Food was pretty good. Nice place for a 1st date. Safe. Nice presentation of food. Flavor stays the same with every bite. No spice surprises. BUT I do want ALL your silverware, bowls & plates. I want it all!!!

I’m a big fan of Noodles & Co, but this location is a serious disappointment. Everything that is wrong about this location screams LAZY. The staff have terrible attitudes and act as if communicating with customers is doing the customer a huge favor. Pretentious and lazy children. I literally got an eye roll when my order was taken. The place is absolutely disgusting and dirty. Dirty dishes left on tables, the drink station tried to trap me with its stickiness and the floors a mess. Secondly, the food has a real lazy quality as well, which does not live up to the standard of this company. The worst part was that my dish and silverware were dirty, with caked on food from the previous patron. Hardened Red sauce smeared all over the bottom and sides of my bowl. I can’t deal with that. This place needs a revamp and a brand new staff/management

Came on Memorial Day. The place was very filthy. Every empty table literally had left over plates. There were about 10 plus tables open too with no clean tables. I understand maybe they were short staff for the holiday but it was a shit hole.

No, just say no to to this place. Reasons? 1. Dirty silverware, filthy floors, chipped plates. 2. Food is not as described, and tasted different from what is being served at other locations of the same chain. I ordered soup and Pad Thai. The soup was not bad, but the other dish was plain noodles, dry and with resemblance of scrambled eggs, but it’s hard to be sure what that actually was — it tasted like nothing. 3. My friend ordered a spinach salad with extra meat, no cheees. Her order came out right, but she also said the flavor wasn’t there. 4. Both of us went for a movie afterwards and she complained about stomachache 2 hours later. I felt sick as well.
The staff at this location is allright, they brought clean silverware, apologized and where quite professional. But I won’t be back here again unless someone will start to run this business properly.

Filthy, filthy, filthy! That’s the only word I can use to describe this location. What happened? I’ve been here a number of times throughout the years and sadly to say today is probably going to be my last. I had to return two sets of silverware because there was caked on food on them. The plastic cup used for water had dried out cheese on top of it. That too had to be returned. Just the thought makes me sick. The floors were unbelievably sticky so much so that it was almost impossible to walk on. The tables and chairs were disgustingly dirty. There were sewer-like flies in the bathroom and flying around everywhere in the dining area. I don’t know how many times I had to swat them away. I reported the fly problem to an employee and he said it was due to being in close proximity to a forest. Are you serious? So with that type of reasoning, I guess it would be normal to see mice running all over the place since there are open fields close by, too. Geez… what a simple minded excuse. The women’s washroom(also dirty) had no hot water whatsoever. The cherry on the top was seeing a young woman as I was exiting sitting at a table extremely unlady like with her barefoot resting on the seat. How disgusting to look at a bare fungus foot — especially at a dining establishment — on a seat that someone else will eventually be sitting on. Get some bleach ASAP! I really question the hygiene of this place. In sum, this place needs a good scrubbing and better management.

It was dirty, dishes were not cleared. There were flying bugs and food on the floor. Food was not good either. My son was ill right after eating. Cramped inside, people were lined up for the soda machine. We won’t be back

Really can’t go wrong with Noodles. Fast service, clean interior. A definite staple in the deer park area. Also has decent low calorie options for those looking to cut some weight

I ordered a Penne Rosa with extra feta cheese to go. The cashier didn’t not ask me what size I wanted or if I wanted anything else. She did not smile the entire visit. I did not feel welcome. In the past when I have visited this location the tables were dirty and the carpet needed to be vacuumed but today I have to give them an A+ for cleanliness. I go home to eat and I did not see the«extra cheese» I paid for. This location is my least favorite of the Noodles and Company chain. I would rather drive to the Lincolnshire location then ever come back to this one.

Very poor service. Ashley the«manager» was very rude and the staff doesn’t seem trained. They couldn’t get my order right and wanted me to pay extra for it. Don’t know if I’ll be returning to that Noodles or be referring them to anybody I know.

No it’s not some family owned pasta shop, but for a fast food chain, it’s by far my absolute favorite. I love their penne rosa, and to my dismay I’ve been unable to replicate the recipe, so they must be doing something right. The inside can indeed be quite loud, and it’s not the largest venue either, but there’s the outdoor patio if you want to escape the noise. I love it for carry out, lunch dates, or quick dinners. Also they serve wine for those interested!

The women at the cashier was annoyed that we were ordering food later in the night. Honestly this place is not that good! It’s overrated

I feel like I was one of the few people who have never actually be to Noodles & Company. So, I went with some friends and here was my experience. Location & Ambiance: Very corporate feeling and clean which was what I was expecting going in. Reminded me of a mix of Panera & Chipotle. Food: The menus were cool, because they did two things I love: They had pictures and they showed calories. Both are great and helped my decision making come along nicely. Service & Staff: The staff was there, and while nice it was nothing special. Overall, Noodles & Company is a great place to stop in and get lunch!

I always find myself ordering something new on the menu every time and everything I’ve gotten there is always delicious. The employees are helpful and right on top of everything. The place isn’t huge and if you get there at the wrong time it can crazy packed, but in my opinion it’s worth it!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times but couldn’t decide how I feel about it. Not that I thought it was a bad place or anything but I feel now that I’m ready to jot some of my thoughts down. So while this place is a chain, it does offer a variety of noodles in all all flavors and spices. I love Asian food naturally so I always opt for the Pad Thai or Udon Pan Noodles, but my favorite here is the Indonesian Peanut Sauté one. It has a bit of a kick and spice to it if you like that. The noodle was a bit dried and I had mine carried out(placed the order online and pick up) which was so much more convenient. When you first come in they’ll let you choose entrée in small or large size($ 4 – 6), then if you want meat/tofu you can add on another $ 2+. In the end, you’ll spend about $ 8 – 9 dollars here at base price unless you add nothing else on your noodles. Quality-wise, it tastes decent, especially when you’re hungry. The plus side is that the ingredients are always fresh and everyone pretty much pays about the same price, with no distinction of what you pick as your entrée, it just depends on what meat you add will determine your final price. Service is usually good to average here. They bring the food to you, very similar to GoRoma. I like that food is fast and is convenient at this place. Though if you want true authentic Asian noodles, you would need to go to a more authentic restaurant and for roughly about the same price of $ 9 or a tad more, you can probably get better tasting Pad Thai there. But if you’re just in a hurry and looking for a quick meal or a place to grab lunch with buddies, it’s definitely a good social spot. P.S: Soup add on is only $ 1 with your meal. I had the Curry Thai soup which was small and mostly has veggies but I was surprise that it had a lot more ingredients than I had expected for paying only a dollar! So try it out!

I am fond of Noodles and this location is busy and does a good job. However yesterday I went in and ordered the pesto with chicken and the pulled pork sandwich to go. When I got home I had the pesto dish and what I believe was Mac and cheese with pulled pork. I am pretty sure this is not even on the menu. Mind you it was pretty darn good but not what I ordered and wildly heart attack worthy. I can’t imagine how my order of two entrees got screwed up, much less with something that wasn’t even a menu offering. I’ll give four stars since the food was good and the employees were friendly, if not proficient.

I’m quite partial to Noodles & co’s penne rosa with shrimp. Being a huge chain may limit what choices you have to offer but you should at least be able to guarantee quality and taste. There was something so wrong about the food here. The sauce was congealed and the shrimp tasted rubbery. We left our food unfinished but the little I had was enough to incite a distinct rumble from my tummy shortly thereafter. Soured me on penne rosa. Not coming back here.

I adore Noodles & Company, they always live up to our expectations. Good portions, really good food and at a really reasonable price. The noodles, pasta dishes, sandwiches and soups are all lovely.

Noodles is one of my go-to places for a quick gluten free meal. This location is busy and as a result finding a seat can be hard. It can also end up messy during rushes. The manager was very friendly when I ask about gluten free items and let him know about cross contamination concerns. I ended up getting the chicken pad thai. The chicken was a bit dry/salty. Since then I’ve switched to shrimp pad thai, which is much better.

Big fan of Noodles & Company and this one in particular. They always give plenty of sauce. The amount of sauce really makes the dish. I’ve been to others that give hardly any sauce and it just ruins the dish, making it very bland, like eating plain noodles. They are always super quick and friendly. Not a fan of the Asian dishes so much, simply because I’ve had them elsewhere and these fall short in comparison. Love the Mediterranean dishes and the stroganoff.

Great food! Love going there with my kids! Only problem is with the staff who should be more friendly and helpful!
