see you soon Francesca’s, I’ll see you soon.

I think I’m in love with this store. I would describe the clothes to be a cross between Carrie Bradshaw and Charlotte — whimsical and classy. Perfect for a stylish weekend or business casual at the office. Everything that’s girly and frilly and classy without the Anthropologie skyrocketing prices.
